Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 release date – and you can play it right now
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is set to release soon, and the game is currently available to play in early access for players who have preordered its Digital Deluxe Edition Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is nearly here to serve up some serious gnar, and if you've preordered its Digital Deluxe Edition, you can dive in right now. Call us Bernadette Nere, because we're all set to shred. Tony Hawk's game collection might not have always hit the mark as Neversoft intended, but the nostalgia tied to the series remains a tangible mix of teenage angst, punk rock anthems, and rebellious attitude that players find hard to let go of. This was never more evident than with the release of Tony Hawk 's Pro Skater 1 + 2, the bundle of revamped classic skaters that satisfied players' longing for the good old days of causing mischief in their hometown and kickflipping gaps everywhere. The series is arguably the most addictive in the sports gaming arena, and it's just as accessible, as everyone has at least a bit of fondness for tearing it up with their mates. Now, the series is back for more, complete with some bonus content for good measure. The Doom Slayer and Revenant from the Doom franchise feature in the Digital Deluxe edition of the game, while collaborations with SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are also slated to add some extra fun to the game, even if you've devoted your life to mastering every corner of these games. The upcoming game is set to be a thrilling experience, particularly for Xbox Game Pass users (who were recently reminded of the skateboarding game's imminent arrival alongside Minami Lane in the first July Xbox Game Pass update). It's hoped this will pave the way for more skateboarding fun ahead of the eagerly anticipated live-service reboot of the Skate series. It's also an exciting time for Nintendo Switch 2 players, with the game making a splash on the console and potentially tipping the scales in the Nintendo Switch 2 vs Steam Deck debate. However, we'll have to wait until the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 release date to truly see what the game has to offer. So when can we start pulling off tricks until dawn? Here's what you need to know. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 release date The Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 release date is Thursday, July 10 at 9pm PDT, and Friday, July 11 at 12am EDT / 5am BST. The release date of Friday, July 11 has been long confirmed by the game's developers, and the release time is an estimate based on the launch time of the game's early access period, which kicked off at this exact time on Tuesday, July 8. The game is currently available in early access for players who have preordered its Digital Deluxe Edition, so if you're eager to dive in, you can do so immediately. It's a positive development for those with a fondness for nostalgia, and even more so for the realm of skating games. If you were born to cause a stir, now is your moment.

Activision Ahead of the game's launch, we've put together all the information you need to know about Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, including the release date for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, as well as the exact release time for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, and all the available Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 editions, their contents, and their pricing. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Release Date Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 will be released on July 11, 2025 worldwide. The game is being published by Activision, a subsidiary of Microsoft, and will be available on just about every platform imaginable — PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. Players who preorder the digital deluxe edition of the game – detailed in full below – will get access to the game three days early, on July 8, 2025. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Release Times On console, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 will be released at 12:00am EDT on its release date. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is following a rolling midnight release throughout the globe, at least on console. This means that it will be released at midnight in the easternmost timezone in each region — gamers in New York will get access to the game when it hits midnight there, and gamers in California will get access to it at the same time, which will be 9:00pm PDT on July 11. New Zealand will get access to it even earlier, as it hits midnight on the 11th 16 hours before New York. The digital deluxe edition advanced access for the game is also available at midnight, 72 hours prior to the release of the main game. PC players will be able to access the game at midnight via the Microsoft store – which should include Game Pass Ultimate and PC – where the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, but other platforms such as Steam may release at a later time. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4: Does the New Zealand Trick Work? Yes, the New Zealand trick works with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4. The "New Zealand trick" is a workaround that some console players use to get access to a game early, when the game is released in New Zealand, one of the easternmost regions in the world. This trick essentially involves having a New Zealand or Australian account – or changing their account region to New Zealand or Australia – and buying the game on that regional account. On some consoles, such as Xbox, this allows players to access the game as soon as it releases in New Zealand or Australia, typically 16 hours before the game is released in the US. The New Zealand trick typically does not work for PC games. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Editions and Pricing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is available in two editions: a standard edition and a digital deluxe edition. The standard edition of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 costs $49.99 digitally, and includes just the game itself, plus preorder bonuses of a Tony Hawk wireframe shader and demo access, the latter of which isn't available on Nintendo platforms. The digital deluxe edition of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 costs $69.99 digitally, and comes with the base game, all preorder bonuses, and the following additional content: 3 days early access Doom Slayer and Revenant skaters Additional soundtrack songs Create-a-Skater items Is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 on Xbox Game Pass? Yes, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 will be on Xbox Game Pass at launch. Subscribers to Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass PC will be able to access the standard edition of the game through their subscription, or upgrade to the deluxe edition by paying an upgrade fee to play early. Subscribers on Xbox Game Pass Standard will have to wait to play the game without paying extra — new games typically don't come to the service for Game Pass Standard subscribers until at least six months after launch, and often longer. The same is true for Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers, who may not get the game for years, if at all.

Xbox's first Game Pass additions for July include Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4
Xbox has confirmed the first batch of Game Pass additions for July. The headliner this time around is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 , which is coming to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on July 11, which is the game's release day. It was already known that this remake bundle was going to arrive on Game Pass on day one, but hey, there's nothing wrong with a little reminder. The rest of the first wave of July additions include some titles that are returning to Game Pass. Several are coming to the entry-level, console-only Game Pass Standard tier. Here's a breakdown of what to expect and when across Xbox Cloud Gaming, console and PC: Little Nightmares II — Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard Rise of the Tomb Raider — Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard Legend of Mana — Game Pass Standard (already on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass) Trials of Mana — Game Pass Standard (already on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass) Ultimate Chicken Horse — Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard The Ascent — Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard Minami Lane — Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 – Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass High On Life – Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard Little Nightmares II, Rise of the Tomb Raider and High on Life are perhaps among the bigger games on the list. I meant to try The Ascent the last time it was on Game Pass, so maybe I'll get a chance to do so this time around. Minami Lane , meanwhile, is a cozy, lovely-looking street management sim. Meanwhile, there are several titles leaving Game Pass on July 15. Among them is the fantastic Tchia , one of my favorite games of 2023. The others are Flock, Mafia Definitive Edition, Magical Delicacy, The Callisto Protocol and The Case of the Golden Idol.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is 15% off if you pre-order now
The next batch of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remakes are even cheaper thanks to one retailer, ahead of the game's launch next month. Activision's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 is arguably one of the best remakes of the past few years, so anticipation is high for the modern revamp of the next two games. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 might not carry the same level of nostalgia, but the third instalment is widely considered one of the best. It remains to be seen, though, if they hold up as well in light of various changes, with the fourth entry's career mode no longer an open world experience like in the 2002 original. If you're looking forward to hitting the half-pipe once again, one UK retailer has knocked 15% off the original price when you pre-order. You can claim this discount by pre-ordering Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 through Currys, ahead of its launch on July 11, 2025. If you use the code 'HAWK15' at the checkout, you'll save £6 in total, bringing it down from £39.99 to £33.99. While the discount isn't quite as high as the retailer's past offers on other games, it's the cheapest option out there right now. This discount applies to the PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 version, although the latter is only a download code in a box. More Trending If you buy the Nintendo Switch version, it's even cheaper, with the code saving you £5.55 for a total of £31.44. However, if you own a PlayStation 5 or Nintendo Switch 2, we'd probably advise picking up one of those for a more polished experience. It's important to note that this is only the standard edition of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4. A digital deluxe edition, which costs £59.99, includes three days early access, additional songs and items, along with a Doom Slayer and Revenant skaters. Along with all the original maps from both games, the remake features entirely new skate parks, online support, 4K resolution, and the return of Bam Margera. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 launches across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on July 11, 2025.
