Titans' uniforms named one of the worst in the NFL
The Tennessee Titans are in the process of totally changing everything about the organization. Not only will they have a new quarterback on the field, but they are also preparing a brand new stadium across the street. While fans will have to wait one more season before the new Nissan Stadium is unveiled, it's the rumor of an overhaul of their uniforms that appears to have people excited. Unfortunately, no timeline is available for when this will happen, and this is not good news for some NFL fans who voted the Titans as having one of the worst uniform combinations in the NFL. These results, released by Zach Cohen of Fanduel Video, show the Titans coming in at No. 31, with only the Washington Commanders behind them. Now, this is just one small poll with 585 voters, but it may be one of the reasons the organization has announced changes to their uniforms in 2025, ahead of the release of their new uniforms. Earlier in the offseason, the organization announced that it was embracing its history and using light, 'Titan Blue' as the color of its primary home jersey. "We're talking to fans and we're listening, and there's a clear appetite to have the Titans, their team, represented on the field in this noticeable color that has been with this team from 1960 in Houston, into Memphis, at Vanderbilt and as we've played at Nissan Stadium," Titans President and CEO Burke Nihill said in a statement. Of course, immediately after this statement, the team announced that they would not be using their Houston Oilers throwbacks in 2025. While this decision is understandable, given the team's embrace of the color scheme in 2025, it still hit hard due to the popularity of the jerseys. After that, the uniform talk went dormant until Cam Ward's introductory press conference, when organization icon, Warren Moon, surprised the young signal caller with his No. 1 jersey. Afterward, the Hall of Famer teased the new uniforms and hinted that one of the reasons for allowing Ward to unretire his jersey number was that he felt it was unlikely the Oilers jersey he made famous would ever see the field again. Moon told reporter Kay Adams at the time, 'The Tennessee Titans have new uniforms coming. A whole new set, and I've seen glimpses of them, but it's not the Houston Oilers jersey.' When exactly, no one knows, but if you were to guess, 2026, coinciding with the stadium's opening, would likely be a good guess. Unfortunately, this means making those 585 voters who dislike the uniforms wait for any significant changes.

Where did Commanders' uniforms rank in a recent fan study?
Will the Washington Commanders get new or updated uniforms in 2025? We've heard the rumors, but the team has confirmed nothing. The latest rumors suggest that the Commanders will introduce new alternate uniforms in 2025, which will resemble the franchise's old uniforms. That would be welcome news for many Washington fans who've struggled with the Commanders' name or the uniforms. While winning 12 games and reaching the NFC championship game appeased much of the fan base last season and even made new fans, the team's uniforms remain a problem. A recent fan study confirmed this disappointment. Zach Cohen of FanDuel recently revealed the non-scientific poll results ranking every NFL team's uniforms. Cohen named the five teams at the bottom of the list, beginning with No. 32 — the Commanders. Cohen has long expressed his distaste for Washington's current uniforms, which debuted in 2022. While the Commanders' name has grown on Cohen, the uniforms haven't. Cohen stated that these uniforms were proof that former owner Daniel Snyder "did nothing good." Washington's majority owner, Josh Harris, and two of his top minority partners, Mark Ein and Mitchell Rales, grew up in the Washington area as fans of the Redskins. These owners have nothing but fond memories of the franchise's glory years and those uniforms. While the name isn't changing again, at least anytime soon, it does appear more likely that the Commanders will go with a different look. Notably, Jayden Daniels' No. 5 jersey was one of the top-selling NFL jerseys in 2024. You can almost guarantee that Daniels will break more jersey-buying records once his No. 5 is available in a pre-2022 jersey. While Cohen's poll is not an official one, the results speak for themselves. Washington has consistently ranked at the bottom of these lists since the introduction of these uniforms.

Rams will reportedly get alternate helmet with new 'Rivalries' uniform this year
Rams will reportedly get alternate helmet with new 'Rivalries' uniform this year Since unveiling their redesigned uniforms in 2020, the Los Angeles Rams have worn the same helmet design in every game. That could change this year, though. The Rams are part of the NFL's new 'Rivalries' program, which will give the eight teams in the AFC East and NFC West alternate uniforms for select divisional games. The exact details of this program haven't yet been revealed and it's unclear when the uniforms will be unveiled, but one report confirms this won't just be jerseys and pants. According to Zach Cohen of FanDuel, teams participating in the 'Rivalries' program will be getting alternate helmets. Riddell, which makes helmets for NFL players, also hinted at alternate designs after the program was announced in April. There are a number of different directions the Rams could go with their alternate uniform and helmet, from black, blue and yellow to navy and white. We'll just have to wait and see what Nike and the NFL decide. The "Rivalries" uniforms are said to be similar to MLB and the NBA's "City" uniforms, which pay homage to the local communities of each team. They will be worn for one single home game against a division rival and may not be unveiled until the fall. Each rivalry game will be announced at a later date after the schedule is revealed on May 14.
