Car Deal of the Day: best-selling Ford Puma ST-Line for only £190 per month
Great-handling small SUV Sportier look courtesy of ST-Line trim Only £190 per month The Ford Puma has been the UK's best-selling car since 2023, and there are no signs the recently refreshed small SUV will relinquish that title, because more than 26,000 examples have left showrooms in the past six months alone. It's easy to understand why, though, especially when the sporty-looking version is available from just £190 per month. This three-year lease deal for the Ford Puma ST-Line is being offered by Lease Car UK through the Auto Express Find A Car service. It requires a fairly reasonable initial payment of £2,639, followed by monthly payments of £190, and includes a standard annual mileage allowance of 5,000 miles per year. Advertisement - Article continues below Of course, plenty of people cover more miles than that in a year, but increasing the annual limit to 10,000 miles costs only £22 extra each month. Even with the allowance pushed all the way up to 12,000 miles, the same Puma ST-Line is available from £233 per month. Inside, the Puma features a 12.8-inch instrument panel, and a massive 12-inch central touchscreen that's running Ford's latest infotainment system, but also comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. There's enough space for adults in the back, plus a 456-litre boot for all your stuff, including a 68-litre 'Megabox' beneath the boot floor that can be rinsed out, which is handy if you've got muddy walking boots. In ST-Line specification, the Puma comes with a bodykit and sports suspension, 17-inch rims, those large dual displays, LED headlights, reversing camera, keyless entry and start, cruise control and various safety systems. Meanwhile, under the bonnet is a 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine that uses 48-volt mild-hybrid technology, and is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. The 123bhp and 170Nm of torque are good for 0-62mph in 9.6 seconds, while Ford claims the powertrain can return up to 52.3mpg. Car Deal of the Day: Astra la vista baby! Vauxhall's stalwart hatch is only £183 per month
Sweet-driving family hatch Just £183 per month Low fuel and insurance costs It can feel like SUVs are monopolising all the attention of car manufacturers and buyers just now, but there's still an important role for the traditional family hatchback to play, as evidenced by the latest Vauxhall Astra. A bona fide household name, the Astra has probably never been better than in its current eighth-generation form. With the ranks of direct competitors thinning and its arch rival, the Ford Focus, about to depart the scene, the Astra looks like a compelling option. Even more so when Carwow Leasey is offering a GS model for £183 per month on the Auto Express Find a Car service. Advertisement - Article continues below This two-year lease deal requires a £2,492 initial outlay and then 24 payments of £183 per month. The annual limit is set at 5,000 miles, so higher mileage drivers will probably want to extend that, and 8,000 miles will be an extra £21 per month. The deal is for an Astra five-door hatch with the 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that props up the range. The 128bhp unit has plenty of performance for the kind of use cases this family car is likely to encounter with a 9.7-second 0-62mph time and a 130mph top speed. Better is the 50.4mpg official combined fuel economy figure and group 19 insurance, which should also help to keep costs under control. Skip advert Advertisement - Article continues below GS trim gets you 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with high beam assist, sports seats, keyless entry, keyless start, dual-zone climate control and Vauxhall's Pure Panel Pro 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. There's also a wireless charging pad for your phone and parking assist with a 180-degree camera. The Astra is a sharp-looking hatch with the brand's latest angular design treatment very much in evidence. It also drives sweetly, responding to steering inputs and remaining composed through direction changes – the lower-riding hatchback configuration helps here, compared to taller SUVs of the same size. Rear legroom could be better, so that's something to look out for if you plan on carrying adults, but the boot is a generous 422 litres. The cabin isn't as flashy as some of the alternatives in terms of the design and the materials used but it's neatly laid out, there are physical buttons to support the touchscreen and storage space is pretty good. Get a regal Buick for a pittance The Buick Envista compact crossover debuted in 2022. Not only has it earned a spot among the best-selling Buick models, but it has also had the most growth in the early part of 2025. Competing with the likes of the Hyundai Kona, Kia Seltos, Mazda CX-30, and the Chevy Trax (with whom the Envista shares a platform and powertrain), the Envista looks fancier than all of them thanks to a premium front fascia and an elegantly sloping roofline. The 2025 Buick Envista ($24,600) has a low asking price but high-end looks inside and out. While it doesn't have all-wheel drive, even as an option, its smooth ride and roomy cabin equate to a pleasant driving experience that punches above its weight. This month, Buick is offering the Envista FWD Preferred with an attractive lease deal. 0:03 / 0:09 2025 Honda Accord: 4 reasons to love it, 2 reasons to think twice Watch More 2025 Buick Envista lease offers for July Source: Buick This month's lease deal on the 2025 Buick Envista FWD Preferred is hard to pass up. Regardless of trim, the Buick Envista looks and feels like a near-luxury crossover. It has room for five, a great driving position, and provides one of the best values in the auto industry. The FWD Preferred is the base model, but it still comes with a slew of great standard features, including 17' bright silver aluminum wheels, automatic LED headlights, LED taillights, IntelliBeam automatic high beam control, and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. All trims also come standard with Buick Driver Confidence, which includes Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Following Distance Indicator, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. The minimalist dashboard design is clean and modern. While it might not be the quickest crossover in existence, it maintains excellent fuel economy (28 city/32 highway), good steering, and a comfortable ride. To make the pot even sweeter, the brand is offering one of the most affordable lease deals for July. Honda Launches Killer Civic Lease Offer for July
A great lease on a great small car The Honda Civic has long been one of the best values on the road, and now Honda is sweetening the deal. For July, the automaker is offering a surprisingly affordable lease on the refreshed 2025 Civic, making it easier than ever to put one of the country's top compact cars in your driveway. This month's offer applies to the Civic Sport, a well-equipped trim with sleek styling and Honda's signature fun-to-drive feel. With the latest round of updates for 2025, the Civic looks sharper, drives just as well, and delivers all the efficiency and tech modern buyers expect. If you've been holding out for a compelling lease on a sensible, stylish sedan, this might be the time to pounce. 2025 Honda Civic lease deal for July For July 2025, Honda is offering a 36-month lease on the Civic Sport for $289 per month with $3,899 due at signing. That's a competitive offer in today's market, especially for a model that just received a mid-cycle refresh. Honda also continues to offer low financing rates for qualified buyers, though leasing may be the most budget-friendly path to Civic ownership right now. 2025 Honda Civic Sedan — Source: Honda The Civic Sport delivers solid value even beyond the lease deal. It comes with a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Honda Sensing safety features as standard. You also get sporty exterior touches, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and 18-inch black wheels—all of which make the Sport trim feel a step above basic commuter duty. A practical daily driver with attitude Under the hood, the Civic Sport packs a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 158 horsepower. It's not built for speed, but it's more than enough for zipping around town or tackling your morning commute. What really makes the Civic shine is its chassis—thanks to responsive steering, refined suspension tuning, and a tight turning radius, the Civic remains one of the most engaging compact cars to drive, even without turbocharging. 2025 Honda Civic — Source: Honda Fuel economy is another highlight. With EPA estimates well over 30 mpg combined, the Civic keeps fuel stops infrequent and your running costs low. That efficiency, combined with its refined interior and reputation for long-term reliability, helps explain why the Civic remains a top choice for shoppers year after year. The 2025 refresh brings subtle but effective changes inside and out. Exterior updates include a revised grille and sleeker headlights, giving the Civic a more mature look. Inside, material quality has improved slightly, and the layout remains intuitive and driver-focused. It's still roomy for a compact car, with plenty of space for passengers and cargo. Final thoughts Honda's July lease offer is the cherry on top of an already well-rounded package. At $289 a month with under $4,000 due at signing, the 2025 Civic Sport lease stands out in a segment where many competitors are priced higher despite offering less. With fresh styling, solid tech, and everyday livability, the Civic remains one of the smartest picks in its class—and this summer's deal only sweetens the case. *Disclaimer: This article is provided for informational purposes only. Sporty looks and driver-focused cabin Four-year lease deal covers 10,000 miles per year Only £292 a month The new Cupra Terramar certainly stands out from the sea of family SUVs on the market thanks to its distinctive, sporty looks. But it's also good to drive, has a roomy interior, a lengthy standard kit list and can be yours for less than £300 per month with this deal we found via the Auto Express Find A Car service. Advertisement - Article continues below Carwow Leasey, through Auto Express, is currently offering the Cupra Terramar on a four-year lease with an annual allowance of 10,000 miles per year for only £292 per month – much less than we'd expect for a newly launched mid-size SUV with that mileage limit. The £3,809 initial payment is substantial, but you get more than your money's worth with this deal. Even though this is an entry-level V1 model, the Terramar still comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, a 12.9-inch touchscreen, sat-nav, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, sports seats up front, a reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control and plenty of other driver-assistance tech. An electric tailgate also comes as standard, and behind it is a generous 540 litres of boot capacity, which can be expanded to 630 litres by sliding the rear bench forward. The cabin feels more driver focused than those of other family SUVs, featuring lots of Cupra's signature copper detailing, while the 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine delivers 148bhp, and is paired with a slick seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
