Son of Kaizer Chiefs legend spotted with Orlando Pirates

The son of the legendary Lucas Radebe (Kaizer Chiefs legend) has been spotted with Orlando Pirates. Orlando Pirates are in Spain for their pre-season tour. Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs legend Lucas Radebe's son has been seen with the Bucs. So, what is 'Primo' up to with the Bucs? Radebe's son, 'Primo' was recently spotted in training with Pirates. The TikTok influencer, actor and comedian joined the Bucs players for a rondo in a recent training in Marbella, Spain. 'Comedian, actor and TikTok extraordinaire Ofentse 'Primo 9teen' Baloyi donned Orlando Pirates' training and joined the players in a rondo during their pre-season camp in Marbella,' SNL reported. Meaning, he is not there from a playing capacity but rather for the experience. Also, it looks like the son of an Amakhosi legend could be an Orlando Pirates supporter. Talk about irony. 'The former Bidvest Wits baller, renowned for his funny social media sketches, has joined the Buccaneers on their trip to Spain as part of Vodacom's Tsamaya campaign, alongside five other lucky Pirates supporters who joined the journey as competition winners,' 'The footballer-turned-content creator has been on the beat with his documenting of the trip, showing Bucs fans a glimpse into the club's third trip to sunny Marbella in the province of Malaga,' Furthermore, he was spotted rocking a Pirates vest. 'Primo, the son of Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana legend Lucas Radebe, found himself in the middle of a rondo and despite rocking a red Pirates training vest, compared to the rest of the squad who donned a black strip, Primo did not look out of place!,' the same publication concluded. Pirates have officially released SEVEN players. Meanwhile, more departures are lined up after the Bucs left NINE players at home. What goes up must come down. Whilst, seven players have left Mayfair, NINE new player signings have been confirmed by Pirates. Furthermore, their TENTH signing is imminent with several high-profile players from Mamelodi Sundowns, Bafana Bafana, African giants and PSL rivals linked. Chicago Bulls announce full summer league roster, which includes Matas Buzelis, Yuki Kawamura and Josh Primo

The Chicago Bulls are bringing in a handful of familiar names to round out their roster for the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, which will be headlined by 2025 draft picks Noa Essengue and Lachlan Olbrich and second-year star Matas Buzelis. The Bulls added Josh Primo to their summer league roster after signing the guard to an exhibit-10 contract last October. Primo was selected No. 12 overall in the 2021 NBA draft by the San Antonio Spurs, but has played only six games over the past six seasons after he was waived by the Spurs and suspended by the NBA as a result of an indecent exposure investigation stemming from an incident in 2022. In October 2022, a former team psychologist for the Spurs accused Primo of exposing himself to her during private therapy sessions. Primo was 19 at the time. The psychologist later filed a civil complaint against the guard and the Spurs, which was ultimately settled. The following year, the Texas district attorney's office elected not to bring charges, citing insufficient evidence. In September 2023, the NBA suspended Primo for four games following an independent investigation for 'conduct detrimental to the league.' The investigation confirmed that Primo 'engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to women.' At the time of his signing last October, the Bulls claimed the move was purely to facilitate Primo's rehabilitation from an injury with no plans to roster him with the first team. He played in one game with the Windy City Bulls before being waived in December. Guard Yuki Kawamura is also joining the Bulls after making his NBA debut last year on a two-way deal with the Memphis Grizzlies. At 5-foot-8, Kawamura was the shortest player in the league last season, counteracting his steep size disadvantage with savvy playmaking. Locals and DePaul fans will recognize former Blue Demon Javon Freeman-Liberty, a 6-foot-4 guard and native of Chicago who played his high school ball at Whitney Young. Freeman-Liberty first signed with the Windy City Bulls in 2022 and went on to average 18.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 17 appearances. After a stint with the Toronto Raptors, Freeman-Liberty returned to Chicago last fall to re-sign with Windy City. This will be his second summer league outing with the Bulls. The summer league will also offer Bulls fans a first look at Essengue and Buzelis on the court together. After starting the final 31 games of his rookie season, Buzelis was not guaranteed to participate in this year's summer league. On draft night, general manager Marc Eversley said that Buzelis might not participate in every game, but the organization valued the opportunity to ask the young forward to lead a group of less experienced teammates. Billy Donovan III — the son of head coach Billy Donovan — will helm the summer league team for the second year in a row. The Bulls will kick off the summer league with a game against the Toronto Raptors on July 11. They will play four group stage games before playing a qualifier based on their previous winning percentage to determine if they advance to the summer league playoffs.

Mega Sardines: 50 Years of Serving Nutrient-Rich Meals — Primed To Go Global

The founders of Mega Prime Foods, flanked by their children as the second-generation braintrust leading the company into the next 50 years MANILA, Philippines, June 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — As it celebrates its 50th anniversary, Mega Prime Foods Inc. reflects on a remarkable journey—one that began with a simple mission to provide affordable, nutritious food to Filipino families. What started as a humble fishing company has now become one of the most innovative and socially driven food manufacturers in Southeast Asia, producing over 3 million cans of sardines daily from its advanced facilities in Batangas and Zamboanga. Sardines, long a staple in Filipino households, are among the most nutritionally dense foods in the world—rich in Omega-3 fatty acids for brain and heart health, vitamin B12 for metabolic support, and a host of other essential nutrients like calcium, iron, and selenium. Mega Sardines ensures these health benefits are preserved through its industry-leading 'catch to can in 12 hours' process—setting it apart in freshness, quality, and care. For Chairman and Founder William Tiu Lim, the journey has not been easy. From natural disasters like the devastating 1970s typhoon that destroyed much of their fishing fleet, to political and economic crises, Mega has endured and grown stronger. Through it all, Tiu Lim held fast to three core values: Quality, Innovation, and Malasakit—a uniquely Filipino term meaning selfless concern for others. 'We've always aimed for the best possible quality,' said Tiu Lim. 'Our fish go from sea to can in just 12 hours, compared to the industry's usual 1–3 days. That freshness is our edge.' This commitment to innovation and excellence recently culminated in a global milestone: Mega Sardines was designated a 'Superfood' by the Medical Wellness Association (MWA), becoming the first seafood product ever to receive the distinction. The recognition was awarded during Mega's 50th anniversary celebration by MWA Board Member and faculty member James Michael Lafferty, underscoring the brand's role in promoting global wellness. 'I was honored to announce Mega Sardines as the world's first seafood Superfood,' said Lafferty. 'It's a testament to their quality, innovation, and mission to improve health outcomes.' As the company transitions into its second generation of leadership under President and CEO Michelle Tiu Lim-Chan, the vision for global expansion is clear—but rooted in the same human values that built the brand. 'We are people-first,' said Lim-Chan. 'We serve our customers, support our employees, and provide opportunities to improve lives. Growth is not just about geography—it's about purpose.' Mega Prime Foods is already expanding its product lines, offering not only sardines but also tuna, mackerel, fruit cocktails, coconut gel, Primo non-alcoholic sparkling juices, and the Jimm's Coffee functional beverage line. 'Our proudest achievement is our ability to turn compassion into tangible, quality products,' Lim-Chan added. 'We're not done yet. The next 50 years will be even more exciting.' About Mega Prime Foods Inc. Mega Prime Foods Inc. is a leading food manufacturing company in the Philippines dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious products for every Filipino home. With vertically integrated operations, state-of-the-art technology, and a deep sense of social responsibility, Mega continues to redefine what it means to be a purpose-driven global brand.
