This week's episode sees Olivia joined by The Traitors legend Amanda Lovett. Amanda, who appeared in series one of the smash-hit BBC show, is shown getting a neck and lower facelift. In a clip shared by ITV on Instagram, she tells Olivia beforehand: "I'm going to have a new face and neck by this evening." The star also discussed her procedure in an exclusive chat with Fabulous. Amanda said: 'I was looking at myself on the camera, and I kept seeing myself at all these different angles that I had never seen before, as it's so different to having a picture taken. 'I noticed my face and neck were just getting saggier and saggier. 'I started to think about needing to wear a scarf or polo necks just to hide this area of my body that I didn't like." Upon arriving in The Traitors castle in 2022, host Claudia Winkleman selected Amanda to become a Traitor. She joined Wilfred Webster and Alyssa Chan as the trio worked against their fellow contestants. I was minutes away from winning The Traitors & masterminded infamous 'Red Breakfast'... now I've quit my job after starring in hit BBC show From the moment Amanda became one of the Traitors, fans loved her - thanks to her devious gameplay yet cheerful and friendly accent. Although she didn't manage to make it to the end of the series, thanks to fellow Traitor Wilfred turning on her so close to the final, she's had the last laugh. Speaking exclusively to The Sun last year, Amanda shared: 'I don't think any of us expected The Traitors to be as big as it was. "We all hoped that the public would like it but it was just phenomenal, the way it blew up over the Christmas and New Year. How does The Traitors work and who hosts it? The Traitors first launched in the UK in 2022, after the Dutch format was acquired by the BBC. Claudia Winkleman is the show's host, and has now hosted all three series to date. How does it work? It is a reality game show that involves 22 contestants, and some of them are chosen to be The Traitors. The Traitors sees a group of contestants taking part in "the ultimate game of truth and deception". The group of contestants are competing for the chance to walk away with a huge cash prize. While navigating through a series of challenges, the team are also tasked with figuring out who the Traitors are in the group (usually three contestants). Each night, the Traitors gather to "eliminate" one of the Faithful, removing them from the competition Meanwhile, the traitors can be "banished" if they're successfully outed as a traitor by a faithful. The winners of the show are either the Traitor who remains undetected or the Faithfuls if they successfully eliminate all the Traitors. The prize sees the winner could get £120K. 'So life's been really busy for me. ' I gave up my estate agency job because I had so many opportunities that came my way, and I've just travelled the UK this year, meeting lots of different people. "I've gone to other cities, done some TV, been involved in lots of different projects. 'These are things I never dreamt of doing, but the doors the show has opened to me have been fantastic.' 5 The Price of Perfection explores plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures Credit: Instagram / itv

Anshula Kapoor: No issues between Maheep Chachi and me after The Traitors
Anshula Kapoor became the latest participant to be evicted from The Traitors (India). During the intense 'Circle of Shaq' round, her fellow contestants mistakenly identified her as a Traitor, leading to her exit from the game. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Reflecting on the experience, Anshula admits that being part of a game built on suspicion, deception, and strategy was anything but easy. She says, 'Yes, the game is unpredictable and all about mind games. It felt like living in a psychological thriller. You didn't know whether you were the plot twist, or if someone smiling too much at breakfast meant they knew who'd been murdered. You're constantly second-guessing yourself, debating whether to trust your gut, and at times, overthinking every micro-expression.' She continues, 'It's not a natural environment to be in. As human beings, we crave connection and trust. This game flips that on its head. I don't know if this experience has made me better at spotting deception in real life, because bhai, hum toh Traitors bhi baraabar se spot nahi kar paaye ! Half the time, we chased things we thought were red flags and were proven wrong.' Still, she says the experience has shown her something about her own strength. She says, 'I may not have become an expert at reading people, but I've realised I'm capable of putting myself in uncomfortable situations and coming out of them. That clarity is valuable.' One of the more talked-about dynamics on the show was her bond with her real-life aunt, , who was eliminated earlier in the season. Their relationship came under scrutiny when Anshula questioned Maheep's allegiance during the Circle of Shaq, prompting Maheep to wonder aloud how her niece could doubt her. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Setting the record straight, Anshula explains that a lot of what happened between them was misconstrued. 'What the audience saw was a one-hour edit from a 17-hour day, packed with conversations that couldn't make the cut. And because they brought an aunt-niece duo onto the show, of course they wanted to highlight that dynamic.' She adds, 'To Maheep Chachi's credit, she was clear from the beginning; this was a game, and we should treat it as one. There was no need to get emotional or overthink it. In fact, the question I asked her during the Circle of Shaq? We had discussed it earlier that same day. I told her I'd bring it up in front of everyone so she could defend herself, because people who stayed quiet were being targeted. At the end of the day, she is and always will be my Chachi. One game can't dent that. We didn't need to 'reflect' on that moment afterwards, because it wasn't really a moment. It was curated for drama. But both of us were there; we know what happened.' She concludes, 'I never even voted for her. I didn't believe she was a Traitor. The job of every innocent in the game is to question everyone, and that's what I did. I'm grateful to her for encouraging us to play the game for what it was, without adding emotional baggage. Our equation is exactly the same before, during, and after the show. This is literally not even an issue.'

Celebrity BBC doctor's four ways to survive the dreaded Glastonbury hangover
Glastonbury may feel like the best weekend of your life but it could be better - if you avoid the headache that comes afterwards - the Mirror speaks to a celebrity doctor to help you avoid the worst of it When attending Glastonbury feeling rough is far from a suprise, its far from a simple night out - in fact it's days out. You're dancing for 12 hours, barely sleeping and chances are you haven't eaten properly in days and in the midst of the fun, that headache will come creeping in and it's worse than just a pounding headache. The Mirror has spoken to Dr Amos Ogunkoya from the Traitors to delve into how to prepare properly, avoid the worst of it and recover like a professional. The biggest culprit: dehydration (and no, isn't enough) Not drinking enough water is something so many of us do and not just during festivals - but this is certainly the place to take dehydration seriously and it goes beyond the usual bottle of water. 'It's the basics,' he told the Mirror 'Dehydration is huge. And I think people don't realise that hydration isn't just water. It's like electrolytes.' Then it goes beyond thirst - you're drained and drinking alcohol makes it worse. 'People don't want to drink water because it's annoying having to wee all the time but that's why hydration tablets are key,' he said 'they hold the water in and stop you from just peeing it all out and once you wash out the hormone that helps your kidneys concentrate urine, you basically can't hold on to water.' You are basically running a marathon - just in a festival A lot of the symptoms that people describe for hangovers are just fatigue and with your legs and muscles sore from the amount of steps you do - it feels ten times worse. 'A lot of what people describe as hangovers is actually just fatigue,' he explained. 'Like you've just depleted - It's similar to just running a marathon. If you look at the step count for people at Glastonbury and compare it to people who run a marathon it's extremely close.' Your legs will ache. Your muscles will feel sore. You may not truly have a hangover, look at it in a different sense like 'my body's doing overtime and I've fed it nothing but lukewarm Strongbow and crisps.' The myth of hair of the dog We've all hear the myth 'hair of the dog' and for the most part, people know this doesn't actually help and it is just an excuse for another day of drinking. "When it comes to hangover cures, there's lots of misinformation,' they said. 'From the hair of the dog to all kinds of information.' he told the Mirror ' I mean, the hair of the dog works mainly because you're still drunk.. It works as well as an anaesthetic would - it doesn't actually make you feel better. It just reduces your ability to understand that you don't feel better.' Hot weather makes it all worse, Don't punish yourself afterwards. The real answer to cure a hangover is to nourish your body and this can be done with just simple household items. 'I'd suggest baked beans in it because I love baked beans - but also, it's actually quite good for you.' he said, 'It's got a good source of protein in it and I honestly believe there's nothing wrong with comfort food, you're just nourishing your body with what it wants.' There are things we worry about -heat exhaustion. Mainly because when you drink or you're in an energetic environment, your perception of heat changes. People don't realise they're overheating.' When you're sweating, dancing, and drinking, you're losing water fast and getting drunk faster too - this is when you need to be careful 'You need to be conscious of hydrating, keeping yourself cool and sunburn.' Stop seeing recovery as punishment, rather than beating yourself up there are many ways to recover as kindly as possible 'It's actually changing the narrative from, 'How do we get over a hangover as quickly as possible?' to 'How do we recover as kindly as possible?'' he said. The perfect survival kit by Dr Amos Ogunkoya Hydration tablets Ginger teas is a must it's good for nausea, safe, and won't dehydrate you Face mask - When you're dehydrated, it will show up in your skin. Muscle rub or pain relief Comfort food 'There's no need to go on a juice cleanse or beat yourself up, meet yourself where you're at - Pamper yourself.' 'If you're feeling low, it's not a bad thing to rest, eat good food, and take care of your body.' And lastly, don't forget the basics: sunblock, electrolytes, water, and a bit of grace to yourself.
