Ugly battle for Hulk Hogan's $37m fortune ensues as new wife Sky set to cash in

Hulk Hogan's wife is set to inherit nearly a third of his vast fortune at least in the wake of his death, possibly creating a major rift with his ex-wives and estranged daughter. Hogan and his third wife, Sky Daily, 49, have only been married for two years, but Florida law guarantees her 30% of his estate, whether or not he updated his will or trust before his sudden death on Thursday at 71, The Sun reports. In addition to investments and cash accounts, Hogan owned an $18 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida and multiple businesses, and he set up a revocable trust and a personal trust before he died, The U.S. Sun has learned. Florida estate expert and paralegal, June Frederiksen, at the Schofner Law Firm, explained that the WWE wrestler, movie star, and local business owner likely had 'very in-depth estate planning.' 'You set up a trust to protect your assets, so you run everything through the trust,' the expert explained. The trust is meant to avoid his estate ending up in court, having to figure out where assets need to go and if creditors can collect from it. But whether or not his new wife, Sky, was included in his trusts, she still stands to inherit a large portion of his wealth. 'He married Sky two years ago, so he probably updated the trust so she would get a spousal elective share,' Fredricksen said. 'Even if Sky was left out of his estate and he didn't update his trust since they married, she would still get a spousal elective share, which she is entitled to 30% in Florida.' June said someone in the trusts will be named the trustee and they will do whatever the trusts direct for the distribution of Hulk's assets. Things can get dicey, however, if his trusts weren't fully up to date. For example, if there were assets that were not rolled into his trusts, or importantly, if someone contests what is directed in the trusts, there may not be a way to avoid estate court. What's more, Fredricksen said, if his estate battle does end up in court, then the assets become 'susceptible to creditors, and I'm sure he had some creditors.' Hulk had notoriously fallen out with his daughter Brooke Hogan. The two have been estranged for several years, and the WWE star never met his twin grandchildren, Oliver and Molly Gene, who were born in January of this year. 'If Brooke is left out of the will, she can contest it,' and the battle would wind up in probate court, the legal expert explained. Inside Hulk Hogan's $37m fortune Hulk's estimated net worth is $37 million, according to Celebrity Networth. As The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed, Hulk owns a massive Clearwater property worth about $18 million. He owned several businesses in Florida, with Hogan's Beach Shop in 2013 which is still going strong, as well as the restaurant Hogan's Hangout, which is also still open, in Clearwater Beach. The wrestler also owned Real American Beer, which launched last year. Hulk has also appeared in a slew of movies beyond his legendary run with the WWE. Sky's heartbreaking tribute Sky Hogan shared an emotional statement following the sudden passing of her husband on Thursday. In her Instagram post, she expressed her devastation and reflected on his health struggles. 'My heart is in pieces,' she began. 'I wasn't ready for this. He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time.' She continued, 'This loss is sudden and impossible to process. To the world, he was a legend … but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart.' Hulk Hogan's final days Hogan had been battling significant health challenges in the months leading up to his death. He underwent neck surgery in May, which required a return to the hospital in June after complications. By mid-year, reports surfaced claiming Hogan was unable to feel his legs or walk without the aid of a cane, with some rumours suggesting he was on his deathbed. However, these claims were denied or downplayed by those close to him. On Thursday morning, Hogan suffered cardiac arrest at his $18 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida. Paramedics arrived following a frantic 911 call and spent 30 minutes attempting to revive him. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Hulk Hogan's family Hogan was married twice before meeting Sky. His first marriage was to Linda Claridge, with whom he shared two children: Brooke, 35, and Nick, 32. The family starred in the reality series Hogan Knows Best, which aired from 2005 to 2007. Hogan and Claridge were married for 26 years before divorcing in 2009. The following year, he married makeup artist Jennifer McDaniel, though their marriage ended in divorce in 2021. Hogan later married Sky in an intimate ceremony in Clearwater, Florida.

Hulk Hogan's widow Sky Daily, accused of locking down his estate, could inherit millions after his sudden passing

Hulk Hogan and wife Sky Daily (Image Source: Getty) Hulk Hogan passed away after a cardiac arrest on the morning of July 24. Even after almost 30 minutes of trying to revive him, paramedics faced failure, and he was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital. At the time of his passing, Hogan was assumed to have a $25 million net worth, which also included his $11.5 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida, alongside his multiple business ventures. Now, recent chatter on the matter is that his widow, Sky Daily, could inherit 30% of his assets, which could lead to trouble with Hogan's children. Meanwhile, Daily has allegedly locked his estate within hours of his passing, which could also block legal claims from his two children - Brooke and Nick, on his assets. Sky Daily set to inherit 30% of Hulk Hogan's assets after his death Under Florida law, as his legal wife at the time of passing, Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily , is set to inherit 30% of his assets after his death. Whether or not he updated his trust or will before his sudden passing, as his current wife, Daily is entitled to one-third of his assets according to Florida's spousal elective share law. As explained by Estate law expert June Frederiksen: 'Even if Sky was left out of his estate and he didn't update his trust since they married, she would still get a spousal elective share, which she is entitled to 30% in Florida.' Hogan had allegedly set up a revocable as well as a personal trust, to keep his estate out of court. But if any particular assets were not placed in the trusts, or if someone wants to contest the terms, the matter will inevitably end up in the court. His two children - Brooke and Nick, and his third wife, Sky Daily, are all entitled to his fortune and have the right to contest any terms. Sky Daily has put a lockdown on Hulk Hogan's $25 million estate According to The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, the host, who had been a close friend of Hulk Hogan for a long time, shared on the July 25 episode that Hulk's widow, Sky Daily, has put a lockdown on his multi-million-dollar estate within six hours of his death. Reading out from a report, he said: 'So let me—I mean Jean—I think they were mad because I knew they were going to start doing stuff like this. This is a report that we got this morning. It says: 'Within 6 hours of Hulk Hogan's death, his wife Sky Daily made three shocking moves to protect his remaining $25 million estate from outsiders.'' Hulk Hogan Dead at 71 - Bubba the Love Sponge® Show | 7/25/25 He further added: 'There's reportedly $26 million up for grabs—not including another 25 to 30 in real estate. Shouldn't that go to Nick and Brooke and the wife and the grandbabies?' According to the report, as revealed by Bubba, Sky Daily has taken immediate measures to keep Hulk Hogan's estate out of the reach of his children and grandchildren. She allegedly had Hogan create an estate trust where all his EWE shares, music rights, real estate, and other endorsements were moved into. And this trust can only be inherited by her or their children. While Daily and Hulk have no children, she stands to be the sole person to inherit his massive estate, as she has allegedly taken legal measures to block any claims from the Hulkster's children from his previous marriage. It is also to be noted that after his first divorce, Hulk has been estranged from both his children, especially his daughter Brooke, who herself had twins earlier this year. Hulk Hogan's heartbroken widow tearfully embraces loved ones as she is seen for the first time since WWE icon's fatal cardiac arrest

The grief-stricken widow of Hulk Hogan has been seen for the first time since the WWE legend died suddenly from cardiac arrest. Sky Daily, 46, was spotted hours after her husband died outside their home in Clearwater, Florida, as she was being comforted by her loved ones. The following morning, the widow and mother-of-three was seen pacing outside a friend's home while speaking on the phone, as revealed in these exclusive photos. At one point, she paused and raised her hand to her chest, appearing to reflect on the love she shared with her late husband, whom she quietly married just two years ago. Dressed in black leggings, a T-shirt dedicated to country music legend Morgan Wallen and an orange 'Sunshine State' baseball cap that she's been photographed in before, her grief was palpable. Her friend's $3.2million six-bedroom home was close to the waterfront in Clearwater Beach, and less than two miles from the mansion she shared with Hulk, who died aged 71. She drove there in a white Audi RS7 from the $9million home where Hulk collapsed on Thursday morning before being taken by paramedics to hospital where he was declared dead. The 46-year-old widow appeared grief stricken with her tear streaked, swollen face and usually straight, blonde hair thrown up into a messy bun the day before as her loved ones arrived to comfort her The legend's third wife then went inside the pal's place before returning to the beachfront mansion, where she accepted a massive bouquet of flowers being delivered as she arrived. Her physical appearance, although solemn, was in contrast to the previous evening when she opened the door to friends who consoled her for the terrible loss. With her long blonde locks pushed up into a bun and wearing no make-up, she looked down and appeared to be battling tears as the pair hugged and held her close. At one point, the unidentified woman appeared to steady Sky with a hand pressed to her chest, helping her stay upright as she was visibly overcome with emotion. It was a poignantly heartbreaking moment just hours after she'd lost the man who made such an impact on his sport, the world of celebrity – and lately politics with his support of President Donald Trump. Sky was exclusively photographed by shortly amid her posting a heart-rending tribute, admitting: 'I wasn't ready for this… and my heart is in pieces. 'He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I though we still had more time. 'The loss is sudden and impossible to process. To the world, he was a legend. But to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart. 'Hulk loved his fans so much and despite his growing physical discomfort, he did everything he could to show up, sign autographs, take photos, and connect with the people who supported him through it all. You meant everything to him.' She continued: 'He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he's been welcomed home.' Sky was Hogan's third wife, marrying the former wrestler in 2023 following his divorces from ex-wives Linda Hogan and Jennifer McDaniel in 2009 and 2021 respectively. Hogan is also survived by his two children, Brooke, 36, and Nick, 34, whom he shared with his first wife Linda, as well as two grandchildren. The wrestling icon's shock death comes just weeks after Sky denied rumors he was on his deathbed in a coma - and claimed his heart was 'strong' after he underwent a routine neck surgery. The wrestling legend's third wife then stepped inside her friend's home before returning to the couple's beachfront mansion, where she was seen accepting a massive bouquet of flowers upon arrival. In the post, Sky wrote how she believed Hogan would overcome his health problems and that the sudden loss was 'impossible to process' Hogan knew he was suffering from health problems including a weak heart and shortness of breath in the weeks before his passing on Thursday, an insider said His representative said in a statement last month: 'He's had problems with his back for years but there's no emergency.' A source also revealed to last month that Hogan was trying to work his way back to '100 percent' after neck and back operations. 'Hulk has a body ravaged by wrestling, his body is the body of a 140-year-old man with all the bumps and bruises through the years, and his recent neck and back surgeries have been harder to come back from,' a source close to Hogan said. Linda, who married Hogan in 1983, shared her own touching message for the athlete and entertained just days before his death. In her final Instagram post before Hogan's passing, Linda shared a photo of herself and the 'Hulkster' from the 1980s, which she captioned: 'The good old days !' Her post came just months after Hogan's very public fallout with Linda and their daughter Brooke. In an astonishing video on social media shared back in March, Linda first accused her former husband of being a 'complete liar' and 'sex addict'. She also claimed their family is 'in the worst mess' after Brooke cut both parents out of her life, before hitting back at her mom by alleging that her dad was not the only reason behind the shocking family divide, claiming she was 'verbally and mentally abused' during her childhood. 'Sadly, it would frequently turn physical. And sometimes it's not by the person you would assume, abuse comes in all shapes and sizes,' Brooke alleged. After Brooke's stunning response, Linda then took a dramatic U-turn by defending Hogan and branding her daughter a 'narcissist.' Hogan and Linda were married for 26 years between 1983 and 2009. Hogan remarried in 2010, tying the knot with Jennifer McDaniel, but they split 11 years later. He married his third wife - Sky - in 2023, in a ceremony that Brooke did not attend.

‘In pieces': Hulk Hogan's wife shares heartbreaking post after wrestling legend's death

The heartbroken wife of the late Hulk Hogan has spoken out following the wrestling legend's shocking death at the age of 71. Sky Daily, who married Hogan in 2023, said her 'heart is in pieces' in a gut-wrenching Instagram post. 'I wasn't ready for this … and my heart is in pieces,' she began. 'He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time.' Hogan was pronounced dead shortly after 11am Thursday morning (US time). Medics were dispatched to the WWE Hall of Famer's Clearwater, Florida home before 10am following a 'cardiac arrest' call. Speculation about Hogan's health had percolated in the weeks leading up to his passing. In June, Bubba the Love Sponge, the host of a titular Tampa-based radio program, reported Hogan wasn't doing well. 'Allegedly Hogan is in the hospital and I've heard people say that he might not make it,' he claimed. A rep for Hogan addressed the allegations, telling TMZ in June that 'he's just dealing with more of the same ailments he's had for years.' Daily, who married Hogan in 2023, also hit back at rumours her husband was in poor health. 'No, he's definitely not in a coma! His heart is strong, and there was never any lack of oxygen or brain damage … none of those rumours are true,' Sky wrote,' she wrote in an Instagram Story earlier this month. ' … We've been in and out of the hospital to support that recovery. So truly, there's no need for the drama or panic some people try to stir up. He's healing, and we're taking it one day at a time with love, strength, and patience.' Daily added Friday that Hogan, 'despite growing physical discomfort,' wanted to always 'show up' for his loyal supporters. 'Hulk loved his fans so much and despite his growing physical discomfort, he did everything he could to show up, sign autographs, take photos, and connect with the people who supported him through it all. You meant everything to him,' she wrote on Instagram. 'He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he's been welcomed home. 'Please keep his family and all of us who loved him in your prayers as we try to navigate this new reality.' Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, married three times. Prior to his union with Daily, Hogan wed his first wife, Linda, in 1983. The couple, who shared daughter Brooke, 37, and son Nick, 34, finalised their divorce in 2009. Hogan later moved on with Jennifer McDaniel in 2010. They divorced in 2022. He and Daily were baptised together 18 months before Hogan's death.
