File Photo by Keizo Mori/UPI | License Photo July 7 (UPI) -- K-pop girl group Twice is teasing a music video for "This is For" ahead of the release of their studio album of the same name, due Friday. In a teaser released Monday, viewers see the South Korean music artists dancing on set, wearing white tops and baggy camouflage jeans. "She should have realized when the director said, 'Let's have fun! This is for...'" a voice says in the background, twice. Twice includes members Momo, Sana, Nayeon, Tzuyu, Jihyo, Chaeyoung, Jeongyeon, Mina and Dahyun. The upcoming album celebrates Twice's 10th anniversary and will be promoted with a world tour, beginning July 19 in Incheon, South Korea. This is For marks the group's first album since 2021, when they dropped Formula of Love: O+T=<3. Watch: Twice teases 'celebration' album 'This is For'

File Photo by Keizo Mori/UPI | License Photo June 16 (UPI) -- South Korean girl group Twice is commemorating 10 years together with a new studio album, This is For. The K-pop stars teased their upcoming release with a short video Monday. The clip shows a vanilla cake with red frosting that appears to say This is For. The album "is a celebration for Twice and Once," an official description reads, referring to the group's fan base, known as Once. Twice consists of members Momo, Sana, Nayeon, Tzuyu, Jihyo, Chaeyoung, Jeongyeon, Mina and Dahyun. They will promote the album with a world tour, which kicks off July 19 in Incheon, South Korea, and concludes Dec. 14 in Bangkok, with additional dates to be announced. Twice's most recent full-length album, Formula of Love: O+T=<3, was released in 2021. Twice to bring 'This is For' world tour to PH in October
Twice is returning to the Philippines this October for their "This is For" world tour. According to the South Korean girl group on Sunday, they will hold their concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on October 4. Twice's "This is For" world tour will kick off this July in Incheon, South Korea, and will also include stops in Japan, Macau, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. More shows will be announced soon. Ticket details have also yet to be revealed, so stay tuned! The "This is For" world tour is in support of the group's upcoming fourth album of the same name, which is set to be released on July 11. The K-pop group was in Manila in June 2024 for a fan meeting. They also held a two-night concert at the Philippine Arena in September 2023 as part of their "Ready to Be" world tour. Twice, which debuted in 2015 under JYP Entertainment, comprises Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyuoung, and Tzuyu. Their hits include "What is Love?" "Strategy" feat.
