Mark Latham's ex Nathalie Matthews ordered to hand over escort bookings records

Mark Latham's ex-fiancee will be asked to hand over any records she holds of booking sex workers on the same day the former Labor leader celebrated his 64th birthday in February in the latest legal salvo between the former couple. In a new subpoena served on Nathalie May Matthews, 37, Mr Latham's legal team asserts she has several 'aliases' including Nathalie Darrough – which is believed to be her maiden name – and her Muslim name, Maryam Abdullah. The legal document also requires Ms Matthews to hand over all entries, postings, images and videos from her OnlyFans account from January, 2021, to the current date. The fresh legal filing specifically zeros in on the date of Mr Latham's 64th birthday on February 28, 2025. It requests a copy of all communications including emails, receipts and credit card records for 'the booking of escorts on February 28, 2025 at the Fullerton Hotel Sydney with Red Door Escort Agency'. does not suggest that Ms Matthews made the booking or that she or Mr Latham had sex with escorts, only that his legal team has sought documents in a subpoena. Sex work is legal in NSW and there is no suggestion of wrongdoing. Mr Latham said the subpoenas were designed to test his ex-lover's claim he made her have sex with other men. 'She's falsely claimed in her private application to the court that I made her have sex with other people, so this allows us to interrogate the people that unprompted by me… she's had sex with, and there are many,' Mr Latham said. 'So the (subpoenas are) directed in part ... to get information that's relevant to her application so it can be tested in the court, which, of course, is the process of justices.' As to the claim he defecated on his former girlfriend during sex, he dismissed as 'nonsense, complete nonsense'. '(She is ) making things up… as I said earlier in the week, most of the things she's complaining about, or 95 per cent of the things she's complaining about, she initiated,' he claimed. Red Door Agency promotes itself as a leading agency providing high class escorts for couples seeking a 'ménage a trois'. 'Have you always wanted to add a beautiful woman into your bedroom universe? Do you imagine having a woman who you and your significant other could enjoy?,' the website states. 'Our agency is high-end, elite, and most importantly, discreet. No one will ever know you and your partner enjoyed a Red Door threesome unless you tell them.' 'Sexed up' relationship Mr Latham has spoken out over the breakdown of the relationship, insisting on Saturday it was a 'sexed up' relationship until their break up in May, when he alleges Ms Matthews confronted him 'covered in mud'. 'This was like something from World War Z,' he said. '(But) one thing's abundantly clear – what we had for over two years was a sexed-up consensual open arrangement between adults with a fair bit of other contacts, such as fun days of the races through in. I didn't make any moral Judgement about her. 'I just enjoyed our time together, and it was enjoyable for 90 per cent of the time. The other (10) per cent could be dark and disturbing, but I rationalised it by thinking at my age, an age at which my father had already dropped dead, 90 per cent beat 10 per cent. 'But ultimately, there was an incident that ended it all as I mentioned earlier: the races.' Leaked sexts Leaked texts have laid bare the breakdown in Mr Latham's relationship with his ex-lover and the couple's habit of graphic sexting exchanges and the use of tracking devices to find a 'f*ck parlour'. Ms Matthews has sought an AVO from police but the matter is yet to be heard. Mr Latham denies the allegations and has not been charged with any criminal offence. The texts, first published by The Daily Telegraph are sexually charged and graphic. In one text exchange on February 20 at 11:06 am, the former Labor leader writes, 'Master's c**k needs relief too. Very hard thinking about you.' The 64-year-old follows up with a series of emojis including a purple eggplant and a tongue. 'Haven't c*m in days,' he writes. 'Lots of c**k tension.' The messages continue throughout the day with Mr Latham referencing parliamentary work around 8pm. 'Made it back for the first vote after dinner,' he writes. 'I needed that. You're amazing.' 'Master' nickname revealed Ms Matthews has alleged he asked her to call him 'master' and engaged in degrading sexual acts in a shocking apprehended violence application. She outlined the claims in an application to the NSW Local Court and is seeking a no-contact order for up to two years. Mr Latham who is a New South Wales Legislative Council member, has issued an emphatic denial about the claims. 'The claims you've listed there are absolute rubbish,' Mr Latham said. 'Comical in fact.' Mr Latham said the relationship was entirely consensual and he never pressured her to have sex with other men. He says they had an 'open relationship'. 'Degrading' sexual acts alleged Ms Matthews is seeking an order preventing Mr Latham from going within 100m of her, alleging an 'ongoing, reasonable fear of harassment, intimidation, and potential harm'. 'Throughout our relationship, the defendant engaged in a sustained pattern of emotional, physical, sexual, psychological, and financial abuse, including defecating on me before sex and refusing to let me wash,' the application states. 'Forcing degrading sexual acts, pressuring me to engage in sexual acts with others, demanding I call him 'master,' telling me I was his property, and repeatedly telling me that my only value to him was for sex to demean and control me.' does not suggest the claims are true, only that they have been made in an application to the NSW Local Court in pursuit of an AVO. In Ms Matthews original AVO application she claims Mr Latham encouraged her to engage in sexual acts with others, 'demanding I call him master telling me I was his property, and repeatedly telling me that my only value to him was for sex to demean and control me'. Billionaire dragged into text mess On Friday, fresh texts revealed that Mr Latham joked with his ex-lover that billionaire Richard White owed her 'big money' and urged her to seek compensation for a nondisclosure agreement in new leaked texts. Messages exchanged between Mr Latham and Ms Matthews also reveal that the former Labor leader joked she should perform oral sex on Mr White. In the sordid text, he suggests she should do so to 'celebrate' after a series of board members quit the tech company in the wake of a sex scandal controversy. Mr White is not accused of any wrongdoing and does not suggest Ms Matthews and Mr White engaged in a sexual relationship, only that Mr Latham joked about his partner performing oral sex on the 70-year old billionaire. In the text messages published by The Australian, Mr Latham sent Ms Matthews a news article about the scandal engulfing the billionaire's company. 'He owes you big money,' Mr Latham wrote. 'Get the compo NDA!!!' According to The Australian newspaper, Ms Matthews replied there were 'not really grounds'. 'I could kill my professional career,' she wrote. 'Remember I don't have a secure job.' The pair had a series of discussions about the billionaire with Mr Latham predicting Mr White 'coming back as CEO will make him a huge target'. On February 24, Mr Latham sent Ms Matthews a news article noting several WiseTech board members had quit. 'He will want you to suck his c**k to celebrate,' Mr Latham wrote. 'What an honour!!' He added a shocked face emoji. Mr Latham then suggested Mr White would soon be 'back as CEO' which would 'increase share price'. 'So buy 30k at 2pm today,' he wrote. 'Bargain.' When Ms Matthews jokingly questioned whether this was 'insider trading', Mr Latham replied: 'Insider f**king.' 'Haha,' he wrote. 'Not insider trading at all.' Latham denies insider trading On Saturday, Mr Latham again denied he ever bought or sold WiseTech shares despite discussing financial information about the company with Ms Matthews – which he learned of through her private conversations with Mr White. 'I've never bought a share in my life,' he declared to reporters. 'Next question.' Mr Latham would also not deny he had sex with Ms Matthews in his parliamentary office, insisting people could 'write whatever they like'. 'Members of parliament are allowed to run their own office,' he said. 'These are not matters of public interest … but the truth is, members of parliament have privilege for whatever happens in their office, (it) is their own domain.' Statement from Ms Matthews' solicitor In a statement, Ms Matthews solicitor said she has no comment to make at this point in time. 'However, what is disappointing in this situation, where an individual has sought help from the judicial system, and before the court has even had the ability to hear the matter, is that my client has been subjected to character assassination, reputational damage and trial by media,' she said. 'Domestic violence is a serious issue in our society. Any individual in genuine fear should have the right to seek protection without vilification.'

Tech billionaire Richard White dragged into Mark Latham scandal

Tech billionaire Richard White has been dragged into the ugly split between Mark Latham and ex-lover Nathalie May Matthews with a subpoena demanding both she and the Sydney businessman hand over any 'communications' that exist between them. Mr Latham's lawyer Zali Burrows, who also acts for former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann, has lodged a subpoena for 'communications' between the WiseTech co-founder and Ms Matthews in response to her domestic abuse allegations against the NSW independent MP. Ms Matthews has also been served with a subpoena for her communications with Mr White. Mr White is not accused of any wrongdoing. Mr Latham has emphatically denied his ex-girlfriend's abuse allegations, which include a claim he once defecated on her before sex, as 'comically false and ridiculous.' does not suggest these allegations are true, only that they have been made against a serving NSW MP and a court will hear the application later this month. Mr White and Mr Latham and Ms Matthews have been contacted for comment. 'Invoices' for G-strings In a separate development, fresh claims have emerged that Mr Latham borrowed tens of thousands of dollars from Ms Matthews before complaining after the couple broke up and she requested the return of personal items that 'you bought those things when you lived in the house rent free.' There is no suggestion that Mr Latham did not return the money before the demise of the relationship. He has not been charged with any offence. In his only broadcast interview on the matter Mr Latham said that he was guilty of nothing more than being 'human' and 'male.' 'The big news is I had a private life. I had a sex life and I've got to say it was fantastic,'' Mr Latham said of the relationship. But the NSW MP has dismissed as an elaborate 'in-joke' other invoices he sent her that included references to G-strings and used the acronym for LETS ROOT. In Ms Matthew's AVO application she alleges Mr Latham borrowed $20,000 from her 'on four occasions without prompt repayment.' In one transaction Ms Matthews transferred $20,000 to Mr Latham on October 11 last year and it's also understood Ms Matthews also covered at least $15,000 worth of hotels and restaurants for the couple. The Daily Telegraph reported on Friday that that one email sent by Mr Latham in November 2023 to Ms Matthews titled: 'Latham Emergency Timely Storage Rental of Opportunists' Things', which serves as an acronym for 'LETS ROOT.' 'For: Services, Storage, Squatting, March-November 2023, itemised as follows…' the email from Mr Latham reads. '42 nights accommodation for Nathalie Matthews (naked), 29 mornings breakfast-inner and other personal services… @$50 per night = $2,100. 'Three months storage of: two large computer screens, keyboards and cords, 11 dresses, one 'It's a Latham Thing' sloppy joe, 6 boxes of shoes (non-shiny), 9 G-strings, assorted lingerie… assorted smalls and toiletries = $2,900' his email read. Mr Latham said there had to be payment 'within 21 days', otherwise stored materials would be 'thrown in the dam… or impounded permanently.' In September 2024 Ms Matthews wrote twice to Mr Latham requesting amounts totalling $9,000 be returned. But Mr Latham said on X on Friday that is was all an elaborate joke. 'Tele really have bottomed out with story today about Nathalie Matthews/Darrough/Abdullah/Bondi/Amber finances,'' he wrote. 'They are all of her aliases listed on this in-joke Invoice which, by the way, is numbered F*K0069.' 'Open relationship' claim Mr Latham has told The Daily Telegraph the couple were always in an 'open' sexual relationship and that she was having sex with other people during the entire two-year relationship that he has described a 'situationship.' 'It was never a monogamous relationship,'' Mr Latham said. Ms Matthews told friends last year that Mr Latham had proposed marriage and that the couple lived together in a de facto relationship. 'Pig' attack Mr Latham was slammed as a 'pig' earlier this week after revelations he photographed female MPs at work and joked about having 'a threesome' with NSW Greens MP Abigail Boyd. In one Instagram message sent to his former partner, Mr Latham shared a photo of Ms Boyd in the parliamentary chamber, taken without her knowledge. He then shared a photo of Liberal MP Susan Carter taken from behind showing her full body and bottom, saying 'then it gets worse .... Grandma'. The disparaging comments, which were included in a trove of leaked text exchanges with his ex-lover, were condemned by colleagues on Thursday. 'Mark Latham is a pig,' Housing Minister Rose Jackson said at a press conference. She noted his previous attacks on campaigner Rosie Batty whose son was murdered in a domestic violence incident by his own father. 'This man has attacked Rosie Batty, telling her to grieve in private. This man is well known on the record, multiple times as a bigot – one of the biggest bigots in the state,' she said. 'It's extremely confronting for me to think that in a workplace there's someone who thinks it's acceptable to take photos of you and to share them with derogatory comments.' Mr Latham has not denied the text messages but insisted they were playful banter with his ex-partner. He has denied abusing Ms Matthews in any way, insisting all of their interactions were entirely consensual. She has lodged a legal application for an order to prohibit Mr Latham from contacting her claiming a sustained pattern of abuse and coercive control. 'Pinched her bum' In another leaked text exchange, Mr Latham wrote that Liberal MP Eleni Petinos 'looked pregnant' and then claimed to have 'pinched her bum lightly'. But Ms Petinos told the Daily Telegraph that the incident never happened, and was 'an absolute fantasy'. 'That is not in the realms of possibility,' she said. 'Mark's attitude towards his colleagues is disgraceful - instead of showing respect he chooses to objectify and degrade. 'It's just grossly inappropriate - we don't walk around to be objectified everyday.' Mr Latham insisted that his message about pinching the bottom of Ms Petinos was an 'in-joke'. 'Freak off' claims Meanwhile, a Queensland sex worker claimed that Mr Latham and his then-girlfriend contacted her and even met with her at a ritzy event at Sydney's Randwick Racecourse. Carly Electric said she suspected she was contacted because the couple wanted to hire her for a threesome. In a message sent by Mr Latham to his now ex-girlfriend, he said Ms Electric was 'good rooter' and joked if she might want to be involved in a 'freak off' – the now infamous term used by Sean 'Diddy' Combs to describe threesomes where one person looks on. 'It was just implied … who comes to a sex worker and behaves this way?' Ms Electric said of the interactions. Mr Latham dismissed the discussions of freak offs as 'a prank joke.' 'Just as the Tele today ran cherry-picked messages between me and Nathalie Matthews, with no context, missing in-jokes and pranks, they are at it again,'' he said. 'Often enough between consenting adults there are 10-20 messages leading up to a prank joke. Haha.'

Lovestruck Mark Latham proposed marriage to ex-lover

Lovestruck Mark Latham proposed marriage to his ex-lover Nathalie May Matthews before she accused him of degrading sexual acts and alleged a pattern of abusive behaviour. Despite Mr Latham describing the relationship as 'a situationship', friends of the former couple have revealed the relationship was serious. In fact, they insist that the former Labor leader proposed to the businesswoman and Liberal Party supporter on May 23, 2024 at the acclaimed Italian restaurant Otto in Sydney. But Ms Matthews has now alleged that Mr Latham asked her to call him 'master' and engaged in degrading sexual acts, allegations detailed in a shocking apprehended violence application. She has alleged that he defecated on her before sex, took intimate images and threw a plate at her – allegations Mr Latham strongly denies. does not suggest the claims are true, only that they have been made in an application to the NSW Local Court in pursuit of an AVO. Mr Latham separated from his second wife Janine Lacy, a local magistrate, and the mother of his children, in September, 2022 after over twenty years of marriage. He divorced his first wife Gabrielle Gwyther in 1999. Mark Latham denies 'degrading' sex acts' Mr Latham, 64, who is a New South Wales Legislative Council member, has issued an emphatic denial about the claims, telling The Australian newspaper – that first broke the story – that the allegations were untrue. 'The claims you've listed there are absolute rubbish,' Mr Latham said. 'Comical in fact. 'Nothing has been served on me nor has anyone contacted me. 'I haven't had anything to do with her (Ms Matthews) since 27 May, so nearly seven weeks ago. I ended the 'situationship' that night for very good reason.' In late 2023, it was a different story with Mr Latham gushing over his new girlfriend on social media. 'So much looking forward to The Everest this Saturday at Royal Randwick,' Mr Latham's post read. 'A beautiful trophy designed by the great Nic Cerrone, made even more spectacular by being photographed with @nathaliemaymatthews.' In another post, the loved-up couple cuddled at the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, in Sydney's west. 'Great day of racing at Rosehill with the Town Crier and the very beautiful Nathalie Matthews,' the caption on the post read, followed by an emoji with heart eyes. NSW police contact NSW police sources say officers who initially interviewed Ms Matthews did not believe there was sufficient evidence to proceed with charges or an apprehended violence order on the information they were given. They remain open to taking a further, more comprehensive statement. They again spoke to her as recently as Monday and will continue to seek a comprehensive statement. 'Degrading' sexual acts alleged Ms Matthews, 37, is seeking an order preventing Mr Latham from going within 100m of her, alleging an 'ongoing, reasonable fear of harassment, intimidation, and potential harm'. 'Throughout our relationship, the defendant engaged in a sustained pattern of emotional, physical, sexual, psychological, and financial abuse, including defecating on me before sex and refusing to let me wash,'' the application states. In the application, she stated that on May 27, 2025, Mr Latham arrived at her home at some time in the evening after sending her 'abusive and coercive text messages, pressuring and insulting me for not being home with him'. After she returned home later that evening, she alleged he was verbally aggressive and intimidating before leaving. 'Monster' texts revealed Shortly after, she alleged he sent further threatening and coercive messages, falsely accusing her of aggression, calling her a 'monster,' and stating he had gone to his GP to create a record claiming distress and that he had approached Parliamentary Security – given he is currently a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council. In June, she stated she was in the Middle East for several weeks. Ms Matthews owns an e-commerce global logistics firm based in Dubai, Perth and Sydney. But upon her return, the application stated she had been in 'a constant state of fear and hypervigilance due to the defendant's pattern of harassment and intimidation following previous separations'. She also alleged instances of physical violence in the application including 'pushing me against walls, forcing me out the door, throwing a plate at me during an argument, and driving at me with his vehicle, hitting me with the side mirror and causing a bruise'. The application also cites allegations of psychological abuse, including 'constant put-downs comparing me unfavourably to other women, acting as if he would harm himself to manipulate me, monitoring my devices without consent, and systematically undermining my confidence to control and isolate me'. There are also claims of financial abuse, including borrowing $20,000 on four occasions without prompt repayment, forcing her to pay for international holidays under duress, coercing her into expensive purchases, and pressuring her regarding her father's will. 'Intimate videos' 'The defendant has held intimate photos and videos of me, and I have been afraid he would expose them to shame and control me if I attempted to leave or resist his demands,'' the application stated. 'The defendant has repeatedly manipulated and intimidated me into resuming the relationship following separations, creating a cycle of fear and control. Previous breakups in May 2024, June 2024, September 2024, January 2025, and June 2025 were followed by similar intimidation and re-engagement. '(Mr Latham engaged in) physical violence, including pushing me against walls, forcing me out the door, throwing a plate at me during an argument, and driving at me with his vehicle, hitting me with the side mirror and causing a bruise,' the court document claims. The matter will be mentioned at Downing Centre Local Court on July 30. 'Vile' homophobic tweets Last year the Federal Court found Mr Latham defamed independent Sydney MP Alex Greenwich after claiming in a homophobic social media post that Mr Greenwich was not a fit and proper person to be a member of the NSW parliament because he engaged in 'disgusting' sexual activities. He was ordered to pay $140,000 to Mr Greenwich. During the trial, Mr Greenwich's barrister Matt Collins KC said Mr Latham's statements were 'pregnant with innuendo'. 'It is plainly not a tweet about homosexual sex. It's a tweet about a particular and unhygienic sex act,' Dr Collins said. 'People understood Mr Latham to be saying exactly what he said in the tweet: that Mr Greenwich engages in a particularly disgusting and hygienic sexual act.' Last month Mr Latham used parliamentary privilege to reveal confidential information from a psychologist's report prepared for the tribunal as to the case brought by Mr Greenwich. In response, Mr Greenwich told parliament that Mr Latham 'thinks and talks far too much about my sex life'.

Mark Latham denies ‘degrading' sex acts with former partner

WARNING: Distressing allegations Former Labor leader Mark Latham's ex-partner has alleged he asked her to call him 'master' and engaged in degrading sexual acts in a shocking apprehended violence application. Businesswoman Nathalie May Matthews, 37, has outlined the claims in an application to the NSW Local Court and is seeking a no-contact order for up to two years. 'One might be forgiven for being lost for words to characterise many of the tweets and comments,' he said. BREAKING NEWS Mark Latham denies shocking abuse claims from former partner - including accusations he forced her into degrading sexual acts

Explosive new court documents allege NSW independent MP Mark Latham pressured his former partner into 'degrading' sexual acts, including making her call him 'master', as well as driving his car at her and 'defecating on her before sex'. A domestic violence order filed in the NSW Local Court accuses Mr Latham of subjecting ex-partner Nathalie May Matthews to 'a sustained pattern' of psychological, financial, and emotional abuse over almost three years, according to details seen by The Australian. Mr Latham denied the claims on Monday. 'Nothing has been served on me nor has anyone contacted me,' he told The Australian. 'I haven't had anything to do with her (Ms Matthews) since 27 May, so nearly seven weeks ago. I ended the "situationship" that night for very good reason.' He followed up his statement with a post on social media. 'The Australian newspaper has published a story based on allegations from Nathalie Matthews which are comically false and ridiculous. 'I have scores of documents to show that and will rely upon them to defend myself. As the old saying goes, Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.' Ms Matthews has applied for an interim order barring Mr Latham from coming within 100m, citing 'ongoing, reasonable fear of harassment, intimidation, and potential harm'. Her application accuses the former Labor leader of throwing a dinner plate at her, forcing her to call him 'master', and pressuring her to have sex with others. Ms Matthews' filing also alleges Mr Latham prevented her from cleaning up after 'defecating on me before sex' and 'telling me I was his property, and repeatedly telling me that my only value to him was for sex to demean and control me'. Ms Matthews also alleged 'physical violence' incidents, including 'pushing me against walls, forcing me out the door, throwing a plate at me during an argument, and driving at me with his vehicle, hitting me with the side mirror and causing a bruise'. Mr Latham is further accused of 'systematically undermining' Ms Matthews to 'control and isolate' her by comparing her 'unfavourably to other women, acting as if he would harm himself to manipulate me'. Ms Matthews accuses Mr Latham of forcing her to cover the cost of holidays abroad 'under duress', making her purchase expensive goods, and coercing her about her father's will for his benefit. She claims 'constant fear and hypervigilance' since her arrival home from a June trip abroad, alleging all past break-ups with Mr Latham featured a repeated 'pattern of harassment and intimidation'. She alleges: 'The defendant has held intimate photos and videos of me, and I have been afraid he would expose them to shame and control me if I attempted to leave or resist his demands.' Ms Matthews made the application herself, with NSW Police neither charging Mr Latham or seeking an order on her behalf. The matter will be up at heard at Downing Centre Local Court on 30 July.
