Massive MyProtein sale — 7 deals I'd buy right now with 45% off powders, vegan protein and snacks
Now is the best time to stock up on these muscle-building supplements — Myprotein has dropped a 45% discount on every item in its store! All you need to do is fill up your basket and enter the code BOOM45 to grab your essentials at almost half price.
But there's a lot to choose from. So, as a former fitness editor and long-time exerciser, I've gone through Myprotein's digital cupboard and found the proteins I'd buy right now while this mega sale lasts.
This is one of the company's most popular whey proteins (and also usually among it's most expensive), as it crams 25g of protein into a 29g serving. It also has just 110 calories and no fat, making it one of the best powders for developing lean muscle. There are nine flavors and an unflavored version if you want to mix it into food.
This blend of rice and pea proteins lands 21g of protein per 31g serving. You have a choice of four flavors (banana bread, mocha, tiramisu and vanilla chai), and it comes in a 2.2lb bag, giving you 32 servings per bag. And with this discount, you can pick up two bags for just over the cost of one at its regular price.
This is a super-charged version of the Vegan Protein Blend, with three plant proteins (pea, pumpkin seed, watermelon seed) to deliver 25g of protein per 41.8g serving. It comes in four flavors (banana bread, mocha, tiramisu and vanilla chai) stored in a 2.54 lbs tub. These are ideal if you only use protein occasionally and want to keep it stored securely for longer stretches.
Unless you have a blender or shaker to hand, protein shakes aren't always super convenient, which is what makes these 15g-of-protein-per-cookie snacks such a good option. The Birthday Cake flavor is probably a bit sweet for me — I'd go for Chocolate Chip (classic) or Snickerdoodle — and you get six cookies in a pack. Bargain for just $2.50 per cookie — you can't even buy a coffee for that price.
I love Myprotein's samples because then you can spend a few dollars to try out a specific flavor before you spend much more on a full size bag. Would I pick up a whole tub of hot sauce pre-workout? Probably not. Would I try it for fun? Absolutely!
Most protein powders are designed for blending with milk; you can use water, but the results aren't always enjoyable. But this Clear Whey Isolate is specifically for blending with water, so you can make a hydrating and lot less filling protein top up for your next post-workout drink instead, with 20g of protein per 25g serving.
It's not exciting, but some of the best protein shakers can set you back quite a bit, so why spend more than you need on this functional drinkware? This 700ml shaker is like pretty much every other plastic shaker out there, but cheaper and with the Myprotein logo.

Massive MyProtein sale — 7 deals I'd buy right now with 45% off powders, vegan protein and snacks
Myprotein is one of the best places to stock up on protein powders and snacks. The powder is easy to blend, tastes good (especially if you like sweet tastes) and the company produces some great vegan-friendly options, too. Death to Strawberry Makeup—Guava Girl Summer Is Officially Here
When happy hour beckons, my go-to cocktail almost always stars a fruit—passionfruit, to be precise—shaken with a dash of gin. But during a recent post-work outing with a friend, a new contender stole the spotlight: a fizzy spritz bursting with a playful tug-of-war between guava and mint. I've always known guava as a tart yet sweet delight, compressed into a juice so addictive that it demands encore sips until surrender. I assumed my guava affair would end in that quaint Lower East Side hideaway where we laughed over drinks. However, as it turns out, the beauty world had other plans: bottling the fruit's juicy essence into kissable balms, lather-worthy washes and butters, and spritzable potions ripe for summer indulgence. Folks have already dubbed the upcoming warm season Guava Girl Summer—and fittingly so. Cut the fruit open and you'll be greeted by its glossy pink heart, the same finish that informed the season's buzziest lip glosses and blush launches. My aversion to food-themed beauty turned me away from joining the 'strawberry makeup' or 'brownie glazed lips' bandwagon. However, upon researching guava's benefits, the fruit goes beyond its aesthetic appeal—guava actually boasts impressive benefits for the skin and hair. 'For skin, guava is loaded with antioxidants like vitamin C, which helps brighten the complexion, fade dark spots, and boost collagen production,' says Paula Brezavscek, PA-C, board-certified physician's associate and the founder of AZALA SkinClinic in Miami, Florida. Guava is also packed with another antioxidant named lycopene that 'protects the skin against environmental stressors and signs of aging. I especially love guava for its dual-action benefits: It protects and perfects. Plus, it has natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, a great option for acne-prone or sensitive skin,' Brezavscek adds. The powerhouse vitamins harnessed from the fruit offer additional strengthening and protection benefits to the hair. 'I've even seen guava leaf extract used to calm dandruff and soothe irritated scalps. It's one of those ingredients that supports both the health of the hair and the skin underneath it. To me, guava isn't just a seasonal ingredient, it's a fruit-forward glow-up that actually delivers,' Brezavscek says. Enticed by more than just the taste of the tropical fruit? Allow these guava-infused and guava-themed beauty picks to satisfy your craving. These days, the supple, glossy sheen you notice on most lips comes courtesy of Summer Fridays' cult-favorite lip balms. The brand's latest iteration of its viral formula has an even pinker hue than, say, Pink Sugar or Birthday Cake, to mimic the color of the fruit's core. Rahua's curl cream is formulated with fortifying and strengthening ingredients, including biotin, African shea butter, and oils, among others, with guava as the standout. 'Think less damage, more shine. It hydrates and smoothes the hair cuticle, which results in softer texture and a natural, healthy glow, all with that fresh, fruity scent lingering behind,' Anna Ayers, founder of Rahua, explains. Vacation starts as soon as you spritz on a Kopari fan-favorite SPF formula. However, in this case, your real respite begins in-shower. Beyond the guava scent, the Hydrating Body Wash caresses the skin with calming aloe, hydrating coconut water, and antioxidant-rich sea kelp to prep your skin for a day of fun. This lightweight leave-in conditioner will help your hair achieve its silkiest, softest form. Guava extract conditions and adds sheen to every strand, while aloe vera juice and plum extract lock in hydration. You get the best of many worlds from this one spray. Ceremonia's Guava Rescue Spray serves as a detangler and nourisher, while guava offers heat protection up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Whether worn alone or paired with a lip liner, this YSL formula glides effortlessly onto the lips for a comfortable, soft-sheen finish in a light pink shade. One scoop of this body cream is enough to give your skin a vacation-like glow, and its delicious scent is the cherry, uh, guava on top. As the moisturizing formula imparts a subtle sheen and softness to the skin, your body is wrapped in the scent of guava, coconut water, and gardenia. Ayesha Curry's Sweet July offerings are love letters to her Caribbean upbringing, and the Pava cleanser utilizes the tropic island's star ingredients to address a bevy of skin concerns. Papaya, guava, and glycolic acid work together to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, revealing a refreshed, smoother, and more refined complexion. Florals and fruits fight for the spotlight in this fragrance, which features a medley of creamy florals ylang-ylang and osmanthus, and vibrant banana and guava for a fruity touch. This toner is powered by Dezi Skin's patented Guavazyme technology, comprised of guava and pear extracts, aimed at reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation and scarring. Ere Perez's tan drops allow you to achieve a sun-kissed glow without a sunny escape. Made with vitamin C from guava and aloe vera, these drops can be mixed into your favorite serum and moisturizer, so you can wake up feeling like you're in the tropics—without leaving home. As its name suggests, Tropical by Arquiste smells like a summer cocktail waiting to be indulged. Ginger anchors the juicy tang of ripe guava and lime upon first spritz, and as it settles, guava continues mingling with the notes.

THG returns to sales growth as Myprotein bulks up shelves in global stores
Cult Beauty and Myprotein operator THG has said sales returned to growth in recent months as it brought its products to a growing number of stores around the world. Shares in the Manchester-based firm leapt higher after it said its nutrition business was growing at the fastest rate in more than three years. It told investors that revenue growth for the division – which also includes Myprotein's clothing arm, and Myvitamins – was expected to be between 5% and 7% for the second quarter. Myprotein products are now available in more than 34,000 stores, primarily in the UK, US and Japan, and it is expecting this to grow to 40,000 around the world by the end of the year. This has been boosted by expansion in the US with new listings in retail giant Walmart, pharmacy chain CVS, and expansion into additional GNC nutrition stores. It also said new listings had been secured at chains including thousands of 7-Eleven stores in Taiwan and Singapore, and in Dutch health and wellness gain Kruidvat. The company is anticipating in-store sales from the brand to be around £170 million for the full year. This is despite ongoing inflation across milk and whey prices – key ingredients for protein shakes and powder – but THG said there had been some recent signs of that starting to ease. Meanwhile, THG said sales across its beauty division were expected to decline by about 2% to 3% over the second quarter. This would nonetheless mark an improvement after sales dropped by a 10th in the first quarter. The beauty arm, which includes online retailers Cult Beauty and Lookfantastic, enjoyed growth in the UK but this was offset by the decision to withdraw from some less profitable locations in Asia and Europe. Shares in THG were soaring by more than 15% on Wednesday morning. Sign in to access your portfolio
