In particular, the programme explores plastic surgery and eye-opening cosmetic treatments.
This week's episode sees Olivia joined by The Traitors legend Amanda Lovett.
Amanda, who appeared in series one of the smash-hit BBC show, is shown getting a neck and lower facelift.
In a clip shared by ITV on Instagram, she tells Olivia beforehand: "I'm going to have a new face and neck by this evening."
The star also discussed her procedure in an exclusive chat with Fabulous.
Amanda said: 'I was looking at myself on the camera, and I kept seeing myself at all these different angles that I had never seen before, as it's so different to having a picture taken.
'I noticed my face and neck were just getting saggier and saggier.
'I started to think about needing to wear a scarf or polo necks just to hide this area of my body that I didn't like."
Upon arriving in The Traitors castle in 2022, host Claudia Winkleman selected Amanda to become a Traitor.
She joined Wilfred Webster and Alyssa Chan as the trio worked against their fellow contestants.
I was minutes away from winning The Traitors & masterminded infamous 'Red Breakfast'... now I've quit my job after starring in hit BBC show
From the moment Amanda became one of the Traitors, fans loved her - thanks to her devious gameplay yet cheerful and friendly accent.
Although she didn't manage to make it to the end of the series, thanks to fellow Traitor Wilfred turning on her so close to the final, she's had the last laugh.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun last year, Amanda shared: 'I don't think any of us expected The Traitors to be as big as it was.
"We all hoped that the public would like it but it was just phenomenal, the way it blew up over the Christmas and New Year.
How does The Traitors work and who hosts it?
The Traitors first launched in the UK in 2022, after the Dutch format was acquired by the BBC.
Claudia Winkleman is the show's host, and has now hosted all three series to date.
How does it work?
It is a reality game show that involves 22 contestants, and some of them are chosen to be The Traitors.
The Traitors sees a group of contestants taking part in "the ultimate game of truth and deception".
The group of contestants are competing for the chance to walk away with a huge cash prize.
While navigating through a series of challenges, the team are also tasked with figuring out who the Traitors are in the group (usually three contestants).
Each night, the Traitors gather to "eliminate" one of the Faithful, removing them from the competition
Meanwhile, the traitors can be "banished" if they're successfully outed as a traitor by a faithful.
The winners of the show are either the Traitor who remains undetected or the Faithfuls if they successfully eliminate all the Traitors.
The prize sees the winner could get £120K.
'So life's been really busy for me.
' I gave up my estate agency job because I had so many opportunities that came my way, and I've just travelled the UK this year, meeting lots of different people.
"I've gone to other cities, done some TV, been involved in lots of different projects.
'These are things I never dreamt of doing, but the doors the show has opened to me have been fantastic.'

Police 'examining' Kneecap and Bob Vylan Glastonbury performances

Rapper Bobby Vylan, of rap punk duo Bob Vylan, led crowds on the festival's West Holts Stage in chants of: 'Free, free Palestine' and: 'Death, death to the IDF'. It has been reported that police are looking into Kneecap's performance after a member of the Irish rap trio suggested fans 'start a riot' outside his bandmate's upcoming court appearance. In a post on social media, Avon and Somerset Police said: 'We are aware of the comments made by acts on the West Holts Stage at Glastonbury Festival this afternoon. READ MORE: Scottish refugee charity 'won't shut up, it will show up', says founder 'Video evidence will be assessed by officers to determine whether any offences may have been committed that would require a criminal investigation.' Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy has spoken to the BBC director general about Bob Vylan's performance, a government spokesperson said. They added: 'We strongly condemn the threatening comments made by Bob Vylan at Glastonbury. 'The Culture Secretary has spoken to the BBC Director General to seek an urgent explanation about what due diligence it carried out ahead of the Bob Vylan performance, and welcomes the decision not to re-broadcast it on BBC iPlayer.' A BBC spokesperson said: 'Some of the comments made during Bob Vylan's set were deeply offensive. During this live stream on iPlayer, which reflected what was happening on stage, a warning was issued on screen about the very strong and discriminatory language. We have no plans to make the performance available on demand.' During Kneecap's set, which was not aired by the BBC, band member Naoise O Caireallain, stage name Moglai Bap, lead chants of 'fuck Keir Starmer'. He told the crowd: 'The prime minister of your country, not mine, said he didn't want us to play, so fuck Keir Starmer.' Moglai Bap's comments come after several politicians, including the Prime Minister, called for Kneecap to be removed from the line-up. The band also led crowds in chants of 'Free Palestine', with Liam Og O hAnnaidh, stage name Mo Chara, commenting on the sheer number of flags at the festival after the field where they played had to be closed following overcrowding concerns. O hAnnaidh wore a keffiyeh during the hour-long set, while member JJ O Dochartaigh, stage name DJ Provai, wore his signature tri-coloured balaclava along with a T-shirt that said: 'We are all Palestine Action', in reference to the soon-to-be banned campaign group. The Belfast group made the headlines after O hAnnaidh, 27, was charged with allegedly displaying a flag in support of proscribed terrorist organisation Hezbollah, while saying 'up Hamas, up Hezbollah' at a gig in November last year. Last week, the rapper, who performs under the stage name Mo Chara, was cheered by hundreds of supporters as he arrived with bandmates Naoise O Caireallain and JJ O Dochartaigh at Westminster Magistrates' Court in Free Mo Chara T-shirts. He was released on unconditional bail until his next hearing at the same court on August 20.
