‘Skin looks visibly less crepey' with undereye patches Frankie Bridge swears by

Frankie Bridge just shared with fans which affordable under-eye patches she uses to revive her skin after a late night, and the good news is they come with an affordable price tag Fend off tired and puffy eyes with Frankie Bridge's affordable, on-the-go solution to reducing crepey and dull under-eyes that won't break the bank. Taking to social media to share a snap of her morning coffee, Frankie Bridge gave fans an insight into the under-eye patches she uses when on the move. The good news is that they come with an affordable price tag. The best-selling Summer Fridays Jet Lag Eye Patches Frankie Bridge uses are currently up for grabs for £25 from Sephora, Cult Beauty and Space NK, or for £21 from Revolve for a pack of six. Made to target sleepy skin in need of a wake-up call, the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Eye Patches are formulated to send hydrating signals to the under-eye area, ensuring brighter and smoother under-eyes that aren't diminished by a late night or long flight. Infused with texture-refining niacinamide, jojoba oil and a blend of skin-loving fruit extracts, these non-slip hydrogel eye patches help to minimise the look of puffiness and reduce dullness. The duo of Glycerin and Hyaluronic Acid helps lock in hydration, while the blend of Niacinamide, Cucumber Extract, and Panthenol soothes the eye area, and the Caffeine and Peptides help to de-puff and firm the skin. And the benefits don't stop there. These patches boast a design that offers sealing benefits for your favourite formulas, such as make-up prep or pamper evenings, so you get better and more noticeable benefits from the rest of your beauty regime. And it's not just Frankie who loves these Summer Friday gems, as plenty of Space NK shoppers sing their praises. One thrilled customer shares: "These eye patches are packed with hydrating and soothing ingredients that work wonders on puffiness, dark circles, and dryness. From the moment you put them on, you can feel the cooling effect—it's like giving your skin a much-needed drink of water. They're perfect for calming down stressed-out skin after a long flight, an all-nighter, or even just a busy day." Another buyer beams: "I really do love Summer Fridays - the jet lag range is just great and these are a real welcome addition. I never really hold out much hope for products like these but gosh they do work! Upon waking after a poor night of sleep, my eyes were looking rough! I put these on for 20 mins and couldn't believe the difference. My eyes were brighter, way less puffy and they massively softened the tired bags. These will now be a staple in my routine. I've tried other patches and like them but i think these are another level." A third chimes in: "Onto my second box of these feel so good and can really see the difference after one application will definitely repurchase." While the same sentiments are shared by this shopper who says: "Non slip and no irritation my skin looks visibly less crepe after I use these. Great before make-up or special occasion and I can easily walk around getting ready with these on with no issues. I've already repurchased and can see these becoming a regular purchase." And this fan writes: "These are a great addition to my skincare routine they are like 8 hours sleep for my eyes they reduce my dark circles and plump up my lines around the eyes I will use these when I fly next to keep my eyes looking reserved and hydrated These are great value easy to use I highly recommend this for everyone."

Clock out and chill out: Fantastic ways to spend summer Fridays in Florida

In Florida, everything slows down in the summer. Many workplaces honor 'Summer Fridays,' allowing employees to cut out early on Fridays and jump start their weekend with extra daylight. With deals on everything from spa treatments to dining, and experiences from indoor golf to fancy tea times and even mingling with flamingos, there are plenty of ways to make the most of those bonus hours. Set your summer vibe with these Summer Friday plans. Skip Out Early for Indoor Golf Leaving work early to play golf on a Friday is a summer flex. Playing golf outside in the dead heat of summer, however, is not. Perfect your game at indoor, air-conditioned golf bays like the ones at The Tips Golf, a new golf studio in Miami's Brickell neighborhood with elevated food and drinks. Take a lesson with a pro, or rent a bay fitted with simulators that offer insight about your swing and game. Bay pricing is $65/hour during off-peak hours and $90/hour during peak hours (after 4 p.m.) Head to TopGolf, with locations across Florida, where both golf pros and newbies can enjoy private, climate-controlled bays, fun games, and cold drinks. Want to brave the outdoors? Try PopStroke, an elevated mini-golf experience with 18-hole courses designed for all ages. With spots across Florida, including West Palm Beach, PopStroke amps up the fun with jumbo TVs, restaurants and bars, outdoor games, and even monthly memberships for regular players. It's the perfect way to turn Summer Friday into a group adventure. Fridays Are Made For Mingling with Flamingos Summer is also the time to visit Florida's many animal attractions. From zebras to giraffes, roaming animals are the stars of the 300-acre Lion Country Safari, a drive-through safari experience in Loxahatchee in Palm Beach County. New this summer, mingle with the park's flock of Caribbean flamingos. During the immersive 'Flamingo Mingle Encounters,' guests can feed the pretty pink birds and snap social media-worthy photos. The experience is offered twice daily. Tickets can be purchased online or on site in the park's walk-through adventure area. Gather The Gals For Gabbing and Tea Sipping on tea while gabbing with your best pals after a long work week is sweet medicine for the summer soul. Our pick for a swanky afternoon tea is the signature St. Regis Afternoon Tea at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. Set inside La Gourmandise, where light flows through the floor-to-ceiling windows, diners are treated to an array of fine teas and sweet and savory delicacies nestled inside pretty bird cage towers. This summer, the afternoon tea adds a tropical twist with an all-mango seasonal menu. Another unique option is High Tea at Amal restaurant in Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood, which takes a Lebanese spin on traditional tea. For $38 a person, you'll sip on Turkish coffee or premium teas while nibbling from a tower lined with Lebanese bites such as grape leaf rolls and truffle rakakat (cheeses wrapped in phyllo pastry), along with baklava, lady fingers and other sweets. Treat Yourself To A Spa Deal If your Friday vibe revolves around relaxing, leave early for a spa treatment. Spas around Florida offer special deals during the summer, so it's worth checking your favorite spa's website or calling to find out about discounted spa specials. During Miami Spa Months, which run from July to the end of August, treatments at participating spas are reduced to $109, $159 and $199. Top spa picks include Lapis Spa, located within the Fontainebleau Miami Beach (it's worth going just for their water features) and Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Miami Beach. Escape For A Pool Day At A Fancy Resort Thanks to Resort Pass, you can enjoy resort-level perks at participating Florida hotels for the day without an overnight stay. For those craving extra comfort (and sweet, sweet A/C), the Day Room option is a game changer, giving you a private space to relax, recharge, or even sneak in a little work. One standout pick: the Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Wrap up your Summer Friday with their rooftop sunset happy hour — think DJ beats, drink specials, and golden-hour views over the west-facing horizon. Prefer a pool party? Known for its rowdy weekend pool parties at Strawberry Moon, The Goodtime Hotel, Miami Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, can be your Friday kick start to the weekend. The new Top of the Rox in West Palm Beach, which is a rooftop bar and pool fitted with cabanas and daybeds, is all about daytime pool parties and DJs after dark. Happy Hour starts at 4 p.m. on Fridays and runs until 7 p.m. Reserve A Long, Leisurely Lunch During the summer, you don't have to power through lunch, gobbling down your meal in a race back to work. Instead, book a long, leisurely lunch at one of your favorite restaurants or one that you haven't yet sampled. Italian food lovers can graze their way through Eataly's new two-story marketplace inside Aventura Mall, blending shopping with a flavorful food crawl. If watching the parade of boats on the Miami River sounds like the perfect midday escape, head to Seaspice for the Summer Lunch special, a $39 prix fixe menu that runs Tuesday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. During August and September, look for Miami Spice deals, with discounted three-course prix fixe lunches for $35 at participating restaurants. If you want to experience Michelin magic, try lunch at Michelin one-starred Cote Korean Steakhouse in the Miami Design District, which will host an epic lunch deal during Spice. In Fort Lauderdale, Visit Lauderdale's annual Dine Out Lauderdale Restaurant Months kick off Aug. 1 and run through Sept. 30.

The Best Makeup for Hot and Humid Weather, According to a Professional Makeup Artist

Summer vacations are for exploring tropical destinations, lounging on sun-soaked beaches, and indulging in freshly caught seafood. Hot and humid locations, though, usually cause you to immediately sweat off any makeup you've put on. I want to look my best when I'm traveling, but all it takes is five minutes in the island sun to have my mascara running down my face. To help create a summer makeup routine that can withstand high temperatures all day—and night—long, I turned to Sephora's beauty director and professional makeup artist David Razzano for his best tips for heatproof vacation makeup. The best makeup for hot, humid weather is long-lasting and practically weightless, allowing you to look and feel your best without needing to wear a ton of heavy products or worrying about it sliding right off. Razzano recently did my makeup using his tried-and-true warm-weather products and walked me through his best tricks for applying makeup that actually lasts. Below, a guide to lightweight, working-for-you makeup that will hold up in any hot and humid destination, whether you're island hopping around Greece, checking into a Caribbean resort, or just riding the New York City subway. Before actually applying any makeup, prep your face with the right skincare that will help your products last longer. Step one: 'Get yourself a great hydrating spray,' says Razzano. 'Dont slug and slather because it's just going to feel really heavy.' A lightweight spray, like Summer Friday's Jet Lag hydration mist, added a nice base layer of moisture to my face while also cooling it down. 'Humidity is a great instance for a primer,' he says. Razzano added the One Size Secure the Sweat waterproof mattifying primer with his fingers to help the rest of my makeup lay nicely and stay put. After some quick skin prep, it's time for the makeup. 'Use your concealer first because you don't want to put your liquids [makeup] on top of your powder—that's the rule of thumb,' says Razzano. Tower 28's Swipe All-Over hydrating serum concealer helps hide blemishes and brighten up my tired under eyes. Just when I thought Razzano was going to pull out a tinted moisturizer or a lightweight foundation, he surprised me. 'When you're in a hot and humid environment, nothing tops powder foundation—even if you have dry skin,' he says. A powder foundation? I thought this would feel heavy and look cake-y on my skin—but it was quite the opposite. I couldn't believe how weightless it felt on the skin, all while evening out my skin tone and blurring imperfections. 'A big, loose brush is going to give you a sheer coverage, while a smaller, compact brush will give a heavier coverage,' he says. After applying the powder foundation, Razzano recommends locking it in with another spritz of Summer Friday's hydrating mist—a.k.a. my newest summer essential. Razzano is applying Milk Makeup's Waterproof Rise Lifting and Lengthening mascara on commerce editor Meaghan Kenny 'A bronzer is a great way to slowly add color back to the face,' says Razzano. He applied LYS Beauty's No Limits matte bronzer to the high points of my face that naturally get kissed by the sun—the top of my forehead, cheeks, and nose. This gave me a bronzy glow that's perfect for vacation. After adding a lightweight, clear brow gel, Razzano moved onto the eyes. He curled my lashes and applied a waterproof mascara. 'Your lashes are much more likely to fall and go straight when the air itself is heavier,' he says. Milk Makeup's Waterproof Rise Lifting and Lengthening mascara proved to be the star of the show. This was the product I nearly grabbed out of his hand to see what it was—my lashes have never looked that long or that full. And when I'm sweating in the heat or taking a dip in the hotel pool, I won't have to worry about this mascara running or flaking. Kenny is wearing Cay Skin's lip balm with SPF 'The final step in the complexion that I would say is really important is a good setting spray,' says Razzano. He chose One Size's aptly named On' Til Dawn mattifying waterproof setting spray to lock in the makeup. And finally, a little pop of color: 'If you want something really easy, think of a tinted lip balm,' he says. Cay Skin's lip balm added a nice rosy pink tint to my lips and provides SPF 30 protection. Face sunscreen is a part of my daily skincare routine, but I never think to add SPF protection to my lips. It's safe to say this lip balm is now a must-have in my beach bag for on-the-go touch-ups. And voila! It was the perfect amount of makeup—it left me feeling confident and put together, while still being quick and looking effortless. And to my surprise, hours later, my makeup was still going strong—no creasing, melting, or caking in sight. I've already adopted Razzano's heatproof makeup routine and will be wearing it constantly this summer, including on a trip to Scottsdale this July and long days spent down the Jersey Shore. You'll find these water-, sweat-, and heat-proof essentials in my makeup bag all summer long.

Hajra Tariq shares her morning to evening beauty routine

I absolutely love my morning routine – it really sets the tone for the rest of my day. I'm naturally an early bird, and I always try to get some kind of movement in first thing, whether it's Pilates or horse riding. It's my way of connecting with myself before my busy day kicks in. I always begin my mornings with a facial lymphatic drainage massage – I'm obsessed with my gua sha routine. It's a ritual at this point. After that, I'll sip on some lukewarm water followed by bone broth. I truly believe that how we care for our bodies internally reflects outwardly, so I treat that part of my morning like a form of self-respect. Then it's time for my probiotics – gut health is everything. And yes, I actually start my mornings caffeine-free. I save my matcha for after my workout, when I can really enjoy it. That post-workout matcha moment is sacred. How does your evening routine differ? Evenings are quite early. I do like to be in bed early, it's my favourite time to unwind. Depending on the day if I am or am not wearing makeup, I love to remove my makeup as soon as I get home. I turn the kettle on for a hot cup of peppermint tea while doing my night time skincare using gentle and very moisturising products, living in Dubai dry your skin out intensely. I also love to deeply moisturise my body before bed, the salt and body moisture is my favourite. I've also introduced castor oil patches before bed, which helps with any kind of bloating, one of my favourite recommendations from TikTok and I have tried this for a few months now. What are your go-to skincare products? One of my all-time favourite moisturisers is the Dr. Jart+ Skin Barrier – it's a game-changer for keeping my skin nourished and balanced. I also never skip sunscreen; having grown up with acne and acne scars, I really wish I had understood its importance sooner – it makes such a difference. And for lips, Lano 101 Ointment is a must. It's simple, but so effective – I always have it on hand. Are you a fan of masks? Absolutely, I love a good face mask moment. The Biodance mask is a favourite – it leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and plump. I'm also obsessed with the Augustinus Bader Hydrogel Mask; it's like a hydration boost in a sheet – perfect for when my skin needs that extra glow. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Hajra Tariq (@hajra_aaa) How would you describe your approach to makeup? My approach to makeup is all about enhancing, not covering. I love keeping things minimal – fresh skin, soft tones, and a natural glow. A tinted base, fluffy brows, cream blush, and a glossy lip is my go-to. Effortless, refined, and always skin-first. What can always be found in your makeup bag? There are two things that always live in my makeup bag: a good lip balm and a reliable concealer. I'm never without something hydrating for my lips – right now I'm loving the Summer Friday lip butter balm, it's simple, clean, and so nourishing. And the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is a forever staple. It's been with me for years – lightweight, seamless, and always dependable. Which fragrances are your current favourites? I like to choose my fragrance based on my outfit or the occasion. Right now, my favourite is Arabian Musk by Montale – it's the one I get the most compliments on. Talk us through your hair routine. I'm someone who washes my hair quite often – every other day – especially with how active my daily routine is; my scalp definitely needs the refresh. Right now, I'm loving the Aveda shampoo for that clean, nourishing feel. Gisou's hair oil is another favourite – it adds such a beautiful shine and softness. I've also been consistent with Mary Ruth's multivitamin supplements, which have been amazing for hair growth. There's no routine complete without a finishing touch of hair perfume – Swiss Arabian is my go-to for that final luxurious layer. What is the most unusual item in your makeup bag? I'd say it's my Kajal (inner eyeliner). My eyes just feel bare without it – it's a must-have for me. I apply it to my waterline, and when it comes to eyeliner, I always prefer brown over black; it's softer but still bold The Hero Buys – For more on luxury lifestyle, news, fashion and beauty follow Emirates Woman on Facebook and Instagram Images: Supplied

This year's edition will bring in big-name partners like Jazz at Lincoln Center, Ailey Extension, Carnegie Hall Citywide and MTA Music Under New York, plus a buzzy roster of rising stars and cultural collectives. Tuesday evenings will showcase DJs spinning a range of genres, from house to hip-hop, while Wednesdays will spotlight subway legends through MTA Music, and Thursdays will bring jazz and high-energy live music, along with free dance classes courtesy of Ailey Extension. On Fridays, expect the Summer Friday series to turn Times Square into a full-blown open-air concert hall. There are also new faces joining the mix, such as Turn The Tables, a nonprofit that utilizes DJing as a tool for social change, and the 2025 Neurodivergent Tour, which showcases artists on the autism spectrum that have exceptional musical talent. And in a fun twist, anyone can apply to perform via TSQ LIVE's Open Call. Best of all? It's all totally free. So whether you're sprinting to a Broadway show, strolling through on your way to dinner or just craving a little live music with your evening commute, there's never been a better excuse to stop and stay awhile.
