25 Aid Trucks Enter Gaza as Work Continues to Prepare 60 More - Jordan News

A total of 25 humanitarian aid trucks have entered the besieged Gaza Strip as part of Jordan's ongoing relief efforts, according to Hussein Shibli, Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO). اضافة اعلان Shibli stated on Monday that 25 out of an intended 60 trucks have crossed into Gaza, noting ongoing Israeli obstacles and settler attacks that continue to hinder aid delivery. He confirmed that the organization is currently preparing a new convoy of 60 trucks, part of a larger plan to send 180 trucks of aid to Gaza this week. Speaking to Al Mamlaka TV, Shibli explained that diplomatic efforts are underway with Israeli authorities to coordinate the entry of as many trucks as possible into the strip. This latest convoy is part of Jordan's continuous efforts—led by the government and supported by the people—to stand by the Palestinian people and deliver urgent relief, especially amid a dire shortage of essential supplies caused by the ongoing blockade. On Sunday, the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army conducted three airdrops of humanitarian and food aid over Gaza, one of which was carried out in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates. These airdrops, targeting multiple locations across the strip, are part of Jordan's sustained efforts in collaboration with regional and international partners, as well as humanitarian organizations, and are coordinated by the JHCO. The aim is to alleviate suffering and support Gaza's residents in coping with the hardships caused by the war. While airdrops offer a critical way to deliver specialized aid swiftly to areas that are difficult to access by land, they are not a replacement for land-based aid. Ground convoys remain the primary, most effective, and prioritized method for delivering humanitarian assistance to Gaza. Jordan continues to carry out its humanitarian and relief missions for the people of Gaza amid the escalating humanitarian disaster caused by the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 2023.

Under Royal directives .. Jordan sends aid convoy to southern Syria

Ammon News - Under royal directives, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), in coordination with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, dispatched a food and medical aid convoy to our brothers in the Syrian Arab Republic on Wednesday. The aid convoy arrived in southern Syria just hours after Jordanian aid was sent to the Gaza Strip, reflecting Jordan's support for its Arab brothers and sisters during these exceptional circumstances. JHCO Secretary-General, Hussein Shibli, said that coordination had taken place with the Syrian government to bring in aid through the Jaber/Nassib border crossing, in preparation for transporting the aid to the residents through the Syrian Red Crescent and distributing it to those who deserve it. A convoy of 10 trucks set off after being loaded from the JHCO's warehouses with the necessary food supplies, especially flour, as well as medicines, medical supplies and consumables, Shibli noted. In addition, Shibli indicated that this aid comes as a form of support for our brothers and sisters in Syria, following the difficult circumstances their people have endured due to the bloody events that occurred last week.

Jordan Sends 35 Additional Aid Trucks to Gaza Today - Jordan News

Jordan Sends 35 Additional Aid Trucks to Gaza Today The Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, Hussein Shibli, said on Monday that the organization is currently preparing between 30 and 35 humanitarian aid trucks, set to head to the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, carrying food supplies. اضافة اعلان Shibli explained that the current situation in Gaza is drastically different from the past, pointing to the unprecedented closure imposed by the Israeli occupation since October 7, 2023, along with systematic starvation and thirst inflicted on the population. He added that there is a clear and deliberate effort to starve and dehydrate the residents of the Gaza Strip, which has led to a state of despair and slow collective death due to hunger. He emphasized that the primary concern now is ensuring aid reaches those in need. Shibli described the situation in Gaza as 'extremely dire,' affirming that Jordan is exerting efforts on all levels—both diplomatic and humanitarian—through direct relief programs or in coordination with organizations inside the borders. The Secretary-General stressed that the current method of delivering aid is disorganized and called for opening the borders and allowing the entry of sufficient aid quantities. He warned that the ongoing chaos in distribution leads to people fighting over a loaf of bread or a single meal. He affirmed that it is impossible to achieve true aid relief unless there is a qualified and capable entity to distribute the assistance in an organized manner that preserves the dignity of Gaza's residents and ensures effective and safe delivery to those in need. — (Al Mamlaka TV)

Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization Sends New Humanitarian Aid Convoy to Gaza - Jordan News

Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization Sends New Humanitarian Aid Convoy to Gaza The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), in cooperation with the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army, dispatched a new humanitarian aid convoy to the Gaza Strip on Sunday. اضافة اعلان Secretary-General of the JHCO, Hussein Shibli, stated that the convoy consists of 50 trucks loaded with essential food supplies, with a particular focus on flour. Shibli emphasized that the resumption of aid convoys reflects Jordan's unwavering commitment—under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II—to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people. He also highlighted the importance of collaboration with the World Food Programme to enhance food security in Gaza, noting that the JHCO has been working daily in recent weeks to implement food projects inside the strip, including operating bakeries and community kitchens, and distributing food and clean water. The aid will be distributed within Gaza in coordination with local partners to ensure that it reaches the most affected families. The JHCO had resumed sending aid convoys to Gaza last Wednesday, in cooperation with the Jordan Armed Forces. This renewed effort comes amid the ongoing deterioration of humanitarian and living conditions in Gaza, making Jordanian aid a vital pillar of support and resilience. Jordan's humanitarian assistance is among the most effective and consistent, and is deeply appreciated by the people of Gaza due to its significant and direct impact on their daily lives. The JHCO continues to coordinate with the Jordan Armed Forces and international organizations to ensure the sustained delivery of relief aid in line with on-the-ground needs, helping to alleviate the suffering of those in the Gaza Strip.
