Molly-Mae Hague's sister Zoe shares more glimpses of her luxurious lifestyle on Instagram as she ignores backlash over her abandoned Bali trip

Molly-Mae Hague 's sister Zoe Rae has brushed off the backlash she has received for leaving a Bali holiday after just 48 hours because it didn't live up to her expectations. The fitness influencer, 28, went viral after being mocked by fans for abandoning the anniversary trip to Indonesia with her husband Danny. Despite staying in a huge sea view room at the Radisson Blu, a five-star hotel, they decided to leave early and jet to Dubai instead after explaining that Bali looks better on social media than in real life. Zoe ignored the comments on Tuesday, instead using her Instagram account, which boasts 645k followers, to give fans a glimpse at her luxury lifestyle. Having left the Army Medical Corp in 2023, Zoe embarked on a career in influencing, just like her famous younger sister. She was previously on the front cover of Women's Fitness and now invests her time in health and fitness, racking up 16.2M Likes on TikTok. Zoe kickstarted her daily Instagram Stories on Tuesday with a look at her 6am reformer pilates class, posing for a mirror selfie before getting stuck in as she joked that her two week holiday left her 'humbled'. Next up was an exciting photoshoot for the influencer as she shared behind the scenes pics and video of a campaign shoot with bodybuilding supplement brand Myprotein. Zoe showed off her gym-honed figure in a white sports bra and cycling shorts as she showed off her moves on set. Later, she alluded to the social media backlash as she thanked her team, sharing a snap of personalised champagne and an iced cookie as she gushed: 'Will never get over days like today. So surreal... grateful to be surrounded by the loveliest people.' Zoe is often seen in her sister's YouTube videos with her fitness fanatic husband Danny and as well as her own YouTube channel, she previously followed in her sister's footsteps and signed a five-figure deal with PrettyLittleThing in 2023. Zoe signed up to the British Army Medical Corps at 22-years-old, where she met her husband, but quit after five years of service, explaining on her YouTube channel that '[going into the army] wasn't something I planned on doing or something I wanted to do while at school. 'I wouldn't say I've been overly lucky. I've been in the army for five years but the regiment I was at wasn't for me… I've experienced so much that you wouldn't in a normal job I just wish for me it'd gone differently.' After her sister Molly-Mae's Love Island stint, Zoe revealed she was given the chance to work with her sister on her businesses and be paid. Next up was an exciting photoshoot for the influencer as she shared behind the scenes pics and video of the campaign shoot with bodybuilding supplement brand Myprotein In 2023, she said: 'She's offered me to help with Filter; she's said she'll pay me a monthly wage, but I can't. It's not me. I need to be out and about doing something. 'I'm very lucky she does and she's always offering to get me things, which I'm super super grateful for.' After Molly-Mae became PrettyLittleThing's creative director, Zoe landed a five-figure deal with the brand after she stepped down to focus on motherhood. A source told MailOnline at the time: 'It's a no-brainer. Molly-Mae's working relationship with PLT has been a triumph and now bosses are hoping to replicate the same with Zoe. 'The sisters are also looking to collaborate and build on their brand as a family, which could make them millions.' But after building her brand over the past few years, Zoe has found herself under fire after the ill-fated Bali trip. In a new YouTube video, Zoe told the camera: 'Since landing in Bali, something for us wasn't quite right. 'We came here with high expectations because we had seen on social media that everyone was having such a lovely time. Lovely places to eat and beaches, and lovely gyms and coffee shops. 'But I don't think the reality of Bali is shown much at all, and I do think it is down to a lot of influencers posting the more luxury side of things.' She added: 'Before joining the army, I spent five months travelling South East Asia. I did Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, I did a lot and spent time in these countries. But there is something very different about Bali. 'We got told Uluwatu where we are now is one of the best places to go, so if this is one of the better places, I'm not sure where the other places are like. 'I wasn't going to sit down and say anything, but people want to know.' Danny then joined the video and said: 'You either go on holiday to travel and experience culture or you want to go away and relax.' Zoe continued: 'Yeah, and we could have got a flight tomorrow as today is our anniversary, but time is precious and we just want to get out, and why delay it. 'We missed the mark, maybe we didn't do our own research, maybe it is our own fault. I did a lot of research though. 'I think it is just personal preference, and our preference was that this isn't for us, and we are making the executive decision to go enjoy our anniversary somewhere we know that we love and can relax and can drink the water.'

What started as a fad became the undisputed supplement on shelves. And now, new versions like clear protein are slowly taking powder is no longer a hype, it's gone mainstream. We asked experts to break it Protein vs Traditional Whey Protein When you say 'protein powder,' a primary association is formed with a thick, milky shake. It feels heavy, right? Because it is. Now, when you say clear protein, it's actually cleared off of the thickness and heaviness of a traditional supplement. The key differences lie in texture, taste, digestion, and nutritional let's understand what the deal is with clear protein is light, refreshing, and comes in several fruity flavours - grape, lemonade, strawberry, raspberry etc. It's made using a filtered whey protein isolate base that impacts digestion, carbs, fats, and calories. Massive MyProtein sale — 7 deals I'd buy right now with 45% off powders, vegan protein and snacks

Myprotein is one of the best places to stock up on protein powders and snacks. The powder is easy to blend, tastes good (especially if you like sweet tastes) and the company produces some great vegan-friendly options, too. Now is the best time to stock up on these muscle-building supplements — Myprotein has dropped a 45% discount on every item in its store! All you need to do is fill up your basket and enter the code BOOM45 to grab your essentials at almost half price. But there's a lot to choose from. So, as a former fitness editor and long-time exerciser, I've gone through Myprotein's digital cupboard and found the proteins I'd buy right now while this mega sale lasts. This is one of the company's most popular whey proteins (and also usually among it's most expensive), as it crams 25g of protein into a 29g serving. It also has just 110 calories and no fat, making it one of the best powders for developing lean muscle. There are nine flavors and an unflavored version if you want to mix it into food. This blend of rice and pea proteins lands 21g of protein per 31g serving. You have a choice of four flavors (banana bread, mocha, tiramisu and vanilla chai), and it comes in a 2.2lb bag, giving you 32 servings per bag. And with this discount, you can pick up two bags for just over the cost of one at its regular price. This is a super-charged version of the Vegan Protein Blend, with three plant proteins (pea, pumpkin seed, watermelon seed) to deliver 25g of protein per 41.8g serving. It comes in four flavors (banana bread, mocha, tiramisu and vanilla chai) stored in a 2.54 lbs tub. These are ideal if you only use protein occasionally and want to keep it stored securely for longer stretches. Unless you have a blender or shaker to hand, protein shakes aren't always super convenient, which is what makes these 15g-of-protein-per-cookie snacks such a good option. The Birthday Cake flavor is probably a bit sweet for me — I'd go for Chocolate Chip (classic) or Snickerdoodle — and you get six cookies in a pack. Bargain for just $2.50 per cookie — you can't even buy a coffee for that price. I love Myprotein's samples because then you can spend a few dollars to try out a specific flavor before you spend much more on a full size bag. Would I pick up a whole tub of hot sauce pre-workout? Probably not. Would I try it for fun? Absolutely! Most protein powders are designed for blending with milk; you can use water, but the results aren't always enjoyable. But this Clear Whey Isolate is specifically for blending with water, so you can make a hydrating and lot less filling protein top up for your next post-workout drink instead, with 20g of protein per 25g serving. It's not exciting, but some of the best protein shakers can set you back quite a bit, so why spend more than you need on this functional drinkware? This 700ml shaker is like pretty much every other plastic shaker out there, but cheaper and with the Myprotein logo.

THG returns to sales growth as Myprotein bulks up shelves in global stores

Cult Beauty and Myprotein operator THG has said sales returned to growth in recent months as it brought its products to a growing number of stores around the world. Shares in the Manchester-based firm leapt higher after it said its nutrition business was growing at the fastest rate in more than three years. It told investors that revenue growth for the division – which also includes Myprotein's clothing arm, and Myvitamins – was expected to be between 5% and 7% for the second quarter. Myprotein products are now available in more than 34,000 stores, primarily in the UK, US and Japan, and it is expecting this to grow to 40,000 around the world by the end of the year. This has been boosted by expansion in the US with new listings in retail giant Walmart, pharmacy chain CVS, and expansion into additional GNC nutrition stores. It also said new listings had been secured at chains including thousands of 7-Eleven stores in Taiwan and Singapore, and in Dutch health and wellness gain Kruidvat. The company is anticipating in-store sales from the brand to be around £170 million for the full year. This is despite ongoing inflation across milk and whey prices – key ingredients for protein shakes and powder – but THG said there had been some recent signs of that starting to ease. Meanwhile, THG said sales across its beauty division were expected to decline by about 2% to 3% over the second quarter. This would nonetheless mark an improvement after sales dropped by a 10th in the first quarter. The beauty arm, which includes online retailers Cult Beauty and Lookfantastic, enjoyed growth in the UK but this was offset by the decision to withdraw from some less profitable locations in Asia and Europe. Shares in THG were soaring by more than 15% on Wednesday morning. Sign in to access your portfolio
