Samantha admitted that she doesn't have any cheat days in her diet. She enjoys eating the same thing every day and has grown accustomed to it. 'I do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maybe my breakfast is mostly smoothies. This is followed by lunch and dinner." Samantha Ruth Prabhu is mindful about what goes on her plate, especially when it comes to vegetables. The actress revealed that she enjoys incorporating nutrient-rich options like cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli into her diet. However, she admitted that she's not a fan of spinach or kale.
