The music video shows Cyrus strutting along the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame along in black boots and a short sliver dress. The video comes on the heels of news that Cyrus will be memorialized with her own star in an upcoming ceremony. The singer and actress recalled earlier this month how the Walk of Fame was a part of her life since childhood. "When I first came to LA from Nashville as a little girl, my family would stay at a hotel on Hollywood Blvd. I would go on late night walks with my dad when no one would recognize him," she said on Instagram earlier this month, referring to music star Billy Ray Cyrus. "Walk of Fame" appears on her album Something Beautiful, which dropped in May. Miley Cyrus won't tour 'Something Beautiful,' cites 'mental wellness'
1 of 4 | Miley Cyrus won't tour her album "Something Beautiful" to prioritize her "mental wellness," she said. File Photo by John Angelillo/UPI | License Photo July 15 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus is opening up about why she isn't touring her recently released album, Something Beautiful. The singer and former Hannah Montana actress discussed her decision on Good Morning America Tuesday. "I do have the physical ability and I have the opportunities to tour," Cyrus said. "I wish I had the desire, but I don't. I also don't think that there is actually an infrastructure that supports artists." "It's really hard to maintain sobriety when you're on the road, which is a really important kind of pillar of stability in my life," she continued, adding that "it's really hard to keep mental wellness on tour." Something Beautiful arrived in May, two years after Cyrus' album Endless Summer Vacation, which arrived in 2023. Her accompanying musical film and visual album dropped June 12. Cyrus called the project "fabulous" and "super joyful." "I'm in ultimate kind of fulfillment with this project, the music itself, the film -- I'm just really proud of the outcome," she said. Selena Gomez's Early-Career Hit Earns Its First New Certification In A Decade
Selena Gomez & the Scene's 'Who Says' earns a new RIAA certification, reaching quadruple platinum ... More status with four million units moved in the U.S., a decade since its last award. UNIVERSAL CITY, CA - AUGUST 07: Singer/actress Selena Gomez arrives at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on August 7, 2011 in Universal City, California. (Photo by) When Selena Gomez first launched her music career, she decided to go a different route than many other Disney stars. Instead of simply positioning herself as a solo singer, she fronted a group known as Selena Gomez & the Scene. That pop outfit only existed for a handful of years and hasn't released music in well over a decade, but during the time the musicians were together, they scored some big hits. Now, one of the group's most popular tracks has earned its first new Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certification in well over a decade. "Who Says" Hits Quadruple Platinum Status "Who Says" has been named a quadruple platinum single by the RIAA, which means it has shifted four million equivalent units in the United States alone. When the track was first certified, those numbers only included actual sales, but in the past several years, streaming activity has been added to the RIAA's methodology. That's how many artists continue to rack up wins these days. "Who Says" Last Earned a New Platinum Plaque a Decade Ago "Who Says" was first certified gold, the lowest status, in May 2011. A little more than a month later, it went platinum. Two years after that, it advanced to double and then triple platinum at the same time. "Who Says" had not earned a new certification since June 2013. Over more than a decade, the song racked up another million equivalent units. One of Selena Gomez & the Scene's Biggest Singles "Who Says" is now tied as Selena Gomez & the Scene's second-highest-certified song in America as it advances to quadruple platinum. At the four-times platinum level, it ties with "Naturally," which reached that position in July 2014. Only one tune from the band, "Love You Like a Love Song," has risen higher. That cut was pushed to six-times platinum in July 2024. The Band's Biggest Billboard Hot 100 Hit "Who Says" was released as the first single taken from Selena Gomez & the Scene's third and final album, When the Sun Goes Down. That project brought the group to a new high on the Billboard 200, where it peaked at No. 3. "Who Says" still stands as the band's loftiest placement on the Hot 100, as it topped out at No. 21.

The singer and former Hannah Montana star released the album Something Beautiful and a music video for "Easy Lover" on Friday. Something Beautiful is Cyrus' first album since Endless Summer Vacation dropped in 2023. It features 13 tracks, including collaborations with Brittany Howard and Naomi Campbell. "Easy Lover" is the sixth song on the album. The music video shows Cyrus singing in her dressing room, getting ready for an apparent production. She ultimately winds up on a stage. "No I just can't give you up, but you're not an easy lover," she sings. The music artist, 32, shared a photo carousel on Instagram Thursday to commemorate the album release. The first image shows the pop star wearing cheetah print pants and a black jacket. "Celebrating the release of Something Beautiful the perfect way," she captioned the post. "Tonight was heaven, surrounded by the ones I love, adorning our ears with beautiful things as we count down to the moment I get to fill yours with this album I adore. Love to everyone who showed their support along this journey." The final two images in the carousel show Cyrus apparently getting an ear piercing. 14 Weird Celebrity Photos From The '00s And '10s
Some celebrity photos are iconic and others are so bizarre, they feel like they were generated by an AI robot with flair. I scavenged the internet to find some of the strangest, unhinged celebrity pics out there — and trust me, they did not disappoint. Here are 14 of the strangest celebrity photos that honestly feel made up (but aren't): Simon Cowell holding Hello Kitty toast backstage at the 2002 Teen Choice Awards. TV's crankiest talent judge holding a piece of toast with Hello Kitty's face on it is the crossover event we never expected. Pre-Transformers Megan Fox getting a caricature at the World of Disney Store opening. How 2004 of her. Jack Black taking a breezy bike ride to the Late Night with David Letterman show in 2005. In true Jack Black fashion, he rolled up in boxers and sandals, giving New York commuters the most unforgettable pre-show entrance ever. This photo of Zac Efron taking a hugeeee leap of faith during a 2006 High School Musical press event in Australia. The cast was posing together, but Zac? He took it to the next level—literally—by launching himself into the air. It's giving "Troy Bolton's final form." Noah Centineo this pose is, at the 2019 Midsommar screening. Justin Bieber holding a comically large tennis racket at the 2009 Arthur Ashe Kids Day. This is peak 2000s energy. Nicki Minaj eating a turkey leg while performing on Good Morning America in 2011. The bright outfit and the sheer power stance lives rent-free in our minds. Sharon Osbourne losing a tooth on live TV. During a 2020 episode of The Talk, Sharon's dental implant literally popped out mid-conversation. She laughed it off and kept going like it was just another day — iconic, unbothered, and just a little bit unhinged. Ariana Grande cementing her hands for her 2011 track "Put Your Hearts Up." Why Grande did this to promote her debut single, we'll never understand. But honestly, what's more random than casting your hands in cement for a bubblegum pop song you'll eventually disown? Will Ferrell casually holding a falcon. As part-owner for the Los Angeles Football Club, Will Ferrell participated in pre-game rituals by holding the team's falcon mascot in 2019. Just another day in the life. Steve Carell dressing as Gru on The Ellen Show in 2017. We all knew Steve Carell voiced the iconic villain in Despicable Me, but seeing him fully commit to the role with prosthetics and a bald cap? That's next-level dedication. Adam Sandler showing up to the 2025 Oscars in full dad attire is the kind of Academy Awards energy we didn't know we needed — and honestly? He's starting the "Adam Sandler Core" movement and we're so here for it. Miley Cyrus "posing" at Jingle Ball 2013 is We're not quite sure what, but we do know that the Bangerz era was truly unmatched for its peak chaos. Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian visiting an Australian children's hospital in 2006. The fact that there's almost no context to these pics online makes this trio feel all the more like a fever dream. So, did you find these photos just as random as I did? Have you seen some of these chaotic moments before, or did they unlock a new core memory? Let us know in the comments below!
