The HBO series, packed with A-list stars and tangled drama, left everyone wondering if the Monterey Five will return. Here's the full rundown on whether Big Little Lies Season 3 is in the cards. Has Big Little Lies Season 3 Been Confirmed? Yes, Big Little Lies season 3 is in development! Executive producers and stars Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon have confirmed that a third season is in the works. In November 2023, Kidman announced at a fan event that the show would return, stating, 'We will be bringing you a third one, just FYI.' Witherspoon echoed this sentiment at the 2024 Golden Globes, confirming they are 'working on it' and collaborating closely with author Liane Moriarty. Who's Returning for the Next Chapter? What's the Story for Big Little Lies Season 3? While specific plot details remain under wraps, season 3 is expected to pick up after the dramatic season 2 cliffhanger, where Bonnie texted the group to confess her role in Perry's death, and the Monterey Five entered the police station together. The new season will be based on a forthcoming novel by Liane Moriarty, who wrote the original Big Little Lies book. HBO's Francesca Orsi revealed in March 2025 that Moriarty has completed 150 pages of the sequel novel, which will feature a time jump, focusing on the women parenting their now-teenage children. Burglars raid Brad Pitt's LA mansion as he promotes new ‘F1' movie abroad

LOS ANGELES, June 27 — Burglars broke into Brad Pitt's Los Angeles home on Thursday, ransacking the property and fleeing with stolen items while the Oscar-winning actor was traveling to promote his new racing thriller F1, US media reported. A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson told NBC News that a break-in took place at a residence in the Los Feliz neighbourhood around 10.30pm (1.30pm Malaysian time today), without officially confirming who owned the home. Police sources told NBC News and the Los Angeles Times that three suspects climbed over a front fence and broke in through the home's front window before ransacking the location and fleeing with some belongings. The value of the stolen items has not been disclosed. Pitt was not home at the time, as he has been on a global promotional tour for his new movie F1. The 61-year-old actor attended the film's premiere in London this week. The property was purchased by Pitt in 2023 for US$5.5 million (RM23.26 million), according to Variety magazine. Pitt is the among the most recent celebrities to have their Los Angeles homes burglarised. About US$500,000 of jewellery was allegedly stolen from the home of French striker Olivier Giroud of MLS side Los Angeles FC in a burglary in February. That same month, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's residence was reportedly burglarised. — AFP

Thieves scaled fence, busted window before ransacking Brad Pitt's L.A. home, sources say

LOS ANGELES — Police are investigating a reported burglary at 'F1' actor Brad Pitt's home, two law enforcement sources familiar with the incident told NBC News on Thursday. Pitt was not home at the time, the sources said. A Los Angeles police spokesperson confirmed a break-in at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at a residence in the Los Feliz neighborhood but did not identify who lived there or who owned the home. Thieves ransacked the home and took an unknown amount of miscellaneous property, officials said. The value of the items was not immediately disclosed. Police were looking for three people who climbed over a front fence and broke in through the home's front window, the sources said. It's the latest in a wave of burglaries in recent years that have targeted high-end neighborhoods across Los Angeles and Southern California, where VIPs and celebrities have been victimized. On Valentine's Day, the Los Angeles home of actor Nicole Kidman and musician Keith Urban was burglarized. A week before that, the Southern California home of Los Angeles Football Club star forward Olivier Giroud, member of the French National Team that won the 2018 World Cup, was burglarized. In that case, thieves made off with what a source described as 'a significant amount' of jewelry and other items. Authorities have not said whether any of the crimes are connected to South American burglary crews that have been targeting high-end homes from coast to coast and have been fixtures in the Los Angeles area for more than a decade. Brad Pitt's $5.5m Hollywood house ransacked by burglars

The Los Angeles home of Brad Pitt has been 'ransacked' by thieves who scaled his fence and broke in through the front window. Pitt, who was in London earlier this week to promote his new F1 film, was not at the three-bedroom house at the time of the burglary late on Wednesday night, according to US media reports. Police are searching for three suspects who fled the scene with 'miscellaneous property', the Los Angeles police department said. The force confirmed they responded to a break-in at about 10.30pm but did not provide any information about the nature or value of the items taken. Pitt bought the property on North Edgemont Street in LA's Los Feliz neighbourhood for $5.5 million in April 2023, according to Traded, a commercial real estate website. It is close to Griffith Park, home of the Hollywood Sign and the Griffith Observatory. The actor has become the latest Hollywood star to be targeted by thieves in LA. On Valentine's Day a burglar broke into the home that Nicole Kidman shares with Keith Urban, the country music singer, in the Hidden Valley gated community of Beverly Hills. The couple were not at home at the time. Thieves also stole about $500,000 worth of expensive watches and other luxury items from the home of Olivier Giroud, the World Cup-winning French footballer who plays for Los Angeles FC. Several US sports stars, including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, have also been the victims of break-ins in recent years. Some of the thefts are believed to be linked to organised gangs from South America. The FBI issued a warning to US sports leagues in December that crime groups were targeting homes looking for valuables such as designer handbags, jewellery and watches. The homes of at least nine professional athletes were targeted between September and November 2024. The home of Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, the Friends actress, was also damaged last month when an alleged stalker rammed through the gate of her Bel Air mansion. Pitt attended the London premiere of F1: The Movie on Monday night with his girlfriend Ines de Ramon and was pictured embracing his fellow A-lister Tom Cruise, as well as posing with the cast next to Sir Lewis Hamilton. In the film he plays a veteran driver, Sonny Hayes, who competes against younger rivals in Grand Prix races around the world. A representative for Pitt declined to comment about the burglary.

Brad Pitt's Hollywood home 'ransacked' in break-in while star away on F1 The Movie press tour

Police are investigating a break-in at Brad Pitt 's Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, three suspects broke in through a front window, 'ransacked' the property and fled with stolen items. It's not yet clear what was taken and no arrests have been made. The Oscar-winning actor was not at home during the incident. He is currently on a press tour for his upcoming film F1 The Movie. Earlier this week, Pitt was in London for the premiere, where he was joined by fellow Hollywood star Tom Cruise and seven-time Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton. The film was released in the UAE on Thursday. Pitt's property – a large, three-bedroom home located just outside Griffith Park near the famous Hollywood Sign – is surrounded by fencing and dense greenery, offering privacy from public view. In a similar incident earlier this year, there was also a break-in at the Los Angeles home of actress Nicole Kidman and her husband, musician Keith Urban, highlighting a trend of high-profile break-ins across the city. The police investigation into the break-in at Pitt's residence is continuing. F1 The Movie had its regional premiere on Wednesday evening in Abu Dhabi, although Pitt and other members of the cast were not at the event. The film tells the fictional story of veteran driver Sonny Hayes (Pitt), who is forced into retirement after a devastating crash. Years later, he returns to the world of racing to mentor rising star Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) for the underdog Apex Grand Prix team.
