Lisa Hochstein Blasts Larsa Pippen for Allegedly 'Hammering' Her with Texts About Marcus Jordan amid Dad's Wake (Exclusive)

The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein has slammed castmate Larsa Pippen for allegedly 'hammering' her with text messages about Marcus Jordan while Hochstein was at her father's wake Throughout the first three episodes of RHOM season 7, Pippen repeatedly said she is upset that Hochstein's boyfriend, Jody Glidden, continued to socialize with Jordan after she and the basketball player-turned-entrepreneur broke up In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Hochstein suggested it was hypocritical of Pippen to complain about her alleged lack of support while she was mourning her father's deathThe Real Housewives of Miami's Lisa Hochstein is calling out her castmate Larsa Pippen for sending what she calls 'hurtful' and 'very upsetting' text messages during one of the 'worst times' of her life. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Hochstein claims that while she was mourning her father's passing, Pippen, 50, was allegedly 'hammering' her with texts about her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, continuing to be friends with Pippen's ex, Marcus Jordan. 'It was so bad,' Hochstein, 42, says. 'Larsa was fighting with me and sending text messages back and forth. I was like, 'What are you doing?' I'm like, 'Please stop.' I had to ask her.' 'I'm like, 'Do you know what I'm doing here?'' Hochstein continues, noting that she 'got so mad' at Pippen that she 'sent her a picture of what was going on' at her dad's wake. 'I'm like, 'Look, this is what's going on with my life right now, and leave me alone.' And I don't think she even got it then,' Hochstein alleges. 'She kept on hammering and hammering and arguing." 'Put that aside for a second. When someone's going through something, rally and be there for your friend," she adds. 'It was just truly disappointing,' Hochstein says. 'Larsa is saying that I wasn't a good friend and I wasn't there for her through her breakup. Well, guess what? You're not there for me through my dad dying. Compare the two of those scenarios.' Hochstein's father, Roger, died on September 25, 2024, just months after they began reconnecting following years of estrangement. Glidden, 51, who has appeared on RHOM alongside Hochstein since their relationship began in early 2023, tells PEOPLE he was stunned by the timing and tone of the confrontation. "I found that unbelievable,' he says. 'I know when I lost my mom, I just got this big outpouring of support from all of my friends. I can't imagine being attacked at the same time. I was really shocked.' He adds, 'There's real life, and then there's this show, and I thought people realize there's no need to play it up anymore for the cameras because something in real life is happening." However, Pippen sees things differently. In her own interview with PEOPLE, she says: "I know that when Lisa was going through her hard time, she expected me to be there for her. She would call me all hours of the night. I would be on the phone with her until 2:00 A.M. We would be on cast trips, and I would be up with her all night while she cried. I rode the roller coaster with her of her going through her divorce, and I feel like for me, when I was going through this very public breakup, I don't feel like she was there for me at all. I feel like she was non-existent." A veteran tech entrepreneur and CEO, Glidden has partnered with Hochstein on her new business, SplitWell. 'SpitWell is an AI powered platform that guides couples through separation, offers vetted legal resources and budgeting tools and helps reduce costs to couples,' Hochstein says. "It has a chat advocate to [help] navigate through your difficult conversations; an information advocate, where you can get insights on your legal documents and questions; a meeting advocate to record and analyze conversations to help you understand and navigate through your divorce like a note-taker and then recommended attorneys that we prescreen in your specific state for your specific needs," she adds. The goal, Hochstein says, is to help reduce costs and conflicts for couples divorcing. 'It's something that's really my own, and I did it because I genuinely want to help people after the hell I went through with my divorce,' she explains. Hochstein's divorce from her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, 59, was finalized in November 2024 after 13 years of marriage. The pair share two kids — son, Logan, 8, and daughter, Elle, 3. 'I think she does an amazing job,' Glidden says. 'We have no lack of interest from investors. She's recruited amazing employees. It's been off to an amazingly fast start with tons of downloads and she's been kind of a force of nature with all of this.' Glidden adds that he's 'been really proud of her.' 'I was one of the investors as well, and I support her any way that I can,' he says. The Real Housewives of Miami airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, and can be streamed the following day on Peacock. Read the original article on People

Larsa Pippen's claims on RHOM 'He wants her money, her access' Lisa Hochstein's boyfriend Jody is 'using' her

Despite having a rough start to season 7, the two lifelong friends and cast members of The Real Housewives of Miami have been working to mend their relationship, and Larsa, 50, feels Lisa's boyfriend Jody isn't the right fit for her. The ladies started to patch things up during a trip to Milan Fashion Week after they were spotted fighting over Lisa and Jody's acquaintance with Larsa's ex-boyfriend, Marcus Jordan. But according to Larsa, Jody allegedly instructed Lisa not to pursue a friendship with her any longer during the June 25 episode of RHOM. Following their breakup, Larsa clarified that she urged Lisa and Jody to stop being friends with Marcus. "I don't want blogs to say that my friend is hanging out with my ex, who is publicly bashing me," she said, before adding, "My loyalty is to Lisa." I began to get along with Lisa. We achieved progress," she remarked. However, she also mentioned that on their final night in Milan, Jody reportedly became "so crazy," telling Lisa he doesn't want her to talk to Larsa anymore. Larsa went on to tell the women that she had pulled Lisa aside and declared her love for her. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với sàn môi giới tin cậy IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo Before saying, "He's using you," I want to make amends with you. "To be honest, I'm worried about her," Larsa said. "Because I believe he wants her access and money." Before Alexia and Kiki interrupted, Larsa stated, "She will never be able to make a business call without him on the phone." He is acting as manager. Alexia remarked, "That's frightening," while Kiki accused him of being a gold digger. When Guerdy enquired as to whether the two women had settled their dispute, Larsa said that they hadn't. Lisa was invited to the surprise celebration, but Alexia informed her that she was unable to go because she was in Canada for her father's burial. "Larsa keeps trying one angle more strange than the next," Jody said in a statement to PEOPLE in reaction to Larsa's charges. According to a quick search on Crunchbase, my previous business, which I founded, had hundreds of workers and nearly half a billion dollars. It is still in existence. A well-known business on the Canadian stock exchange existed before then. Lisa also addressed the accusations made against Jody by her co-star, saying to PEOPLE, "Maybe she should get her own relationship in order rather than projecting on others." Lisa was married to Lenny Hochstein before they went through a public divorce, which was shown on RHOM season 5, before she and Jody started dating. The TV celebrity and Lenny filed for divorce in May 2022, claiming "irreconcilable differences." The couple announced their separation that same month. In February 2023, less than a year after Lenny filed for divorce, Lisa and Jody formally announced their relationship.

‘Real Housewives of Miami' stars spill all the tea at white-hot premiere party

It's that time of year again, when it's hot in more ways than one. The glamorous gang that make up Bravo's 'Real Housewives of Miami' was back together Tuesday night at Rosa Negra restaurant in Brickell. One by one, they walked the step-and-repeat with their own stories to tell. Rocking all-white outfits, the fabulous ladies — Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Guerdy Abraira, Larsa Pippen, Marysol Patton, Kiki Barth and Adriana de Moura — celebrated Season 7 of the reality show, which premieres at 9 p.m. Wednesday. Everyone seemed to be on their best (ish) behavior, drinking cocktails, taking selfies, dancing and hugging it out. But judging by the trailer, the drama is off the charts this go-around. Expect breakups as well as hookups; serious health issues; tested alliances; and a really fiery Eurotrip. Oh, and one newbie: Real estate tycoon, Stephanie Shojaee, who replaces anesthesiologist Dr. Nicole Martin. The self proclaimed small but mighty Colombiana (née Mejia) admitted trying to fit in with the already tight knit crew was no easy task. 'It was hard, I'm not gonna lie,' she told the Miami Herald with a laugh. 'You're coming in to a bunch of established friends, with their inside jokes and everything.' The welcome wagon wasn't exactly speeding down the tracks. 'It didn't start off amazing, but then it goes great, then s--t hits the fan. A little bit of all that,' teased the jetsetter who runs the Shoma Group with her husband, Masoud Shojaee (Shoma Bazaar, Sanctuary Doral Park, CityPlace Doral). 'They didn't realize how strong and opinionated I was, and I didn't realize how strong and opinionated they were!' Thanks to 'RHOM,' Shojaee will never forget her 40th birthday, which was spent in Spain. 'It was one of the best times in my life, and at the same time, the absolute worst,' she said, adding, 'Now I'm ready for the 'Real Housewives' ride, strapped in and buckled up. I hope everyone else is too, because I'm a handful!' One of Shojaee's rumored besties is Larsa Pippen, who has gone through her share of shenanigans (translation: boyfriends). Fans will now have a front row seat as to what went down between her and Marcus Jordan and why he's in the ex files. The 50-year-old entrepreneur has moved on with basketball player Jeff Coby, who was spotted towering over the crowd at Rosa Negra. Speaking of strong women, Guerdy Abraira had another reason to celebrate at the shindig — her successful battle with breast cancer. The event planner, 47, proudly showed off the scar on her chest from where doctors placed the chemotherapy port. 'I'm doing really good,' she reported. 'I'm trying to thrive and find my footing again. Every day is a blessing. I say, 'Thank you, God,' not, ''Why, God?' With that mentality, I was able to propel forward.' That's the good news. The not so great? Viewers will witness a key friendship fall apart, with the tension between the two a major plot point. It doesn't appear Abraira has patched things up with this unnamed individual and is fine with that. 'Having cancer humbled me big time, and it taught me to trim the fat, get rid of anyone who doesn't want to see you rise to the top,' said the Haitian stunner, wearing a gown of her own design. 'Like, don't play with me this season. For those people who create a storm, then not expect it to rain? Oh, I'll make it rain! I'm taking my power back.' Another one of the show's OGs who seems to have grown exponentially is Lisa Hochstein. The former model very publicly went through the divorce from hell from plastic surgeon Dr. Lenny Hochstein amid cheating rumors, and came through on the other side. How mature is she these days? The 42-year-old brought her ex mother-in-law, Marina, to Tuesday's event, along with her kids. The reality vet, who was also accompanied by beau Jody Glidden, even posed for pics with grandma. The two have beefed on more than one occasion. 'It's called adulting,' said Hochstein simply. 'And this is the way it has to be.' Big life changes are also afoot for Julia Lemigova, who is married to tennis icon Martina Navratilova. The couple document their journey adopting two young brothers this season. 'It's a really exciting time,' the budding opera singer gushed. 'I can't wait for everyone to see it.' Speaking of which, if you can't tune in to Wednesday's premiere, new episodes of 'RHOM' will be available to stream on Peacock the following day. ‘False and upsetting': RHOM star Lisa Hochstein addresses rumor about her boyfriend

Calm down, Internet. Trolls were out in force Wednesday night after 'Real Housewives of Miami' premiered (and the following day when Peacock streamed it). The cause of the crashout is a a little complicated, naturally. The drama started when Lisa Hochstein, who was throwing a birthday party for boyfriend Jody Glidden at their sprawling apartment, got into an argument with Larsa Pippen. The hostess, 42, accused her costar of 'faking' her breakup with now ex Marcus Jordan for publicity. (Pippen and NBA great Michael Jordan's son dated for about a year and a half, calling it quits in March 2024.) The 50-year-old influencer took offense, saying there was nothing 'fake' about their split, then called her the b-word. Before the situation escalated, Hochstein asked her to leave. WARNING: VIDEO CONTAINS STRONG LANGUAGE 'Where's Jody?' someone yells. As a distraught Pippen gets up to go to the bathroom with Kiki Barth, one of the Housewives yells, 'Where's Jody?!' That's when the cameras pan to a closed door, where two men are speaking inside. One says, 'The AC is so good in here.' Under one fan account's clip of the scene, people were more interested in what went on in that room than the cat fight. Among the comments: 'Okay… AC is the new code word for coke??' 'What's up with Jody ? What was he doing with that guy and the AC?' 'Oh, I missed Miami ... crying at parties, real beef and not them doing coke in the bedroom.' Soon enough, the term 'AC' went viral on various 'RHOM' Instagram pages. After one account called The Real Housewives Zone dedicated an entire post to the matter, Hochstein and Glidden clapped back. 'I can't believe I have to address such ridiculous rumors, but last night's episode was a gross misrepresentation of what actually happened and manipulated editing,' explained the mother of two in the comments. 'Jody and our non-cast friends were hanging out in our primary suite and lounge area, which we use as a common space with friends and family — they were not crowded in some solitary bathroom. Our friends did not want to be filmed, so they sought out privacy in our hangout spot. Any implication beyond that reality is completely false and upsetting.' And for the record, she concluded, 'AC' stands for air conditioning, 'something essential in Miami!' Glidden, a fellow Canadian, also wrote in: 'Sigh… I live in Miami and I'm a grown man. If I were doing that, who cares? It's probably a safe assumption for 50 percent of Miami. It just happens that I'm a fitness fanatic, that barely even drinks.' The tech businessman, 49, went even harder, saying that he'd rather not be in the spotlight at all; hence, why he bailed to a different part of the house. 'The reality is simpler: I don't like being on camera, but I'm dating a reality star, I love her, and that's my life,' Glidden wrote, adding the living room where the ladies were shooting was '95 degrees.' 'Production already said the scene wasn't meant to imply that and that it was added just to explain why I wasn't in the room during the argument. 'Spoiler: I'm barely ever in any group scenes because this isn't my thing. I'm there to support Lisa, not get pulled into chaos.' We reached out to Bravo for comment but did not immediately hear back.
