Starting fresh: Stephanie Ndlovu's heartfelt wisdom on overcoming life's hurdles

In a heart-warming conversation, South African YouTuber and actress Stephanie Ndlovu discussed the importance of new beginnings and how her faith has been instrumental in overcoming life's hurdles. Image: Instagram South African actress Stephanie Ndlovu opened up about heartfelt lessons and reflections that she had in her life, as well as values that were instilled in her from her childhood. Ndlovu recently appeared on the 'Wisdom & Wellness with Mpoomy Ledwaba' podcast and shared profound life lessons and reflections about how she navigates various aspects of her life. During the candid conversation, Ledwaba asked Ndlovu about the greatest lesson that her father left her with. The 34-year-old revealed the advice that her late father instilled in her about letting go and starting over. 'Probably, no matter how bad a situation seems, no matter how far gone you might think you are, if you need to start over, you can. And you are not starting over from nothing, you are starting over from experiences, you are starting over from lessons,' the mother of one shared. She added that everyone starts over from lessons and experiences that life has taught them, and as a person who is in charge of their life and decisions, you can start over and do things that you have always longed to do. 'You can decide at any point in time to start over and do the thing that you've been wanting to do, or you did and failed at, and now you want to try it again. Because when you try it again, you are trying it from a different advantage point,' she said. Ndlovu also shared what keeps her grounded when she finds herself in difficult situations. 'My faith in God and that despite what it looks like, He is working things out for my good. That it might not seem good right now, but it grounds me in the surety that He is good,' the former 'Scandal!' actress said. The heartfelt conversation comes after Ndlovu and her husband, Hungani, were embroiled in separation rumours, which were later confirmed to be true by them after they released a joint statement on social media. The pair shared that their relationship came to an end after six years of marriage, after revealing that their relationship had reached an irreparable disintegration. Watch the podcast below:
