Appearing on the latest episode of former Love Island star Olivia Attwood's ITV documentary series Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, the woman revealed why she chose to change her looks so drastically. But it was when Olivia met Alicia towards the end of the latest episode that people were left stunned. Alicia's £250,000 left her looking completely unrecognisable, with large lips, breasts and long platinum blonde hair to complete the look. The surgery fan even donned a pink outfit and accessories in a bid to look more like Barbie. At one point in the episode, Olivia was taken aback by a scrapbook full of old pictures of Alicia. Inside were pictures of Alicia taken when she was around 18-years-old, in 2016, but the girl looked nothing like the Alicia standing next to Olivia. Despite having the same blonde hair, the surgery fan looked much more natural, sporting a casual outfit and nothing too attention grabbing. Olivia gasped at the before pictures: "Oh. My. God." Then, speaking about if she knew her look would change so drastically, Alicia confessed: "To people who really knew me back then, knew what I was like, it wouldn't be a big shock because I've always sort of been quite outgoing and confident and sexual and stuff like that." In complete shock, Olivia continued to flip through the pictures, pinpointing different stages of Alicia's cosmetic journey, from breast implants, to a rhinoplasty. "I choose my health and my looks over everything so I spend a lot of money on the stuff I put into my body such as food and that kind of thing. "And I spend a lot of money on getting the right kind of filler, the best products," she explained. The surgery lover also revealed that she'd never want to go back to her old self, even as she gets older. This Morning announces new presenter and it's a huge name
Olivia Attwood has announced she had landed a huge presenting role on This Morning following her recent success on Loose Women. A guest on the programme today, Olivia said: "I have some news, it's very exiting. I'll be joining you guys on the hosting team on the other side. "I'm going to be doing a couple of shows in the summer, I'm very excited to be joining you guys, a huge honour. "I've grown up watching this show and being part of the daytime team on Loose Women has been the best experience and this just feels like a very natural progression." Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley said she'll be 'brilliant' after announcing the new and she then got some practice in, but needed her soon-to-be colleagues help in finding the correct camera as she addressed the viewers. The 34-year-old, who joined ITV's Loose Women panel two years ago, appeared on This Morning on Monday to discuss her latest series of her documentary Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection. The news drew mixed reaction on social media. One wasn't happy with the decision and said on X: "That's another step downhill for this show! I wonder who else will be hosting over the summer?" Another was pleased, writing: "Yes queen hope you get full time on this morning!" as a third person said about the reality TV star: "It's great that olivia attwood will be a presenter on this morning, she'll be fantastic #ThisMorning."

This Morning welcomes new presenter as they say 'it's a huge honour' The former Loose Women star is joining the daytime programme. This Morning hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley have welcomed a new member to the ITV daytime programme team. The broadcaster is undergoing a series of changes revolving around Lorraine Kelly's 9am programme and Loose Women. Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood is now joining This Morning, just two years after appearing regularly on Loose Women. Olivia, 34, has had quite the career transformation since she rose to fame on the ITV2 dating series in 2017 alongside Chris Hughes. She has since gone on to appear on The Only Way Is Essex and had a short-lived stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! as well as her own documentaries. Appearing on Monday's This Morning to speak about the new season of her programme Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, the star dropped the news she was joining the blue sofa as a regular. Olivia joins the likes of Alison Hammond, Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary who present when Cat and Ben are on breaks. OLIVIA ATTWOOD: THE PRICE OF PERFECTION ACHIEVES ITS HIGHEST OVERNIGHT AUDIENCE ON ITV2 Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection returned for a second series last night on ITV2 and achieved its highest overnight audience on ITV2 with a peak audience of 349K and 228K average. The entire new series was also released yesterday on ITVX and has already achieved 323K streams so far. The first series of Price of Perfectio n was ITVX's biggest factual entertainment launch and collectively both series have had 7.9m streams to date. Programming fronted by broadcaster Olivia Attwood (Price of Perfection, Getting Filthy Rich, Bad Boyfriends and Olivia vs the Trolls) have collectively reached almost 40 million streams on ITVX. Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection is available to watch on ITVX now - a new immersive series which sees Olivia continue her search for how science and social media are redefining beauty as we all chase the perfect selfie. The six different aspects of the cosmetic world and episodes available are Weight Loss, Smile, Skin, Mummy Makeover, Men and Spending 100K & Counting. Olivia Attwood exposes the dangers of weight loss procedures in new show
In her latest documentary series for ITV2, presenter and model Olivia Attwood explores weight loss jabs, scary surgeries and the lengths people will go to for their looks Presenter and model Olivia Attwood, a Love Island alumni, knows a thing or two about the pressures to look perfect. Over the years, she had indulged in the 'odd tweakment or two', admitting she's a bit addicted to lip filler. 'I will try anything,' she says. She thinks Kim Kardashian is the ideal of perfection and totally understands this need to keep chasing a desire for the perfect selfie. This all makes her the ideal person to make these documentaries, as she explores the booming business of cosmetic procedures - and the huge dangers - without judgement and with a vested interest. A warning, if you're squeamish you might want to have a cushion ready as this series is a no holds barred look at nips, cuts, tucks and nauseating surgeries. In this latest series, Olivia Attwood: The Price Of Perfection (starts June 12, ITV2, 10.05pm), Olivia investigates six different aspects of the cosmetic world - weight loss, smile, skin, the 'Mummy Makeover', men and 'Spending £100k and counting'. Not only does she speak to patients and practitioners, but she even hops onto the table to try some out for herself - from the latest in energy treatments to the benefits of salmon sperm injections. Starting with weight loss, Olivia says: 'Big boobs, big bums and body positivity may have changed the way we feel about our figures at times, but as far as I can remember, being thin has and probably always will be, in fashion.' Olivia interviews Kate Moss's fashion model sister Lottie, who was hospitalised after misusing Ozempic. Lottie says: 'I always felt compared to Kate. I felt a lot of pressure to be like her and to look like her. I got the Ozempic from a doctor who was giving it out on the sly with no questions asked. Within two weeks, I'd lost 6 or 7kg. I had a seizure. I was terrified. I honestly felt like I was dying. It wasn't worth it.' Olivia also talks to people using fat-busting injections (even when they don't know what's in them) and follows a woman to Turkey as she has 360 liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift. Frank, funny and relatable, Olivia is not afraid to ask the big questions in this eye-opening (and sometimes eye-popping) series. Using advanced DNA technology and genealogy, the duos will unlock hidden secrets from their family trees as they discover amazing revelations about their descendants, fascinating stories of unknown ancestors, and meetings with newly-found living relatives. 'I do feel nervous,' says Hermione. 'I didn't sleep a wink, I woke up at 3am with my normal menopausal angst. I don't know anything about my family.' While Fay adds: 'I've been haunted by my ancestors. It will be interesting to see where the acting comes from.' Their first instruction is to go to St Paul's Cathedral, where Fay makes a discovery about an elite printer in her past. And in Chester-le-Street, Hermione finds out about a mining background and a prank that went terribly wrong, involving a loaded gun. Her ancestor accidentally killed his best friend, believing the gun was not loaded. Hermione says: 'I don't know how you keep breathing if you've killed another human being, your best friend.' However, she then discovers the ancestor went on to rescue men and boys during a mining tragedy and then campaigned for safer mines, being hailed a hero. 'I'm proud that I come from mining stock," Hermione adds. As Fay and Hermione's journey continues, they discover their ancestors also include a Swedish immigrant and a music hall manager. THE SAVOY: GREAT HOTELS THROUGH TIME, 5, 9pm Tucked away in an exclusive part of London's West End is The Savoy, the capital's first purpose-built luxury hotel - and its history is fascinating. When it opened nearly 140 years ago it was a groundbreaker. It was the first hotel in London to have electric lighting, ensuite bathrooms and 'ascending rooms' - also known as lifts! It also has the longest surviving cocktail bar in London and the theatrical lobby, with its marble floor and mahogany walls, sending you back to a different era. Actor Nigel Haver says: 'People go to LA for showbiz. You don't have to, you go to The Savoy.' Sweeping through the history of the place, this documentary explores how The Savoy has always been a favourite of the rich and famous, including Hollywood screen siren Marilyn Monroe and our own royalty, Princess Diana. Frank Sinatra, Winston Churchill and Vivien Leigh have dined there, French painter Claude Money has painted from a hotel balcony, fuelled by two cooked English breakfasts a day. Today, if you have a few grand for the night, you can stay in his suite and attempt your own version of a Monet painting. EMMERDALE, ITV1, 7.30pm The police reveal they believe Nate was killed on the day he was supposed to leave for Shetland and Tracy says she was at Vanessa's for that entire day. Later on, Vanessa looks like a deer in headlights when DS Walsh asks her to corroborate her sister's alibi in an official statement. Mandy and Paddy persuade Bear to go and see Liam about his insomnia. Kerry throws Pollard a surprise party but is horrified to hear he's planning to sell the barn. EASTENDERS, BBC1, 7.30pm It's Kat and Alfie's wedding day (again), but their concerns about Tommy and the video cast a shadow of their happiness. Alfie promises to talk to Tommy, but a series of mishaps distracts him. When Alfie also admits he has messed up several wedding tasks, Kat tells him she's having second thoughts. Will it go ahead? Denise tries to support Yolande and Patrick through the crisis in their relationship. Joel invites Tommy to come over to his place after the wedding.
