Mum explains the exact cosmetic work she's had to look ‘snatched' but people are astonished after clocking her REAL age
Jess Bloom, a 34-year-old nutrition coach and TikTok creator, has been open about her beauty routine, detailing everything she's done to achieve her ' snatched' look.
She shared a video on her TikTok page ' jessbloom_ ' and revealed to her 18.1k followers 'everything' she has had done to her face.
Starting with the basics, she explains how she's been maintaining HD brows every five to six weeks for years, describing them as a staple part of her routine.
She explains that having a fresh set of HD brows makes her feel very 'snatched' in the morning.
Jess also swears by her Korean lash lift, which she recently documented on TikTok.
As a busy mum, it's her go-to for cutting down on time in the mornings.
She explained that she can't be 'bothered' to wear eye makeup, which is why having a lash lift really works for her.
Instead, she'll just throw on a bit of tinted moisturiser and blush then she is 'ready to go.'
When it comes to skincare, Jess opts for a natural approach, combining red light therapy with good nutrition.
She admits she avoids regular facials, saying, 'I'm just a little bit too scared because I'm like, don't fix what's not broken, you know?'
Her journey with injectables, however, has been a long one.
I'm 30 & have had 4 BBL's - trolls say my bum looks like a wisdom tooth but I don't care about the risks, I want curves
Jess first had lip filler back in 2014 at the age of 24, and has had it topped up every couple of years since.
But pregnancy brought unexpected challenges.
'My lips just blew up - they were horrific,' she shares.
Unable to dissolve the filler while breastfeeding, Jess admits the situation affected her self-esteem and even pushed her to stop breastfeeding earlier than planned.
One of my regrets for my wedding was getting Botox six weeks before because I didn't like what it did to my face
Jess Bloom
Determined to feel her best for her wedding, she documented her journey of dissolving and refilling her lips on TikTok, eventually finding a look she's happier with.
As for Botox, Jess has tried it but doesn't plan to continue.
She explained that she had it in three areas - forehead, crow's feet, and frown - but 'didn't really like it' on herself.
' One of my regrets for my wedding was getting Botox six weeks before because I didn't like what it did to my face,' she says.
Mixed opinions
Her video gained 189.8k views and 811 comments after one day of the video being shared.
Many rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts - along with some people who 'unfairly' trolled her.
One wrote: 'I'm convinced Botox and filler is making people look older. '
A second commented: 'You look so much older than me, I'm the same age.'
While another added: 'You look great.
'You're obviously naturally pretty and have great skin and hair but I have to agree with those saying you look older than 34.
'Not sure what it is but I would place you closer to 40.'
However, she also received support from others.
One wrote: 'Your skin is stunning. I must try a lash lift. I used to get extensions but couldn't be bothered now.'
A second addressed some of the negative comments she had received by adding: 'You look gorgeous. 33 here and swear by a lash lift!

"Pregnancy was such a hard time for me self esteem wise too.
'Don't feel bad about stopping breastfeeding - happy mum, happy baby!
'Ps. negative comments are from jealous, miserable souls - hope you're taking zero notice.'
A third said: 'These comments are wild. Your skin is INSANE! As if you don't even have Botox!!!
'Wouldn't believe it until you moved your forehead. You look unreal girl!
'I'm 35 and can confirm you absolutely look younger and nothing like these horrible, jealous comments are saying.
'Maybe we should send them all the products you use so they don't need to feel jealous and feel better about themselves.'

Tomorrowland organisers issue statement on festival's future after fire
A massive fire on Wednesday (16 July) destroyed the main stage of the Tomorrowland music festival in Boom, Belgium, just two days before the event was set to begin. The spectacular main stage, which took two years to construct, was engulfed in flames, with black smoke spreading to nearby woodland, prompting residents to close windows and doors. Despite the significant damage, festival spokesperson Debby Wilmsen confirmed the event will proceed as planned from Friday (18 July), albeit without the main stage. Wilmsen emphasised that safety remains the top priority, stating organisers will comply with authorities' instructions if the site is deemed unsafe for the tens of thousands of expected visitors. No members of the public were present during the fire, but approximately 1,000 staff were on site, and there were no reported injuries.

Yet her path to true love in the real world and on-off relationship with boyfriend Cowslick hasn't been smooth either. Just weeks after calling time on their love - due to his reluctance to propose - it seems things are back on. It comes despite the fact she admitted he had "hurt" her and a "more relaxed" girl would suit him better. In a teaser for the next episode of her podcast Sisters In The City with sister Mandi Vakili, aired on TikTok, Mandi teased "the tea" Anna had dropped. Anna then said: "Cowslick is back," seemingly confirming their romance. Mandi admitted: "A lot of madness has happened and the tea has been spilled." Yet fans appeared less than impressed about the reunion. One took to the comments section to post: "I don't wanna hear about it respectfully." One fan urged her to get over him as another put: "Ffs the way she says it with a big smile." Love Island star SPLITS from boyfriend just months after getting back together A third confessed: "I screamed nooo when i was listening to the ep again." One bluntly put: "If this is true, embarrassing." Another mused: "She will never learn." BREAK UP NEWS In March, Anna told the same podcast of her split with Cowslick. 'Yeah basically me and Cowslick have broken up,' Anna said at the time, causing her sister to burst out laughing. 'Why you laughing?' Anna questionned, and her sister responded: 'It's like an announcement. I feel like there's a press conference.' Anna said it felt like 'deja-vu,' and said she felt 'so sad that it'd come to this.' Anna got candid on the podcast and said she wouldn't sit there and slate her ex Cowslick, but confessed he had 'hurt her.' 'I don't think he's a bad person, I just don't think I'm the right girl for him,' she added. Continuing: 'A girl that is more easygoing would suit him.' NEXT STEPS Anna recently posted a photo in a hospital gown, and revealed she'd completed her first round of egg freezing. The star told fans: 'My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! I was never really that maternal so I went along life not thinking about it. 'Only in the last year it really hit me that I should consider taking some measures to ease some of the pressure that so many women go through when it comes to our fertility clock.' Anna has also opened up on her relationship on the Not My Bagg podcast, while chatting to host Joe Baggs. She said her partner had refused to propose, despite her wanting him to, and explained: 'Some people expect an engagement in about a year or two. 'I left mine because of that. That's the reason why we broke up, it actually went viral on TikTok. "I said 'I'm ready now, what's going on?' I actually mentioned it a year ago as well. I'm not going to wait that long, it's been three and a half years." She reinforced her view when she revealed she had dropped out of the last series of All Stars Love Island at the last minute. She explained that even though she went through the whole process to appear on the ITV2 show - including multiple meetings and STD and drug testing - it wasn't for her again. Looking for serious love, she told fans that she decided against it saying "the kind of man I want to settle down with wouldn't really want a woman that's going on Love Island." 7 She told how the pair had had differences of opinion about when he should propose Credit: Instagram 7 She recently began freezing her eggs Credit: Tiktok
