THIS is the terrifying moment a drunk driver smashes his SUV into a restaurant after he was kicked out for starting a brawl. The vengeful driver, 51, left dozens of people running for their lives after he sent his Lexus crashing through the wall of the luxury food spot. 9 9 9 9 Horror CCTV footage shows Miguel Angel Requejo Astochado ramming his car into terrified diners in the La Molina district of Lima in Peru. Astochado is being investigated for attempted murder, aggravated damage, and drink driving. He is said to have ploughed into the El Charrua restaurant to get revenge on the owners who had booted him out just minutes prior. Further footage from earlier in the night shows Astochado kicking off inside and starting a mass brawl with other diners. Witnesses claim Astochado, who was allegedly intoxicated, started a verbal spat with at least five men before things turned physical. Shocking video shows the man rushing over to a table and forcefully shoving a diner before throwing punches at another. Two other men soon jump in to intervene as wild scenes ensue. At one point, a diner picks up a chair above his head as he appears to be preparing to slam it on Astochado before he is stopped. The brawl soon takes over the whole restaurant as the men crash into tables before ending up in a heap on the floor. As staff come over to stop the fighting, the men get back to their feet as Astochado throws another sucker punch. At least 7 children injured as car 'deliberately' ploughs into crowd of kids leaving school in ram attack in Japan He is then again sent tumbling to the ground as another diner throws him over. After several tense moments saw further insults being hurled, Astochado is dragged out of the restaurant by multiple people. Those inside returned to their seats expecting to continue on with their meal. Moments later, a high-end SUV can be seen crashing through the wall where the men involved in the brawl were all waiting around. Astochado allegedly got in his car after being led away and performed a high-speed manoeuvre which allowed him to head directly toward the establishment. The SUV destroyed the wall and left almost half of the restaurant demolished including the tables and chairs. At least three people were hit as Astochado reversed back out through the collapsed wall. 9 9 9 A number of people were treated at the scene for minor injuries, with one person still in hospital. The suspect reportedly studied mechanical engineering and holds a master's degree in business administration and management. He was later arrested by the National Police with officers saying he showed obvious signs of intoxication. The investigation is ongoing into the horror scenes which took place late at night on Wednesday, July 2. The scenes came as harrowing footage captured a gunman opening fire during a pub brawl in the UK. Landlady Bonita Page, 55, was attempting to resolve the fight outside The Red Lion in Wath upon Dearne when she was shot in the leg. Oliver Corney, 35, received a 16 year and nine month prison sentence for using the weapon. 9 9

(Source: Aaron Nava) A driver from Southwold Township is facing impaired driving related charges after a number of people witnessed a pickup truck attempt to exit a parking lot by pushing a concrete barrier out into the street. It happened in a private lot on Carling Street this past Saturday, the unusual event posted to social media. Aaron Nava, who works nearby, arrived to the scene in the moments after the incident occurred. 'I turned the corner and there's this giant concrete block in the middle of the road with this large vehicle just driven right over top of it, with the block stuck underneath the tires. And there are these huge drag marks right across the floor,' Nava explained. If there's any positive news in this strange occurrence, it's that it was witnessed by several people, who in turn contacted police. Officers arrived within moments. 'This situation could have been made even more dangerous had she made her way into the roadway and continued on. Thanks to tips from members of the public, we were able to get there very quickly and arrest an impaired driver,' said Bough. Aaron Nava said people along the street were in shock at what they were witnessing. 'Everyone was looking. And this woman was in the middle of the street next to her vehicle just getting asked questions, and shouting back at people, and walking back and forth,' he said. While this incident happened in a private lot, the city's Manager of Parking Services and Compliance Sean Steenbergen said enforcement officers are kept on their toes in public parking situations as well. 'We see creativity across the board, but our primary focus again, community safety through voluntary compliance of the regulations, prior to any enforcement,' he said. In the meantime, the driver of the pickup truck is scheduled to appear in court August 11.

A portion of Highway 85 in southern Colorado has been closed after a deadly shooting and crash that happened overnight. According to CBS affiliate KKTV in Colorado Springs, El Paso County Sheriff's deputies received a call about a robbery around 10:45 p.m. Thursday. When deputies arrived, they said they found two people dead with apparent gunshot wounds. Deputies said they are searching for a person of interest in connection with the shootings. While investigating the shootings, deputies said a suspected drunk driver crashed into a patrol vehicle. A deputy was treated on scene for minor injuries, according to the sheriff's office. The Colorado State Patrol is investigating that crash and said drivers could expect that portion of the highway near Man Street to be closed for several hours.

Drone video shows the damage caused by an alleged drunk driver crashing into a pop-up art show on Long Island. Some artists say they lost tens of thousands of dollars' worth of merchandise. Security guards narrowly miss getting struck by driver Police officials say around 3 a.m. Sunday, a 23-year-old woman, believed to be driving under the influence, plowed her SUV through the popular Montauk Plaza, where dozens of artists had tents set up for their annual Art Show on the Green. John Papaleo, Montauk Artists Association treasurer and organizer of the event, said she almost crashed into two security guards. "[One guard] grabbed the other one, pulled her out of the way. The chair that she was sitting on wound up underneath the vehicle," he said. An alleged drunk driver crashed through six tents at the annual Montauk Art Show on the Green on June 29, 2025. Evan Reinheimer Organizers say the driver barreled through at least six tents, destroying nearly everything. "It looked like a tornado had ripped through here," Papaleo said. Police say the driver was transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries. She was charged with DWI and six counts of reckless criminal mischief. Artists lose tens of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise One of the damaged tents belonged to Jacqueline Clint, owner of Jacqueline Rene Jewelry. "It's a significant loss for me," she said. Clint estimates she lost almost $84,000 worth of jewelry. She says it's not just items that have gone to waste, but all the time she spent creating each one by hand. "The tent, the tables, the displays, all of that is so easy to replace, but I put so much love and care into every single piece of jewelry that I made," she said. He says most of his work is displayed in expensive frames or printed on metal. "It was disappointing. A little bit like the wind gets knocked out of you," he said. He even had to cancel his upcoming Fourth of July show. "The show season just started. This was only my third show," Levison said. While he says it's a major setback, he's determined to recover. The Montauk Artists Association is also remaining resilient, saying it still plans on putting on its second part of the art show scheduled for the end of August.

Five people, including two girls, were injured when an alleged drunk driver crashed into multiple cars on Belmont Street on Thursday. Witnesses explained that the girls were crossing the street with their father when they were hit. They said one of the girls was riding a bike and another was a baby in a stroller. The man, 23-year-old Justin Laclair of Manchester, allegedly hit the girl riding the bike so hard she flew over the top of the vehicle. Witnesses told WBZ-TV he then dragged the stroller with the baby still inside for at least a block. Police said that the youngest of the two children died from her injuries at a Boston hospital. The sister, who was riding a bike, is still being treated for serious injuries. Neighbors try to help girls injured in crash Manchester officials stated that an off-duty firefighter had provided critical aid to the girls, while neighbors in the area rushed to their aid. "We commend the swift actions of the off-duty firefighter and the responding Fire and EMS personnel for their professionalism and dedication in providing urgent care during this incident. Our thoughts are with the families during this difficult time," the Manchester Fire Department said. "It's traumatic for children around here, especially young children in the area," said Laura Bennett, who lives on the street. "We are all very close. We all know each other. All of our kids play together." After hitting the girls, LaClair allegedly hit another car and a telephone pole around a quarter of a mile down the road before he attempted to flee the scene.
