Wycombe bring in goalkeeper Moore

Wycombe Wanderers have signed former Morecambe goalkeeper Stuart Moore. The 30-year-old, who left Morecambe when his contract ended earlier this summer, began his career at Reading and also has had spells at Peterborough, Luton, Swindon and MK Dons. He was part of the Blackpool squad which won the League Two play-off final in 2021. Wycombe head coach Mike Dodds told the club's website, "Stuart's a great person to bring into the club to work with our other first-team goalkeepers and make sure we've got the right depth in that department for the season ahead." He continued, "He's picked up really good experience at various clubs and we're pleased he's agreed to join us and be part of what we're building here." Moore is the Chairboys' 10th signing of the summer and will compete for the number one spot with Mikki van Sass and Will Norris.
