Hulk Hogan
passed away after a cardiac arrest on the morning of July 24. Even after almost 30 minutes of trying to revive him, paramedics faced failure, and he was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital.
At the time of his passing, Hogan was assumed to have a $25 million net worth, which also included his $11.5 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida, alongside his multiple business ventures.
Now, recent chatter on the matter is that his widow, Sky Daily, could inherit 30% of his assets, which could lead to trouble with Hogan's children. Meanwhile, Daily has allegedly locked his estate within hours of his passing, which could also block legal claims from his two children - Brooke and Nick, on his assets.
Sky Daily set to inherit 30% of Hulk Hogan's assets after his death
Under Florida law, as his legal wife at the time of passing,
Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily
, is set to inherit 30% of his assets after his death. Whether or not he updated his trust or will before his sudden passing, as his current wife, Daily is entitled to one-third of his assets according to Florida's spousal elective share law. As explained by Estate law expert June Frederiksen:
'Even if Sky was left out of his estate and he didn't update his trust since they married, she would still get a spousal elective share, which she is entitled to 30% in Florida.'
Hogan had allegedly set up a revocable as well as a personal trust, to keep his estate out of court. But if any particular assets were not placed in the trusts, or if someone wants to contest the terms, the matter will inevitably end up in the court. His two children - Brooke and Nick, and his third wife, Sky Daily, are all entitled to his fortune and have the right to contest any terms.
Sky Daily has put a lockdown on Hulk Hogan's $25 million estate
According to The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, the host, who had been a close friend of Hulk Hogan for a long time, shared on the July 25 episode that Hulk's widow, Sky Daily, has put a lockdown on his multi-million-dollar estate within six hours of his death. Reading out from a report, he said:
'So let me—I mean Jean—I think they were mad because I knew they were going to start doing stuff like this.
This is a report that we got this morning. It says: 'Within 6 hours of Hulk Hogan's death, his wife Sky Daily made three shocking moves to protect his remaining $25 million estate from outsiders.''

He further added:
'There's reportedly $26 million up for grabs—not including another 25 to 30 in real estate. Shouldn't that go to Nick and Brooke and the wife and the grandbabies?'
According to the report, as revealed by Bubba, Sky Daily has taken immediate measures to keep
Hulk Hogan's estate
out of the reach of his children and grandchildren.
She allegedly had Hogan create an estate trust where all his EWE shares, music rights, real estate, and other endorsements were moved into. And this trust can only be inherited by her or their children.
While Daily and Hulk have no children, she stands to be the sole person to inherit his massive estate, as she has allegedly taken legal measures to block any claims from the Hulkster's children from his previous marriage. It is also to be noted that after his first divorce, Hulk has been estranged from both his children, especially his daughter Brooke, who herself had twins earlier this year.

'City of Brotherly Love': Big Dom shows up with Super Bowl LIX Trophy at King Gillie's birthday

(Image via Getty: Gillie Da Kid and Big Dom) Ten days before Super Bowl LIX, 6abc Philadelphia reported that Philadelphia rapper and podcaster Nasir Fard, who goes by the names of 'Gillie Da Kid' and 'Gillie Da King,' had become the unofficial hype man of the Philadelphia Eagles. His victory videos from Eagles wins to 'Blow The Whistle' garnered millions of views on Instagram. The Eagles' biggest fan said back then, 'I just went outside and I played 'Blow The Whistle' and I just was dancing. That was the beginning of something that became epic.' Cut to present–six months later, it's Gillie's birthday! And, what does Eagles' Chief Security Officer Big Dom (Domenico DiSandro) surprise him with? He shows up with the Super Bowl LIX Lombardi Trophy! The hype man suddenly went quiet, stock-still, and became emotional. That's the power of love for a team–consistent, forever, and breathtaking. View this post on Instagram A post shared by ColorsTV (@colorstv) Big Dom, Senior Advisor to Philadelphia Eagles' GM, shows up to Gillie Da King's birthday with Super Bowl Trophy It looked like a birthday bash in a restaurant. Gillie Da King stood at the entrance. Big Dom, surrounded by reporters and fans, handed over the Super Bowl LIX Trophy to Gillie. The rapper held it like a baby and turned around. He carried the Lombardi Trophy in his arms with utmost sincerity, love, care, and pride–all at once. After a few minutes of realizing what had just transpired in his universe, Gillie turned around to face the crowd. The rapper glanced at Big Dom and (probably)whispered, 'Thank you, man. So much. So much.' Big Dom made him wear a Super Bowl ring. Gillie took his hand up to his face and covered his eyes, all the while showing off the victory ring. After a brief pause, Gillie cried, shaking up his whole body in pure excitement! Like a wrestler's celebratory gesture–parading their championship belt–Gillie paraded the Trophy with massive honor and chanted, E-A-G-L-E-S! The crowd chanted along with him. Gillie Da King brings joy to Eagles fans with 'Blow the Whistle' hype videos Fans react to Gillie Da Kid receiving Super Bowl Trophy from Big Dom on his birthday One fan wrote, 'He really the mascot of the Eagles.' A second fan added, 'Dam giving the mascot a ring and a trophy.' A third fan talked about Gillie's profession, 'Bro is more famous for being the eagles mascot than he is for rapping.'
