GEMMA Owen looked loved-up with her new boyfriend, as they made their first public outing at Wimbledon. The Sun previously exclusively revealed that the Love Island star's new man is the son of a multi-millionaire. 7 7 7 Gemma, 22, looked smitten during a day out at Wimbledon with handsome Red Morgan, a horse rider and the son of businessman Steve Morgan. The reality star, who previously dated fellow Love Island star Luca Bish - made her new romance Instagram official in April, and the couple have been going strong ever since. Keen to take the next step in their romance, the new couple made their first public outing together. This week they attended Wimbledon together where Gemma was seen resting her head sweetly on her man's shoulder. For the occasion, the former Islander look stylish in a mini dress and heels and accessorised with dark shades. The star's jockey boyfriend looked smart in a light blue shirt and white trousers. The pair looked happy and relaxed as they took in a game on Centre Court. INSTAGRAM OFFICIAL Just a few months ago, shortly after The Sun revealed Gemma and Red were a couple, the pair made things Instagram official. The smitten pair hard launched their new relationship on social media, sharing a selection of photographs from their luxury trip to Dubai. In one loved up snap of the pair, Red was seen cuddling Gemma from behind as she snapped a mirror selfie. Gemma Owen fans baffled as Love Island star debuts 'new posh voice' in an interview at the races "More memories made in Dubai," she penned in the caption. Commenting on the photo dump she shared, one person said: "Gorgeous couple, so glad to see u happy." Another penned: "Beautiful couple." "Gemma you look stunning, and blissfully happy. What a beautiful couple," said a third. A fourth added: "Love looks good on you sweet girl." A source previously that the couple have known each other for some time, through mixing in the same equestrian circles. 7 7 THE EX FILES Gemma's new relationship with Red comes after her ex Luca Bish cut final ties with her. Luca, who dated footballer Michael Owen's daughter on Love Island in 2022, used to share loved-up clips with Gemma on his social media when they were a couple. But in a bold move recently, Luca finally removed any trace of ex Gemma from his TikTok by deleting old clips of them together. Luca has now moved on with fellow Love Island Star Grace Jackson, whom he met during the All Stars series which aired earlier this year.

Cwmcarn Forest Drive set for major upgrade with new plans
Natural Resources Wales (NRW) and Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) are seeking proposals to boost the area's recreational appeal. The popular spot currently boasts a picturesque drive, a visitor centre, lodges, play areas and camping facilities. The new plans, part of a collaboration announced in July 2024, intend to bring in a commercial developer to operate, fund, and construct more recreational facilities on the site. Steve Morgan, head of South East Wales Operations for NRW, said: "This is a really exciting opportunity for us to collaborate with CCBC and the private sector, to help build on and enhance the existing recreational features and shape the next chapter of Cwmcarn Forest Drive. "We know how important and well-loved Cwmcarn is to visitors and the local community, who have been fundamental in helping to shape the drive into what we see today." Global real estate advisor Avison Young has been tasked with marketing the opportunity and is now seeking proposals from interested parties. These proposals will need to be submitted via the Sell2Wales portal by midday on August 29. Applicants should demonstrate how their ideas will benefit the community and environment in the long term. Councillor Jamie Pritchard, deputy leader of CCBC, said: "This site offers a unique and exciting opportunity to create a landmark visitor destination for South Wales that will also attract people from across the UK. "With tourism in the region already generating over £134 million annually, this site is perfectly positioned for growth "We want to continue to transform Cwmcarn into a premier recreational hub, enhancing its appeal while driving further economic benefits for the area." The collaboration builds on CCBC's 2022 proposals which formed part of their UK Government 'Levelling Up' fund application.

Blaenau Gwent Council awarded £250,000 for nature project
The Nature Networks Fund has given the grant to Blaenau Gwent Council to help understand the value and connectivity of ecosystems across Gwent. The project will explore the benefits these ecosystems provide for both people and nature. The Nature Networks Fund is a collaborative programme between The Heritage Fund, Welsh Government, and Natural Resources Wales, set up to address ecological challenges. In partnership with Natural Resources Wales and other regional organisations, the council will create plans for resilient ecological networks. These plans will guide habitat improvements, nature recovery actions, and highlight the importance of environmental wellbeing. Helen Cunningham, cabinet member for place and environment, said: "We are committed to tackling the climate and nature emergencies declared by the council. "This support from the Nature Networks Fund, distributed by the Heritage Fund in partnership with the Welsh Government and Natural Resources Wales, will enable us to work in partnership to make positive changes for people and nature here in Blaenau Gwent and across the region." Steve Morgan, head of southeast Wales operations at Natural Resources Wales, said: "This project will enable us to achieve significant acceleration towards building ecosystem resilience through a Resilient Ecological Networks (RENs) approach across Gwent, helping us better understand and maximise the fundamental role and value of nature and ecosystem services that underpin our wellbeing, prosperity, culture, and identity across our distinct landscapes and habitats. "The project also highlights the commitment in Gwent to working collaboratively and in partnership to support nature's recovery, contributing towards meeting our Corporate Plan Vision and Wellbeing Goals where biodiversity is protected, valued, restored, and wisely used so that nature and people genuinely thrive together in a way that is sustainable for future generations. "I look forward to seeing the successful progress of this project as it develops in contribution to our collective efforts in taking urgent action to halt and reverse the decline in biodiversity at the pace and scale needed, building ecosystem resilience as a nature-based solutions approach to climate change and pollution, as well as enhancing opportunities and benefits for the health, wellbeing, and resilience of nature and people equitably and inclusively in Gwent." The Nature Networks Fund aims to strengthen the resilience of Wales's network of protected land and marine sites, supporting nature's recovery while actively encouraging community engagement. Improving the condition of these protected and connected sites will enable them to function better as nature networks. Nature networks are vital, resilient areas where habitats and species can thrive and expand. Restoring connectivity in these networks will prevent further declines in species and habitat condition, support nature recovery, and enhance capacity to adapt to the climate crisis. This fund will also support the active involvement of communities in and around protected sites. Strengthening engagement with nature has direct health and wellbeing benefits for people, as well as improving the resilience of the sites themselves. The protected sites network covers Special Areas of Conservation, Special Protection Areas, and other Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs). AI is expanding a $2 trillion total addressable market or TAM (2) for cybersecurity providers, according to a 2024/2025 study by McKinsey, a global management consulting firm and trusted advisor to the world's leading businesses, governments, and institutions. 'One of the areas that is extremely compelling is the opportunity to build a security layer around agentic AI,' says Richard Seewald, founder and Managing Partner at Evolution Equity Partners. 'If you think about the volume of agents that will be put into the market, the opportunity to create cybersecurity companies that defend and protect that layer are significant.' McKinsey's study is particularly relevant to the CISOs and vendors, the cybersecurity buyers and sellers, who made a pilgrimage to this year's RSA Conference. 'Based on the organizations we have served, cyber budgets are still under tremendous pressure to reduce cost when, in reality, they are often under-budgeting when framed in terms of the organization's risk profile,' says Justin Greis, Partner and North American Cybersecurity Practice Leader at McKinsey. 'More often than not, when we are engaged to analyze and possibly reduce cybersecurity costs, we typically end up increasing the cyber budget because the cyber risks uncovered exceed management's and the board's risk appetite,' adds Greis. 'More and more CISOs are requesting and reporting their budgets, not just in dollars and cents, but framed in terms of risk to critical business processes, products, services, or strategic goals/objectives.' Today, nearly 15 percent of (corporate) cybersecurity spending comes from outside the chief information security office (CISO), and non-CISO cyber spending is expected to grow at a 24 percent CAGR over the next three years, according to the McKinsey study, which goes on to state that this has changed from a decade ago, when almost all cybersecurity spending came from the CISO organization. Going forward, providers will need to increasingly cater to non-CISO customers, the McKinsey study posits, with most non-CISO cyber spending coming from buying centers responsible for cloud, product, network, and audit and compliance. Despite its current market size, cybersecurity has a lot of headroom to grow. 'We are still in the early innings of a secular trend in the cybersecurity space that involves increased spend by large enterprises, smaller businesses and consumers alike, a rapidly expanding attack surface, market consolidation and demand for next generation products and services that makes this a very compelling segment for investment,' says Dennis Smith, Founder and Managing Partner at Evolution Equity Partners. Helen Skelton is set to host a special 'last night of the proms' concert at Carlisle Castle in July. The UK Proms in the Park tour 2025 is set to arrive in Carlisle for two nights at Carlisle Castle and will feature the UK dance anthems orchestra and the UK proms orchestra on July 4 and 5. The last night of the proms is one of the most iconic classical music concerts in the world and features some of the finest classical music in the world when it is held at the Royal Albert Hall in September. The UK proms weekend kicks off in Carlisle with the 30-piece dance anthems orchestra who will take the audience on a 'pulsating journey' through the past four decades of classic dance tunes with soloists and dancers. On Saturday, July 5, Carlisle Castle will be the venue for a night full of pomp and circumstance as the UK proms orchestra and a host of special guests take the audience on a journey through some of the most loved classical pieces from TV, film and theatre, featuring all the classics from the Last Night of the Proms.
