Hodeida – Saba: Al-Durayhimi Brigade, in coordination with local authorities and the General Mobilization Unit, on Monday organized a cultural evening in the historic city of Mandhar in al-Hawak district to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah. Deputy Governor for Services Affairs Mohammed Halisi underscored the anniversary's importance as a faith-based milestone that enhances awareness of the authentic Muhammadan approach and renews loyalty to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali. Abdulrahman al-Warfi, head of the Guidance Sector, emphasized al-Wilayah as a practical extension of justice and truth. Local council member Muhammad al-Alamani noted that holding the event in Mandhar reflects the community's adherence to religious identity. Sheikh Ali Udhabi, Vice Chairman of Dar Al-Ulum Al-Shari'ah University, affirmed that al-Wilayah serves as a safety valve for the nation, with Imam Ali's path being the sole way to establish truth and combat injustice. Hajjah – Saba: Hajjah Women's Committee organized on Saturday celebrations in 10 squares to commemorate al-Wilayah Day of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and express solidarity with Gaza.
