Scott Wolf's estranged wife, Kelley, calls out alleged ‘police brutality' after second ‘involuntary hold'
Scott Wolf's estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, claimed she was a victim of 'police brutality' after being placed in an 'involuntary hold' again. 'I was held for 7 days and they tried to keep me for 90. I will not be quiet anymore. I cannot be quiet anymore,' she claimed via Instagram Stories Saturday while sharing a photo of her bruised arm. 'This is from the police. I will get myself safe but I'm asking for help. Thrown down stairs. Broke my wrist, Contusions on my head. I'm bruised everywhere and I literally was released last night. This is the SECOND time.' 'Summit county police took me from Sundance on July 6. I was in a hot tub. Placed me on an involuntary hold at Summit county Behavioral health. The truth must be told,' she continued alleging. In a second post on her Stories, Kelley declared her love for her kids and pleaded for assistance. 'I love my kids. I'm not crazy,' she wrote, referencing the children she shares with Scott: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. 'I need help. And I want my kids back. That's all for now.' In a statement to Page Six, a spokesperson for the Summit County Sheriff's Office denied that an officer from their department was involved in any police brutality incident with Kelley. 'The Summit County Sheriff's Office is aware of several photographs and social media posts circulating that inaccurately claim 'Summit County Police' responded to an incident at Sundance on July 6, including allegations of a confrontation involving Summit County law enforcement,' a spokesperson from the Summit County Sheriff's Office told us Monday. 'Sundance Resort is not located within Summit County, and therefore, no law enforcement agency from Summit County, including the Summit County Sheriff's Office, would be involved in incidents occurring there,' they added. 'I can confirm that the Summit County Sheriff's Office was not involved in any response to Sundance on July 6.' Kelley's post came two weeks after Scott, 57, was granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of their three kids. The 'Party of Five' alum was also granted a restraining order against his estranged wife, 48. Per court docs obtained by People, Scott claimed Kelley has 'engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties' minor children.' Last month, Kelley announced she and the 'Doc' actor were divorcing after 21 years of marriage. 'It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,' she wrote via Instagram on June 10. 'This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I've done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.' Kelley then referred to her estranged husband as 'one of the best fathers [she's] ever known and one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with.' However, three days later, Kelley was detained and taken to the hospital on an 'involuntary hold' after allegedly making 'concerning' remarks to a family member. The certified life and personal development coach also accused Scott of 'abusing' her.

Scott and Kelley Wolf drama takes disturbing twist with choking allegations months before divorce filing
Police were informed about a past alleged choking incident on the day Scott Wolf's wife was detained and taken to a hospital. The alleged altercation reportedly went down three months before the 'Party of Five' actor filed for divorce on June 9 after 21 years of marriage. When officers arrived at Scott and Kelley's Utah residence on June 13 over an alleged 'verbal dispute,' an unnamed male detailed a 'past-occurred assault' that he said happened on March 6, according to a report taken by the Summit County Sheriff's Office. 9 Getty Images In the heavily redacted documents obtained by Us Weekly, the individual reported someone allegedly 'putting her hands around his neck' but noted they 'did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.' 'After a few minutes of conversation, [the alleged victim] stated that [the individual's] attempt to choke him may have caused air and [blood] flow restriction for a small moment. [The alleged victim] stated [the individual] did this in their bedroom while he was laying in bed in the presence of [a third party]. [The alleged victim] stated he did not receive any injuries, marks or bruises from the incident,' the report detailing the alleged March incident read. The document also shed light on the June 13 alleged disturbance, in which an unnamed female claimed their brother-in-law was trespassing. The person claimed they wanted him removed; however, officers were later told that the brother-in-law had permission to be there by one of the homeowners. Kelley claimed she was 'taken against' her will by police on June 13 and later hospitalized following a 911 call in which the caller alleged someone was blocking their driveway and not allowing them to enter the home, per a report made public on Tuesday. 9 WireImage The call lasted for around 15 minutes and was placed at 2:50 a.m. Scott's ex shared her run-in with cops on her Instagram Live last week. In the video, two officers are seen with Kelley, with one of them informing her she wasn't going to jail and they were there to get her 'some help.' 9 WireImage During the live, an officer was heard telling Kelley she 'made some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,' and they 'want to make sure you're okay.' Law enforcement later confirmed that 'deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help.' 'Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,' they told People in a statement. 'For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.' 9 WireImage Kelley addressed the incident, calling it 'one of the darkest things I've ever experienced.' 'This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check in on my kids,' she wrote on her Instagram Stories. 'Also … I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been. I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA.' Following her hospitalization, an officer reportedly contacted the alleged choking victim to ask if they wanted to press charges, but they declined, reported Us Weekly. 9 Getty Images for Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights 9 Scott Wolf/Instagram '[The alleged victim] stated that he … no longer wished to pursue charges because of some recent developments involving [redacted] that he believed would provide them some solutions. I provided [him] with my email address and told him to contact me if he changes his mind. No further action was taken,' the report read. Scott filed for divorce on June 9, ending over two decades of marriage. 'After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,' the star said in a statement to The Post. 'Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.' The 'Party of Five' actor — who played Bailey Salinger on the hit series — married Kelley in 2004 after meeting her in 2002 following her stints on MTV's 'The Real World: New Orleans' and 'The Real World/Road Rules Challenge.' Scott and Kelley share three children.

Two-year-old boy found dead on camping holiday after disappearing from caravan
The toddler, who had been staying in a trailer with his family, is believed to have left their mobile home without anyone noticing. A two-year-old boy who went missing from a caravan during a family camping trip for Father's Day has tragically been found dead. The toddler, who had been staying in a trailer with his family, is believed to have left their mobile home without anyone noticing. Early on Saturday his family reported him missing while they were camping in the Manorlands area of Utah, the Summit County Sheriff's Office said. A passer-by reportedly found the boy unresponsive in a drainage or runoff ditch, around one mile downstream from where he had been camping with his family, at around 11.15am. The Sheriff's Office reported that the two-year-old was rushed to a hospital in Wyoming before being moved to a Salt Lake City hospital, where he was pronounced dead. An investigation has been launched and, as reported by the Mirror, authorities are looking into when the boy was last seen alive. It is thought to have been a "tragic accident", officials have said. The Sheriff's spokesperson, Skyler Talbot, told local news outlets: "We are fairly early in the investigation. However, at this time, there's nothing to indicate this is more than a tragic accident. "We are going to be working with the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner, and we hope to have some preliminary results from them as to the cause and manner of death, hopefully in the coming days." It is unclear exactly how far away it was from their campsite to the water where the boy was found, but Talbot said it was within eyesight and walking distance. The spokesperson said: "It's certainly not lost on us that this is Father's Day. This is incredibly tragic. There's a mother who's lost her son; there's a father who's lost his son; and there's a grieving family. "We are going to investigate this fully, but right now, our thoughts are with the family during this time."
