This week's episode sees Olivia joined by The Traitors legend Amanda Lovett. Amanda, who appeared in series one of the smash-hit BBC show, is shown getting a neck and lower facelift. In a clip shared by ITV on Instagram, she tells Olivia beforehand: "I'm going to have a new face and neck by this evening." The star also discussed her procedure in an exclusive chat with Fabulous. Amanda said: 'I was looking at myself on the camera, and I kept seeing myself at all these different angles that I had never seen before, as it's so different to having a picture taken. 'I noticed my face and neck were just getting saggier and saggier. 'I started to think about needing to wear a scarf or polo necks just to hide this area of my body that I didn't like." Upon arriving in The Traitors castle in 2022, host Claudia Winkleman selected Amanda to become a Traitor. She joined Wilfred Webster and Alyssa Chan as the trio worked against their fellow contestants. Speaking exclusively to The Sun last year, Amanda shared: 'I don't think any of us expected The Traitors to be as big as it was. "We all hoped that the public would like it but it was just phenomenal, the way it blew up over the Christmas and New Year. How does The Traitors work and who hosts it? The Traitors first launched in the UK in 2022, after the Dutch format was acquired by the BBC. Claudia Winkleman is the show's host, and has now hosted all three series to date. How does it work? It is a reality game show that involves 22 contestants, and some of them are chosen to be The Traitors. The Traitors sees a group of contestants taking part in "the ultimate game of truth and deception". The group of contestants are competing for the chance to walk away with a huge cash prize. While navigating through a series of challenges, the team are also tasked with figuring out who the Traitors are in the group (usually three contestants). Each night, the Traitors gather to "eliminate" one of the Faithful, removing them from the competition Meanwhile, the traitors can be "banished" if they're successfully outed as a traitor by a faithful. The winners of the show are either the Traitor who remains undetected or the Faithfuls if they successfully eliminate all the Traitors. The prize sees the winner could get £120K. 'So life's been really busy for me. ' I gave up my estate agency job because I had so many opportunities that came my way, and I've just travelled the UK this year, meeting lots of different people. "I've gone to other cities, done some TV, been involved in lots of different projects. Former Love Islander Olivia Attwood fronts a new series that delves into the world of aesthetic enhancements, but believes honesty is the best policy when it comes to celebrities and their cosmetic procedures Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood has hit out at the Kardashians for being selective with their honesty about cosmetic surgery, as she slammed celebrities for being "disingenuous". The 34-year-old hosts ITV documentary series The Price of Perfection, in which she discusses the issues around cosmetic surgery and aesthetic enhancements. Olivia herself paid £3,000 for a boob job at the age of 20, but later paid around £10,000 to have them removed and smaller ones implanted. Her comments about the Kardashians come after Kylie Jenner, 27, finally gave details to a follower on TikTok that she had a breast enhancement when she was 19. The star was questioned about her cleavage, to which she replied with the size, profile and even the name of her surgeon. It came after her mum, Kris Jenner, admitted she'd had a facelift. But Olivia said Kylie's confession was "too little, too late." She believes Kylie should be honest about the rest of her cosmetic procedures. She added that Kylie and her sisters' bodies "are not created in the gym." Olivia told the Sun: "Kylie came out and said about her boobs, and I was like: 'I've been talking about my breasts for the past 10 years.' I like the Kardashians, this is not me bashing them, but it's too little, too late for me." She went on to say how she feels the Kardashians should be transparent about all their procedures, because it's 'disingenuous' to pretend their looks aren't down to surgery. She continued: "We know Kylie's breasts are fake. "We knew she had lip fillers when she was selling those lip kits. What about talking about lipo and BBLs?," before saying she believes the Kardashians have had more work done. But although she has had breast augmentation more than once, Olivia revealed that a BBL is the one procedure she would steer clear of. Joking that she has a 'pancake bum', the presenter said: "BBL is the only one I wouldn't do, because the risk is too much. It's one of the surgeries that has the highest revision rate." A BBL, or Brazilian Butt Lift, is a procedure undertaken to change the size of their buttocks. Fat is removed to from other parts of the patient's body, including the belly, hops and back, then injected back into the buttocks. It's one of the surgeries Olivia covers in an episode in the first series of The Price of Perfection. She said of the second season: 'We touched on brand new subjects. There's just so many different avenues that you can cover, and each one is an education in itself.' During the BBL episode, she wants to film a 360 liposuction and BBL procedure, which is performed on a woman named Scarlett. But Olivia feared the worst during the scenes in Turkey, when the crew were told they weren't allowed to record the full treatment after all. Speaking about the decision, Olivia said: "They did change their mind at the absolute final hour, so we just told that story and it's in its truthfulness." She added: "It was awful. A lot goes into planning these shoots for my team and I. But I was thinking, 'this is a massive red flag. Why have they suddenly changed their mind?'" Love Island star Olivia Attwood is once again looking at the pros and cons of plastic surgery, and how social media is redefining beauty, in the new series of The Price of Perfection Kris Jenner has made waves for her ageless appearance - but Olivia Attwood has recently let slip how she really feels about her transformation. Love Island star Olivia Attwood is hosting a new series of The Price of Perfection, and has given her verdict on Kris Jenner 's alleged facelift, saying 'it's quite dystopian.' The presenter notes that plastic surgery has changed a lot in recent years, adding that 'work is becoming so sophisticated now, so undetectable, there's so many things happening on the surgery table with things like face lifts, fat grafting, stem cells, polynucleotides, things that are literally turning back the clock.' 'She looks fantastic, and I think there's no limit to what we'll see in the next 10 years in terms of the scientific development of anti-aging procedures.' In her previous series, which questioned how social media is redefining beauty, Olivia, 34, met men willing to undergo treatments in pursuit of the 'perfect penis'. This time around, she is once again investigating cosmetic surgery but also focusing on other beauty treatments including weight loss injections, which she discussed with Kate Moss 's younger sister Lottie Moss. 'It's something we all hear about so much, but I had very little understanding of how it actually works,' Olivia says. Lottie, 27, was hospitalised after taking Ozempic – which is prescribed for type 2 diabetes and not meant for weight loss – which she got from a friend. 'It had a lot of press, but I wanted to understand more – why someone so petite would take Ozempic,' Olivia says. 'It's not an easy conversation to have when Lottie knows she's probably going to receive a fair amount of backlash, but she was really honest. It's important to have those conversations.' Olivia, who had her breast augmentation 'revised' and admits her lips were 'once too big', is well aware of the potential risks of surgery, and advocates for more awareness. 'Research the surgeons,' she urges. 'You have to be scrupulous because some surgeons delete bad reviews and post fake good ones.' The new series features a cosmetic procedure in Turkey, which has become a popular destination for surgery, and the presenter feared the worst when her team were told they would not be allowed to film the procedure after all. 'I was thinking, 'This is a massive red flag. Why have they suddenly changed their minds?'' she says. However, Olivia is aware that, having had plastic surgery herself, not everyone will heed her warnings about the dangers of unresearched surgery. 'I'm not going to give a lecture or be holier than now, especially as someone that's had cosmetic procedures, I'm never going to stand on a pedestal and go, don't do this, don't do that,' she says. 'I'm more just like, here, let me give you the information, a cross section of the industry, and then people can make decisions for themselves.'

She wants a BIGGER bum, not a shrinking one. 'I'm always here for the latest fad, but the jabs are actually the one thing that has never tempted me,' reveals Olivia. 'My whole goal is to actually grow an arse in the gym, so I feel like it would be counterproductive. 'I'm constantly chugging protein shakes and doing squats. I'm trying to get more curves, not have less.' Fat jabs are just one of the cosmetic surgery trends that the Love Island legend delves into in the new series of her ITV2 show, Olivia Attwood's The Price of Perfection. And after investigating the surge in popularity of Ozempic and Mounjaro – or GLP-1 receptor agonists, as they are known in the medical community – Olivia also has serious concerns about their safety. 'I think we are still in our infancy of knowing how these drugs behave,' says the 34 year old. 'For some people, they can be very powerful and life-changing, but people are having massive health issues when they are being dished out by non-medics and they are being abused back to back over several years.' Given her penchant for a bigger butt, Olivia admits she has considered a Brazilian butt lift [BBL] – a procedure which sees a surgeon suck fat from the belly, hips, lower back and thighs, then transfer it into the bum to create bigger hips and a smaller waist. BBLs are the fastest growing cosmetic procedure in the UK, with its popularity soaring by 20 per cent year on year. Naturally, Olivia tackles the rising demand for a Kardashian-style booty in her new series, travelling to Turkey to be there in the operating theatre to watch one girl go under the knife in pursuit of her dream derriere. 'A BBL is definitely one of those things I have looked into having,' Olivia admits. 'But for me, the risk doesn't outweigh the result. 'It's really hard to find someone who has had it done once and is super happy. 'It's the procedure that requires the most revision surgeries and most people go back, like, three times. 'Who has the time to lie on your front for eight weeks, three times a year while you are healing? 'For that reason, it doesn't appeal to me.' Olivia has confessed to undergoing a boob job followed by a reduction, chin liposuction and contouring, veneers, lip fillers and Botox. 'I have done things that I haven't explicitly talked about,' she reveals. 'But of course, I've had some help and I'm not ageing backwards.' In fact, Olivia estimates that, at some point, she'll have splashed out six figures on transforming her appearance. 'I could easily hit the £100,000 mark if I get my teeth done again, or when I have to get my boobs redone,' she admits. There's another surgery she'd happily consider once she's had babies – a designer vagina. 'If I needed to do that, I would – 100 per cent,' Olivia says. 'We look at mummy makeovers in the new series and the thing I realised is, you never know how your body is going to react to pregnancy. 'Some women see very little changes to their body, while others suffer incontinence and all sorts of health issues. 'So if I felt like something made me unhappy or I had issues, then yeah, of course.' While she hasn't planned when she and her footballer husband of two years, Bradley Dack, 31, will start a family, she admits they have fun practising in the bedroom – when they are actually under the same roof, that is. 'There are times when we struggle for time together, because he was in Sunderland for a whole year and often I'm away filming. So we can't do designated sex nights,' she laughs. 'For us, sex is more of an 'as and when' thing. 'But one of the positive things about spending time apart is that, when you are back together, it feels a lot more exciting. 'I think missing someone is a nice feeling and I still get butterflies when I see him at the airport. 'One way we really keep the spark alive is by texting. 'I always tell people: 'Remember to flirt with your partner.' 'So when I'm texting him, I flirt with him, rather than just asking him if he has walked the dog.' Love Island gave me my big break and changed my life, so I'll always feel very nostalgic about it. On top of that, she manages to squeeze in her podcast, a radio show with pal Pete Wicks and being a Loose Women panellist. And despite the recent cuts to the ITV daytime favourite, Olivia confirms that her place on the panel is safe. 'I'm definitely staying on Loose,' she says. 'I literally adore that show and the women on it. 'But there are a lot of people who will be impacted [by the changes] behind the camera.' With a new series of Love Island kicking off this week, Olivia says she will always be grateful to the show that launched her career back in 2017. 'Love Island gave me my big break and changed my life, so I'll always feel very nostalgic about it,' she insists. And with rumours swirling that Maya Jama might trade in her keys to the villa after this upcoming series, might Olivia fancy slipping into her stilettos and hosting the nation's favourite dating show?
