UFO hunters plan bizarre event to summon alien spaceships to Scotland
OUT OF THIS WORLD OUT OF THIS WORLD UFO hunters plan bizarre event to summon alien spaceships to Scotland ALIEN hunters are planning to summon spaceships to Scotland - but not how you might expect. The bonkers plan will see a team of paranormal investigators descend on the site of Scotland's most famous UFO incident later this month. And the approach involves by meditating in a field and playing sci-fi sound effects. Malcolm Robinson, of Strange Phenomena Investigations, has high hopes the plan could work after participants saw 'flashing lights' during a trial run. He said: 'We are trying to bring any off-world craft into our airspace. Advertisement "There is a desire to bring forward these objects which people claim to be UFOs or UAPs. The meditation will send out a desire for open contact. 'In the background we play these special sound effects which help to enhance the mood but also the meditative process. 'It all sounds very airy-fairy, I get that, but this has been tried successfully all over the world.' The CE5 method - known as the Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind protocol - was developed by Dr Steven Greer, founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. Advertisement The alien enthusiasts will attempt to communicate using telepathy and guided meditations which followers believe will help guide UFOs to the spot at at Dechmont Woods, near Livingston, later this month. The site is famous for a 1979 incident during which forestry worker Bob Taylor reportedly had an encounter with a spacecraft. UFO Encounters: Earth's Most Active Extraterrestrial Hotspots He reputedly saw mysterious dome-shaped objects land in a clearing. According to the teetotal churchgoer, metal spikes then dropped down and attached themselves to his trousers. Advertisement He later woke in dishevelled state before going to cops. Baffled investigators were unable to establish what caused unusual marks seen on the ground. But detectives bagged up Bob's torn trousers as they probed whether he had been assaulted. The respected war hero continued to maintain he had been attacked by a 'spaceship thing' until his death aged 88 in 2007. Advertisement Mr Robinson hopes investigators will be able to attract aliens back to the site with their meditation later this month. A trial run has already taken place on the outskirts of Bonnybridge, near Falkirk, which is considered one of the world's UFO capitals. Mr Robinson said: 'Some people did see some bright flashes in the sky. They came from various parts of the sky. We don't know what that was. It could have been anything. 'But the only reason I'm not singing and dancing about it is it there may have been a natural explanation.' Advertisement We previously told how investigators have demanded a public inquiry in Scotland into the existence of UFOs. The alien enthusiasts believe any evidence of sightings should be made public and heard in front of a parliamentary committee. Bonnybridge, within the Falkirk Triangle, is said to have up to 300 UFO sightings each year. Police Scotland has also documented hundreds of reports of unidentified flying objects, aliens or extraterrestrial activity across the country.

The object appeared suddenly and moved erratically in and out of the camera's view. The clip was obtained by Dustin Slaughter, a leading UFO investigator, through a Freedom of Information (FOI) request - and was shown to the public by UFO podcaster Jeremy Corbell. It comes two years after the first still image from the video was declassified by the Pentagon. read more on UFOs FROM THE CLOUDS 'Disc-shaped' UFO 'spotted by US military' in newly released eerie footage The image was part of a classified briefing for US officials and was later released to the public. It's considered part of the ongoing investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) by the US intelligence community. Corbell said at the time: "For the first time, we are releasing a military filmed image of a UAP over an active conflict zone,' he said. 'UAP pose a significant risk to our service men and women, and this case highlights this – and is unfortunately not unique. 'Origin, capability, operator and intent have not been determined in relation to this intelligently controlled UFO over Mosul, Iraq. "At a minimum UAP pose a fundamental intelligence and combat identification problem that must be addressed.' 'Disc-shaped' UFO spotted by US military in eerie footage newly released to public - 'It has implications that are huge' Meanwhile, another declassified UFO footage showed a similar mystery metal orb soaring above the ground - leaving US officials puzzled. In 2023, A testimony was heard at Capitol Hill, Washington DC, as the Pentagon's All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office revealed the shocking clips. The videos released in the declassified cases are said to have been observed by US military drones. The footage showed a mystery "metal orb" as it hovered and flew across open airspace. The incidents were believed to have been recorded in the Middle East and South Asia. Corbell has been behind a string of high-profile leaks featuring encounters between UFOs and the US military one which was played at a landmark hearing held by Congress. He urged the Pentagon's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office to dedicate resources to 'this enduring mystery on behalf of the American and global public'. Corbell had previously directed 2018 documentary film Bob Lazar: Area 51 and the Flying Saucers. It tells the story of Lazar, who claims to be a former US government physicist who worked with tech from UFOs. It comes after a picture claiming to show a 1,000ft wide silver UFO flying over the US was released by an infamous Pentagon whistleblower. The picture was allegedly snapped by an airline pilot in 2021 while flying 21,000ft above the Four Corners Monument - spanning New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. The spooky picture shows what looks like a circular object floating above the Earth. The UAP Disclosure Fund shared the image on X, and wrote: 'Captured near Four Corners at FL20 — estimated 600 – 1,000 ft in diameter, silver-hued, disc-shaped.' 'Several speakers confirmed Department of Defense and Intelligence Community hold hundreds of similar UAP images + sensor files still classified. 'It's time for full declassification and open scientific analysis.' But sceptics were quick to challenge the discovery - claiming the photo merely showed irrigation circles that are common in desert climates.

They said the craft "displayed abrupt movement and intelligent control" as it can be seen flying to the right before suddenly changing directions. The UFO also noticeably doesn't give off any heat signatures or signs of thermal propulsion like a normal aircraft would. Between the never-before-seen shape and the bizarre movement, Corbell said the sighting "has implications that are huge," he told the Advertisement Most read in The US Sun "This is the first time in history that military filmed footage of a disc-shaped UAP, designated as such by the military, has been captured on camera and released to the public," he said. Corbell explained that it was "astonishing" that a UFO of that shape could nimbly dart through the air without emitting heat signatures. He called for Congress to respond to the video and said that military whistleblowers are ready to testify and describe what they saw. Corbell hopes that releasing this footage will encourage transparency from officials who witness UAPs. "The source is legit. We know it's real," Corbell's cohost George Knapp said in their podcast Weaponized. Advertisement "It was not supposed to be made public. But it should've been." Corbell previously told The Sun that UFOs have been kept a secret so that militaries can adapt their technology for warfare. And he released disturbing details about a "huge alien aircraft" that was caught hovering over a US military base. What is the 'Tic Tac'? THE Tic Tac UFO is a mysterious flying object that U.S. pilots and experts have claimed to have witnessed over the last few decades. The first famous sighting with footage took place off the San Diego coast in 2004, after pilots on the USS Nimitz carrier strike group detected the object. Commander David Fravor believed it to be something beyond human technology - as it possessed extreme acceleration and no visible propulsion. Then in 2015, pilots on the USS Roosevelt off the East Coast captured footage of unidentified moving objects. They also showed no means of propulsion and moved at high speeds. Speculation online has caused alien fanatics to look for more Tic Tac-shaped space paraphernalia, including a Russian military base which appeared to be a Tic Tac UFO "charging hub". The Pentagon has also acknowledged other declassified videos of encounters, but have been unable to explain them.

Why are alien visits and UFO sightings highest in America? Explosive truth revealed in new report
For decades, the United States has been at the center of the global UFO debate, with more sightings reported within its borders than anywhere else in the world. According to the National UFO Reporting Center, the country has recorded over 105,000 UFO encounters since 1947. While the recent data from 2025 shows the U.K. slightly ahead in annual sightings, the U.S. continues to dominate in long-term numbers. This overwhelming volume has puzzled both skeptics and believers — until now. A recently released report by the Pentagon-backed All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has shed light on why so many of these incidents are reported in America. The findings suggest the phenomena may have less to do with extraterrestrial activity and more with human-made disinformation. Role of the Pentagon AARO, which was set up in 2022, has been investigating Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) across various domains. The team, led by Sean Kirkpatrick, reviewed military records dating back to the 1940s and interviewed numerous current and former military officials. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Top 32 Most Beautiful Women In The World One of the key revelations was that several UFO conspiracy theories — including those related to the infamous Area 51 — were deliberately planted by the U.S. military. These deceptions, often involving altered images and false briefings, were used as a cover for secret weapons testing during the Cold War. The Wall Street Journal reported that this strategy was not centralized, making it difficult to track how widespread the disinformation actually was. Hazing and Hoaxes: The Secret of 'Yankee Blue' Part of the conspiracy involved a classified military induction prank. Newly appointed Air Force commanders were reportedly shown fake documents and images claiming the existence of a program called 'Yankee Blue,' which allegedly reverse-engineered alien spacecraft. Officers were instructed to never discuss the program again. Many believed in it for years — some never learning that it was all fabricated. The report detailed that one retired colonel, acting under official orders, gave forged UFO photos to a Nevada bar owner near Area 51 to stir public speculation. The ploy worked, creating a smokescreen that helped protect the secrecy of the F-117 Nighthawk stealth fighter jet and other advanced technologies being tested at the time. UFO Sightings: Misidentifications and Media Influence The AARO report also addressed numerous recent and historical sightings. Many of the so-called UFOs were found to be balloons, birds, drones, or reflections from Starlink satellites. In one significant case, a former Air Force captain claimed he witnessed a UFO interfering with nuclear missiles. Investigators later concluded that the event was actually part of a secret electromagnetic pulse test — a detail kept from him to preserve operational secrecy. In March 2024, AARO publicly confirmed there was no verified evidence of alien life or recovered extraterrestrial materials. The report attributed the rise in sightings to misidentified military operations and a surge in pop culture portrayals of aliens, which have influenced public perception. Despite the official stance, many within the military still claim to have witnessed unexplained aerial phenomena. Former Navy pilot Ryan Graves described an object flying between two jets, appearing as a 'dark gray or black cube inside of a clear sphere.' AARO continues to receive between 50 and 100 new sighting reports each month, and while most are now swiftly explained, a few remain unresolved. The Department of Defense has committed to releasing a second volume of its historical findings, which is expected to further address misleading briefings, inauthentic materials, and reports of deliberate pranks.

To conceal secret projects, US military has misled officers on UFOs: Report
For decades, the US military misled the public and even its own officers with myths of alien UFOs to hide the truth about top-secret military programmes, such as the development of stealth fighters, according to an investigation. read more In what makes separating facts from fiction difficult, it has now emerged that the US military misled the public and even its own personnel about unidentified flying objects (UFOs) for decades. The revelation has come at a time when the issue of UFOs, now formally called unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), has generated great interest in recent years, including of lawmakers who have held hearings on the subjects. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) of the US Department of Defense (DoD) has found that the US military misled the public and its own personnel, including officers, with myths of UFOs to hide actual top-secret projects, according to Wall Street Journal. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD In recent years, several stories about UFOs have gained widespread attention, such as stories about Area 51 military base, the story of orb-like UFOs that US military pilots have spotted, and mysterious sightings around military bases. The issue has also become politicised as far-right Republicans have accused the purported 'deep state' of hiding UFO-related truth from public and even the government. Aliens? No, just government disinformation! The truth, it has emerged, has been much banal. The Journal has reported that many popular stories about UFOs, that grew into a whole lore over decades, were planted by the US military to keep top-secret military programmes under wraps. For example, in 1980s, a US Air Force colonel gave photos of what were dubbed as flying saucers to a pub-owner near the Area 51 base who then put those up in the pub. That led to the development of the lore about alien UFOs at Area 51. In reality, the doctored photographs were intentionally planted to create the myth of alien UFOs to hide the fact that the US government was developing top-secret fighter planes Area 51. The alien UFO lore meant that whenever someone saw a strange aircraft in the area, it was believed to be an alien aircraft and dismissed as a rumour. In reality, those alien UFOs were stealth fighters under development! The report said that a host of soldiers and officers were told that they were part of projects involving aliens and were made to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). This meant that even many people within the government thought they were working in alien-related programmes when they were not! On another occasion, the US government conducted a secret test involving electromagnetic pulse to test the security of one of its nuclear missile installations. But the senior leadership never told personnel stationed at the base about the test. This meant that personnel stationed at the base came under the false impression that their base came under an alien attack. Their impression and distrust of the government has lasted to this day.
