My diet is mostly anti-inflammatory. It's basically about finding what does not work for you and eliminating that." The actress mentioned that when she was younger, she was skinny and never gained weight. Samantha assumed she could eat whatever and it wouldn't affect her body. Samantha admitted that she doesn't have any cheat days in her diet. She enjoys eating the same thing every day and has grown accustomed to it. 'I do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maybe my breakfast is mostly smoothies. This is followed by lunch and dinner." Samantha Ruth Prabhu is mindful about what goes on her plate, especially when it comes to vegetables. The actress revealed that she enjoys incorporating nutrient-rich options like cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli into her diet. However, she admitted that she's not a fan of spinach or kale. The project, which will be backed by Samantha's production banner Tralala Moving Pictures, marks a significant shift in the actor's career as she moves back to Telugu-language films after focusing largely on Hindi projects in recent film is reportedly being made on a tight budget, with pre-production activities already progressing at a brisk pace.
