Iranian Official holds Israeli entity fully responsible for crimes in killing children in Iran
New York - Saba: Amir Saeid Iravani, Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, stated that the repeated pattern and policies of the Israeli entity in killing children—this time targeting children in Iran—hold this entity fully responsible for its crimes, particularly its policies and practices of targeting children. According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, Iravani added during his speech on Thursday (local time) at an open session of the UN Security Council titled "Children and Armed Conflict" that the world has witnessed, with sorrow and anger, the recurrence of the same pattern of killing policies pursued by the Israeli entity, this time in Iran. He stated that this entity, as part of its brutal aggression against his country since June 13, has deliberately targeted civilians, killing dozens of children, including infants as young as two months old. The Iranian Ambassador to the UN pointed out that the horrific crimes and widespread, systematic attacks carried out by this occupying entity in the region are escalating, representing an urgent warning to the international community. These actions clearly demonstrate the serious danger and threat posed by the Israeli entity to the lives, safety, well-being, and security of children. Iranian Health: 627 Martyred, 4,935 Injured in Twelve Days of Zionist Aggression
Tehran - Saba: The Iranian Ministry of Health announced on Thursday the latest statistics on martyrs and injuries resulting from the Zionist aggression. According to Tasnim News Agency, the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education issued a statement based on the latest field reports. The ministry reported that, over the course of twelve days of aggression, 627 individuals have been martyred and 4,935 others injured, according to data collected from hospitals affiliated with the Iranian Health Ministry. Iran foils Israeli spy network fuelling unrest in Isfahan and Fars
Shafaq New – Tehran Iran's security forces have arrested several individuals accused of collaborating with Israel and inciting unrest in Isfahan and Fars provinces, Iranian media reported on Wednesday. Isfahan's Provincial Prosecutor Mohammad Mousavian told Tasnim News Agency that a number of suspects are now facing prosecution for actions deemed harmful to public psychological security. Others were issued formal warnings as part of an ongoing investigation. In Fars Province, judiciary chief Sadrollah Rajaei-Nasab confirmed additional arrests linked to alleged coordination with Israeli intelligence, noting that initial evidence has been submitted to court. Those detained remain in custody as legal proceedings advance. If charges are confirmed, the cases will proceed to trial.

Majid Akhavan, spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, announced the continued closure, stating that the decision aims to ensure the safety of passengers and aviation operations. Speaking to Tasnim News Agency, Akhavan clarified that the measure was taken under Air Navigation Notice No. 19 (NOTAM) following recent security developments. He urged the citizens not to go to airports and to rely exclusively on official sources for updates. Several countries, including Iraq, have resumed air traffic after deeming it safe to do so, following temporary closures prompted by the outbreak of hostilities between Iran and Israel. Earlier this week, US President Donald Trump declared that Iran and Israel had agreed to a 'full ceasefire ', marking the official end of a 12-day war between the two nations.

A 12-day conflict between Israel and Iran brought strikes on multiple cities across both countries, marking an unprecedentedly large direct exchange between the longtime adversaries - in which the United States later joined to attack Iran's nuclear program. Iran's president, Masoud Pezeshkian, has refuted President Donald Trump's statements that the U.S. strikes on Iran had "completely and totally obliterated" its nuclear sites, saying it "failed in achieving its sinister goals." A preliminary U.S. intelligence assessment cited by American media indicated that the strikes on Iran likely delayed its nuclear program by only a few months. The White House dismissed the reports. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, as quoted by Tasnim News Agency: "If the Zionist regime does not violate the ceasefire, Iran will not do so." Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz on X: "I emphasized that Israel will respect the ceasefire - as long as the other side does." U.S. State Department Spokesperson Tammy Bruce told reporters Tuesday: "With any ceasefire dynamic, it's fragile. And in the meantime, of course, things did come together and there has been quiet in that region." The conflict was halted under a U.S. ceasefire but there is an ever present risk that war could resume if not in the immediate future then when Iran has rebuilt its capabilities.
