Tecno Pova 7 series has launched in India and its design has got people's attention. The new Pova 7 models are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 5G chipset and you get a high-refresh rate AMOLED display with the Pro variant. Tecno is also packing a large battery that gets fast charging support, including wireless charging. The company is offering AI features that are becoming fairly standard across different segments. Tecno Pova 7 price in India starts at Rs 14,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, going up to Rs 15,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Pova 7 Pro series starts at Rs 18,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB model, and Rs 19,999 if you want the 256GB version. Tecno Pova 7 sale in India starts from July 10 through online platforms. Tecno Pova 7 And Pova 7 Pro Specifications The Pova 7 Pro version sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The regular model gets the same screen size but an LCD panel with 144Hz supported. Both the models get the same MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The devices run on the Android 15-based HiOS 5 version and get Ella AI chatbot from the brand which lets you use it in multiple Indian languages. The company has added a light ring around the camera module which gives you message and call alerts. Tecno has launched two new smartphones in the sub- ₹ 20,000 price segment, the Pova 7 and Pova 7 Pro. The new phones come powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate processor and feature 6,000 mAh battery along with 45W of fast charging. Tecno Pova 7 is priced at ₹ 14,999 for 8GB RAM /128GB storage variant and ₹ 15,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. It will will availalbe in three colour variants: Magic Silver, Oasis Green and Geek Black. Meanwhile, the Pova 7 Pro is priced at ₹ 18,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant and ₹ 19,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. It comes in three colourways: Dyanmic Grey, Neon Cyan and Geek Black. The two phones will go on sale on Flipkart from 10 July onwards. Tecno Pova 7 Pro sports a 6.78 inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The phone is protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 7i protection on top and gets IP64 rating for water and splash resistance. It gets a a 6,000mAh battery with support for 45W of wired fast charging and 30W of wired fast charging. Tecno Pova 7 also gets a 6.78 inch panel but with Full HD+ resolution and LCD display. It gets a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits in High Brightness Mode (HBM). The Pova 7 is powered by the same Dimensity 7300 Ultimate processor but with support for up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The Pova 7 gets a 50MP primary shooter and a secondary sensor. There is a 13MP front facing shooter for selfies and video calls. Software wise, the Pova 7 runs on HiOS 15 based on Android 15 and the same update cycle. It also gets a 6,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging but no support for wireless charging.
