Before he became a real estate developer in Dubai, Ankur Aggarwal was a boy in Delhi tutoring younger kids to help his single mother make ends meet. His father had passed away when he was six. With financial hardships came responsibilities. He began earning at eleven, and with that, the resolve to build something of his own one day was born. The decision, like most he makes, was backed by data and instinct. Today, he heads a real estate company with a growing footprint in the UAE, managing assets worth ₹22 billion under development.
