Infrared sauna, prescription lash serum and a 'non-surgical brow lift': Inside Bec Judd's wild morning routine

AFL WAG Rebecca Judd has given fans an insight into her intense morning beauty routine. The 42-year-old revealed her very lengthy morning ritual on her Vain-ish podcast alongside her best friend Jess Roberts. During the first episode of her podcast, Rebecca explained she had fake tan on and was wearing false lashes. 'I have got hair extensions sewn in, I used a prescription lash serum this morning to make my eyelashes grow better and I've got a fresh set of shellac gel nails,' she said. The mother-of-four also revealed she had Invisalign trays which she removed and replaced with a 15-minute teeth whitening session. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. She continued: 'I also did infrared sauna this morning and I'm drinking my anti-aging supplement after I had a breakfast of a superfood porridge with my glutamate and collagen supplement smoothie.' Rebecca also admitted she 'plucked out every single visible grey hair' before using a retinol, hyaluronic HB five and vitamin C serum. 'I stuck my silicone nipple pads on, I overdrew my lips, I contoured my face and pulled my hair back into a really tight pony to give myself a non-surgical brow lift before I waltzed into this studio,' she explained. Later in the episode, Rebecca opened up about her personal journey with cosmetic surgeries and enhancements, admitting to trying the Kim Kardashian-approved salmon sperm facial. 'So I've had this treatment twice with my injector Claire McGuinness for, you know, thinning skin around the eyes,' she revealed. Bec added that it was a 'next generation' cosmetic enhancement, coining it as a 'biostimulatory injectable'. It comes after Rebecca told Stellar magazine on Sunday, she wants to be 'completely transparent' as she discusses beauty in her new podcast. 'I'm 42, and I don't have a line on my face. I'm telling you it's not because I get eight hours' sleep a night, all right?' she confessed. She went on to say that 2025 is the year we 'stop gaslighting' women by lying about the procedures we've had done. 'You get to a certain age where it's like, come on, let's be a bit more honest. This is the year where we stop bullsh***ing everyone and we fess up,' she added. Rebecca said 'everyone should be a little honest and have better conversations around beauty, aesthetics and wellness.' However, the WAG said many hide things because they get 'shamed for speaking out'. For years, the Jaggad founder has denied having any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures done, instead pointing to healthy living and expensive skincare as her saving grace. However, more recently Bec has been incrementally dropping more hints about the non-invasive procedures she uses to maintain her age-defying visage. In June, Bec paid a visit to aesthetic nurse and former clinical specialist Claire, who offers a 'conservative approach to facial rejuvenation' using radio frequency microneedling, LED therapies, and injectables. 'Give me Kris Jenner's neck without the surgery,' Bec captioned a snapshot of her neck after what appears to be an 'Exion' treatment. The media personality showed off three rows of distinct red and swollen bumps peppered across her neck after her appointment. Exion, a type of radio frequency microneedling, creates controlled micro-injuries and applies heat to the skin, which can cause temporary redness, swelling, and bumps as the skin responds and repairs itself.

Mum explains the exact cosmetic work she's had to look ‘snatched' but people are astonished after clocking her REAL age

A MUM has left people stunned after revealing the full extent of cosmetic work she's had done - while also sharing her real age. Jess Bloom, a 34-year-old nutrition coach and TikTok creator, has been open about her beauty routine, detailing everything she's done to achieve her ' snatched' look. She shared a video on her TikTok page ' jessbloom_ ' and revealed to her 18.1k followers 'everything' she has had done to her face. Starting with the basics, she explains how she's been maintaining HD brows every five to six weeks for years, describing them as a staple part of her routine. She explains that having a fresh set of HD brows makes her feel very 'snatched' in the morning. Jess also swears by her Korean lash lift, which she recently documented on TikTok. As a busy mum, it's her go-to for cutting down on time in the mornings. She explained that she can't be 'bothered' to wear eye makeup, which is why having a lash lift really works for her. Instead, she'll just throw on a bit of tinted moisturiser and blush then she is 'ready to go.' When it comes to skincare, Jess opts for a natural approach, combining red light therapy with good nutrition. She admits she avoids regular facials, saying, 'I'm just a little bit too scared because I'm like, don't fix what's not broken, you know?' Her journey with injectables, however, has been a long one. I'm 30 & have had 4 BBL's - trolls say my bum looks like a wisdom tooth but I don't care about the risks, I want curves Jess first had lip filler back in 2014 at the age of 24, and has had it topped up every couple of years since. But pregnancy brought unexpected challenges. 'My lips just blew up - they were horrific,' she shares. Unable to dissolve the filler while breastfeeding, Jess admits the situation affected her self-esteem and even pushed her to stop breastfeeding earlier than planned. One of my regrets for my wedding was getting Botox six weeks before because I didn't like what it did to my face Jess Bloom Determined to feel her best for her wedding, she documented her journey of dissolving and refilling her lips on TikTok, eventually finding a look she's happier with. As for Botox, Jess has tried it but doesn't plan to continue. She explained that she had it in three areas - forehead, crow's feet, and frown - but 'didn't really like it' on herself. ' One of my regrets for my wedding was getting Botox six weeks before because I didn't like what it did to my face,' she says. Mixed opinions Her video gained 189.8k views and 811 comments after one day of the video being shared. Many rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts - along with some people who 'unfairly' trolled her. One wrote: 'I'm convinced Botox and filler is making people look older. ' A second commented: 'You look so much older than me, I'm the same age.' While another added: 'You look great. 'You're obviously naturally pretty and have great skin and hair but I have to agree with those saying you look older than 34. 'Not sure what it is but I would place you closer to 40.' However, she also received support from others. One wrote: 'Your skin is stunning. I must try a lash lift. I used to get extensions but couldn't be bothered now.' A second addressed some of the negative comments she had received by adding: 'You look gorgeous. 33 here and swear by a lash lift! 2 "Pregnancy was such a hard time for me self esteem wise too. 'Don't feel bad about stopping breastfeeding - happy mum, happy baby! 'Ps. negative comments are from jealous, miserable souls - hope you're taking zero notice.' A third said: 'These comments are wild. Your skin is INSANE! As if you don't even have Botox!!! 'Wouldn't believe it until you moved your forehead. You look unreal girl! 'I'm 35 and can confirm you absolutely look younger and nothing like these horrible, jealous comments are saying. 'Maybe we should send them all the products you use so they don't need to feel jealous and feel better about themselves.' Dani Dyer: ‘I just never really cared about my face'

For years, Dani Dyer, the daughter of renowned actor Danny Dyer, didn't think much about skincare, frequently wiping off her make-up with 'any old face wipe'. 'I think for me, when you're younger, you don't really know anything about skincare routines,' she says. 'I mean, I loved a face wipe – I was guilty of that. Advertisement 'I just never really cared about my face.' Dani Dyer said she used to 'never really care' about her face (Adam Davy/PA) But things changed when she developed melasma – a skin condition that causes patches of pigmentation – after a summer abroad and becoming pregnant. 'It literally went from like nothing to just a massive flare-up,' she recalls. 'Honestly, I hadn't really heard about pigmentation.' It was only after a dermatologist confirmed what a friend had already suggested that Dyer, 28, started to take skincare more seriously. She found implementing a routine, balancing her hormones and sticking to simple skincare has helped manage it. View this post on Instagram A post shared by ♡ Dani Dyer ♡ (@danidyerxx) Her routine includes a mix of products she's come to trust. 'Eucerin's cleansers are amazing – their serums, the eye cream, their SPFs,' she says, 'it's made a real difference.' Now, in the lead-up to her wedding to West Ham and England footballer Jarrod Bowen, Dyer isn't taking any risks. 'I've been having facials. I've had dermaplaning – I've tried the polynucleotides injectable treatment but oh, it's done nothing,' she laughs. 'But I'm not changing anything when it comes to my skin […] I'm just using what I like to use.' Advertisement As a mum of three, Dyer doesn't have time for lengthy routines in the morning. 'It's go, go, go. I literally just put a day cream on and have a coffee,' she says. Evenings, though, are her time. 'My night time consists of a half-hour routine, sometimes a bit longer. I love the end of the day, I cleanse then serum, eye cream, night cream – then I just oil everything and lay in bed. That's my favourite time of day.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by ♡ Dani Dyer ♡ (@danidyerxx) Since finding fame on reality show Love Island in 2018, Dyer has come to appreciate the benefits of wearing less make-up and letting her skin breathe. 'Everyone went through that phase of piling it all on and thinking more was better. But actually, now I know that less is more,' she says. 'Your skin just feels so much better.' However, one thing she wishes she'd known sooner was the importance of SPF. 'I never thought you had to SPF – ever! Advertisement 'I used to just lay in the sun and just turn my face and my body without anything on,' she says. 'But it's just about adding one more product into your routine and it's so important.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by ♡ Dani Dyer ♡ (@danidyerxx) Finding products that feel easy to use has helped her stick with it. 'I think I should have just done my research a bit more, rather than using any old brand,' she says. Dyer champions knowledge when it comes to skincare following her melasma diagnosis, noting, 'If you're going through a breakout or suffering with hyperpigmentation go and see a skincare professional, because sometimes the things on the shelves, you think they're good and they're not.' These days, she's keen to share what she's learned, even if her younger sister doesn't always take the advice. 'You know what they're like,' she laughs, 'when you're a teenager and someone's like, do this, do that – it makes you want to do the opposite. But she's got a lot better now.' Dani Dyer's sister, Sunnie Jo (left), doesn't always listen to her skincare advice (Ian West/PA) Lifestyle Vogue Williams: 'I won't be apologetic' about doin... Read More Now, Dyer isn't aiming for perfection but consistency. 'No one's skin is ever perfect, is it? You have your good days and your bad days,' she says. 'And the more you stress about it, the worse it gets.' Advertisement Social media, she adds, is slowly catching up with reality. 'We all went through a phase where we were editing our photos and trying to show how perfect we all were, but we're not,' she says. 'It's good to show the two sides of you: Here I am day-to-day, and here I am when I've got the glam on.' As for her wedding prep, Dyer isn't overhauling her routine for fancy creams, but rather maintaining what's working. 'Now I don't really have to worry about my skin as much,' she says. 'It's nice not having to think about it too much.'
