Kanye West Reportedly 'Under Huge Financial Pressure' As Insiders Claim 'Crisis Is Worse' Than Suspected
Kanye West is reportedly facing a financial "crisis" as his star power continues to take a hit amid his various scandals. Following his controversial support for Hitler, the "Donda" rapper, who has been banned from performing in major European cities, as well as other locations across the UK and the US, is now said to be scrambling for shows to perform. Kanye West also reportedly lost a staggering $3 million overnight, yet pays his wife, Bianca Censori, "hundreds of thousands" of dollars to make her controversial stunts in public with barely-there clothes. West is reportedly experiencing a crisis in his career following his controversial social media remarks and vocal support for fascism, as a new report claims he is "under huge financial pressure' The "Vultures 1" rapper is scheduled to perform at the Rubicon festival in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, next week. With a 26,000-capacity venue, he likely wouldn't have considered such a gig in the past. However, West seems not to have a choice as he has been told to "stay away" from Germany, France, the U.K., Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, and Australia due to his pro-Nazi views. Reports suggest both Wembley Stadium and the London Stadium in the UK blacklisted him even before he released his "Heil Hitler" song in May, leaving him to scramble for bookings around the globe. "He's getting his team to phone around desperately asking for gigs, and he is said to be asking for $7 million a night. No one will touch him with a barge pole," a source told the Daily Mail. "Wembley and London Stadium both said: 'No chance, we don't need the protests,' and that was before the single came out.'" The source added, "It's the same story everywhere they have asked. He is banned pretty much everywhere in Europe – either the venues won't touch him or he isn't able to travel there as he cannot get a visa." It remains to be seen how the rapper will benefit from his current business ventures amid his career trajectory. According to the news outlet, his Slovakian show comes with a capacity of 26,000 fans, but even if seats sell for $200, it's very hard to see how the gig can pay the outrageous $7 million appearance fee he's asking for. Music industry insiders said that "the economics make no sense" as the venue cannot possibly recoup its costs unless it's getting a share of the higher-value resale tickets. Things could worsen for West as more than 3,500 people have signed a petition asking the Mayor of Bratislava to bar the rapper from performing, calling it "an insult to historical memory, a glorification of wartime violence and debasement of all victims of the Nazi regime." The petition, which is endorsed by representatives from organizations such as Peace for Ukraine and Cities for Democracy, accuses West of "repeatedly and openly adhering to symbols and an ideology connected with the darkest period of modern global history." The rapper was further described as "one of the world's most famous antisemites" and says it is "unacceptable that Bratislava should be the only city in Europe" to host a performance by West. It stressed that he be allowed to perform, it could attract "radical and extremist groups from Slovakia and abroad." Despite his financial issues, West reportedly still pays his wife, Bianca Censori, "hundreds of thousands" of dollars to put on her controversial outfits, which he often chooses. The couple is known to be quite carefree when it comes to spending, as they rarely stay in the country, often residing in five-star hotels together and apart, despite having a home in Beverly Hills. According to the Daily Mail, insiders claim that West lost more than $3 million overnight in May as his other sources of income closed one after another. The "Carnival" rapper has since seen his billionaire net worth fall to a $400 million evaluation by Forbes following his controversial antisemitic rants in 2022. At the time, West's Yeezy brand lost its lucrative clothing deal with Adidas, as brands like Balenciaga, The Gap, and Spotify also severed ties with him. A source told the news outlet that West is still living like a billionaire, but the money has stopped coming in, adding that he was "badly hurt by the end of the Adidas deal." It's hard to see a silver lining in the situation as the father-of-four is not only losing out on money but also his relationships. West and his publicist, Milo Yiannopoulos, have since gone their separate ways, which has now been followed by his long-time manager, John Monopoly, who has dropped the rapper. Amid reports that he and Censori went through a divorce scare, West also faces several potentially costly lawsuits from former employees bordering on sexual harassment, as well as claims of unfair treatment. He might also never get the chance to fly to Australia to see his wife's family again, as the country's Home Affairs Minister, Tony Burke, announced last week that the rapper is now banned from Australia due to his controversial views.

King Combs & Ye Ye FKA Kanye West Drop ‘Never Stop' Project
King Combs, the son of mogul and entertainer Sean 'Diddy' Combs, has been supportive of his father throughout the elder Combs' sex trafficking and racketeering trial. King Combs joined forces with Ye Ye, formerly Ye and Kanye West, for a quick project titled Never Stop , featuring a verse from Ye's daughter, North West. King Combs, 27, has previously released a mixtape and a pair of EPs, with Never Stop being his first collaborative effort. With Ye, who has publicly supported Diddy as well during his ordeal, on the production, Combs uses Never Stop as a vehicle to address the legal woes of his fathers and calling out critics who have had plenty to say in the wake of Diddy's arrest and time in court. North West, who previously appeared on her father's Vultures 1 and Vultures 2 projects with Ty Dolla $ign, shows up on the Never Stop 's opening track 'LONELY ROADS' featuring JAAS. Ye Claims Playboi Carti Came To His Hotel Armed With A Gun
Over the weekend, Ye decided to venture into the world of Twitch streaming and brought his random and unprovoked revelations from X. The 47-year-old rapper claimed Playboi Carti pulled up to one of his hotels while armed with a gun. It's unclear when this alleged visit took place, but the artist formerly known as Kanye West sounded very convinced when he briefly explained the story. 'I gotta tell you another thing that Carti said telling me on the phone, ni**a,' he said to the camera during his stream. 'This ni**a told me he was at the Chateau with a gun, ni**a. What that mean, ni**a? And then ni**a said he don't be on the internet. It's like, if you don't be on the internet, what we talking about then? I ain't say nothing then.' Seemingly, the Vultures artist was referring to the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, Calif. In his March interview with DJ Akademiks, they spoke on camera while at the luxury hotel. As for Ye's interaction with Carti, he wasn't able to say much else because Twitch allegedly banned him after he streamed for just seven minutes. Ye and Playboi Carti, once close collaborators, have had a complicated last few months. The multi-time Grammy winner expressed his frustrations with the Atlanta rapper when he included three Kendrick Lamar features on his March album Music, but left off all the songs on which Ye was featured. 'I DONT LIKE KENDRICK LAMARS MUSIC HE RAPS VERY GOOD BUT I DIDNT NEED TO HEAR HIM ON CARTI ALBUM,' the controversial artist wrote on X. West also took issue with the fact that Kim Kardashian did not want their daughter North on a song with him, Diddy, and others, but seemingly gave Carti the green light to work with her. His rants got to a point where the 'Evil J0rdan' artist actually tweeted, telling his former mentor to 'STFU.' This is a sharp turn from their success together through the years. In 2021, Carti appeared on the standout Donda track 'Off The Grid.' Last year, the duo created a hit together with 'Carnival' from Vultures 1, alongside Ty Dolla $ign and Rich The Kid. Ty Dolla $ign cuts ties with Kanye West, deletes Instagram posts over Antisemitic controversy
Ty Dolla $ign has publicly distanced himself from Kanye West, removing all references to the rapper from his Instagram and stating, 'I do not condone ANY form of hate speech towards ANYBODY.' The decision follows Ye's latest antisemitic outbursts and controversial actions, including selling a swastika-themed $20 T-shirt on his Yeezy website and declaring, 'I'm a N*zi ... I love Hitler.' Ty Dolla $ign, who recently collaborated with Kanye on the Vultures 1 and Vultures 2 albums, also changed his profile picture to remove promotion of their joint project. His move comes amid mounting backlash against West, whose X account was deactivated following a series of antisemitic posts. Adding to the controversy, Ye's website was taken down by Shopify after the swastika-themed merchandise sparked outrage. The Anti-Defamation League condemned Kanye's actions, stating, 'Kanye was tweeting vile antisemitism nonstop since last week. There's no excuse for this kind of behavior.' West is also facing legal trouble, as a former Jewish employee of Yeezy LLC filed a lawsuit accusing him of workplace antisemitism, alleging he frequently referred to himself as a 'N*zi' and sent messages such as, 'Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler.' While Ty Dolla $ign previously hinted at another joint project with Ye, its release is now uncertain. Other celebrities, including Charlie Puth, Lyor Cohen, and Friends star David Schwimmer, have also condemned West's antisemitic tirade.

Kanye West exits X, credits Elon Musk with ‘allowing me to vent' via venomous rants
Ye, after a weekend of spewing more antisemitic and hateful comments on X, offered a message of praise for the app's owner, Elon Musk. 'I appreciate Elon for allowing me to vent,' the controversial rapper formerly known as Kanye West tweeted Sunday evening, according to KTLA. 'It has been very cathartic to use the world as a sounding board.' Ye gave kudos to Musk as he announced he would be going dark on X. The 'Vultures 1' rapper, 47, seemingly deactivated his account days after using Musk's platform to declare himself a Nazi and express renewed praise for Adolf Hitler. In addition to the antisemitic posts, Ye called for the release of jailed music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs and declared his 'dominion' over wife Bianca Censori. The 'Heartless' musician has a long history of making provocative and harmful statements and in recent years faced scrutiny for his comments about the Jewish community — a number of which he published on X. In 2022, Ye had threatened on X that he would go 'death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE,' prompting suspensions from both that platform and Instagram. His comments also prompted multiple clothing companies and management firms to cut ties with Ye. But both X and Instagram eventually reinstated the Grammy winner's account and he continued to double down. In December 2023, Ye apologized for another round of antisemitic 'outbursts' and said he would commit himself to 'learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future.' During Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, Ye aired a cryptic commercial directing viewers to a link for his Yeezy clothing line. The website touts only one item: a $20 white T-shirt bearing a black swastika. Before Ye credited Musk's platform for hosting his venomous posts, the X owner on Sunday tweeted that the rapper had been posting illicit content. Musk, also head of the Department of Government Efficiency, apparently found time between gutting various government agencies over the weekend to chime in on Ye's internet activity. Musk also flirted with Nazi imagery earlier this year when he extended multiple salutes with his right arm during an inauguration event for President Trump. 'Given what he has posted, his account is now classified as NSFW,' Musk replied to an X user who alleged Ye had posted pornography. 'You should not be seeing that anymore.' Only time will tell. Times assistant editor Christie D'Zurilla contributed to this report.
