RCMP investigating two incidents of indecent acts in the Annapolis Valley
An RCMP vehicle is seen in this file photo. Police in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley are investigating two incidents of indecent acts. The first incident occurred in Kingston, around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Officers responded to a report of a man exposing himself on the Harvest Moon trail, between Commercial Street and Bent Road. The RCMP says officers searched the trail and spoke with people in the area, but were not able to find the man. According to police, the man is described as about 30 years old and five-foot-10. He was wearing a white tank top and black shorts. Kings District RCMP responded to a second report of a man exposing himself on Thursday just before 11 p.m. Police say the man was located alongside Highway 358, near the 960 block, in Port Williams. Officers patrolled the area but were unable to locate the man. Police say the man was between 40 and 50 years old, wearing a T-shirt, shorts, ball cap and a backpack. The RCMP doesn't believe the two incidents are related and the investigations are ongoing. Kings District RCMP is asking anyone with information regarding the incidents or the men to call 902-679-5555 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Man arrested after allegedly committing indecent acts on Lakeshore West GO trains

THE CANADIAN PRESS/Richard Buchan A 41-year-old man wanted after allegedly committing indecent acts on Lakeshore West GO trains has been arrested. Halton Regional Police said the suspect was arrested early Tuesday morning as he was getting off a train at West Harbour GO station in Hamilton. Police have been looking for him since issuing a news release last month detailing the alleged incidents. They said the first one happened on the evening of May 7 on board the Lakeshore West train heading to Hamilton. The suspect continuously masturbated over his shorts while staring at a female passenger, police allege. The second incident occurred on the evening of May 10 on board another Lakeshore West train to Aldershot GO. Police allege the same man exposed his genitals to a female passenger and masturbated in her presence. Police released a photo of the suspect on May 21. Since then, investigators said they received two additional reports involving the same suspect that occurred on May 8 and 12. 'The occurrences were similar in nature and took place on the Lakeshore West GO train in the late evening and involved female victims,' police said in a news release. The suspect has been identified as Jonathan Gordon from Hamilton. He has been charged with four counts of an indecent act. Police said they believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone with information to call 905-825-4777 ext. 2216 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.

Guelph Police investigating indecent acts downtown
Guelph police are investigating after a downtown homeowner reported a man repeatedly entering his property overnight and committing indecent acts. Officers were called to a residence near Gordon Street and Nottingham Street on Saturday morning. The homeowner showed police security footage of a man walking around the property at about 1 a.m. while masturbating. The resident also provided videos showing the same man on multiple occasions entering the property at night and pulling down his pants. Police say the suspect has been identified based on previous interactions but has not yet been located. The investigation remains ongoing.

RCMP ask for help identifying 2 men connected to indecent acts on P.E.I.'s North Shore
Police in Prince Edward Island are asking for the public's help identifying two men involved in separate incidents of indecent acts that were reported in Queens County. RCMP officers responded to the first report on June 4 inside P.E.I. National Park in Cavendish. According to a news release, a cyclist reported seeing a man committing an indecent act inside a white, family-style van parked along the Gulf Shore Parkway at around 3 p.m. The vehicle's side door was open when the incident occurred. The man in this case was described as heavier set, with a reddish-grey beard and wearing a blue shirt. North Rustico incident A week later, on June 11, a man was seen committing an indecent act near a trail behind several homes on Autumn Lane in North Rustico between noon and 12:20 p.m., police said in the release. A witness told police the man was on the back side of a neighbouring property next to the trail. The suspect is described as thin, about 172 cm tall, and wearing a blue shirt, dark hat and light blue beach shorts. Police do not believe he is the same person involved in the Cavendish incident. Queens District RCMP is asking anyone who recognizes the individuals or has information about either incident to contact them at 902-368-9300. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through P.E.I. Alleged Montreal flasher arrested, facing charges of indecent acts
David Carignan, 65, is facing charges of indecent acts committed in Montreal's Metro system. (Montreal police) A man accused of flashing people in the Metro system has been arrested, Montreal police (SPVM) confirmed on Thursday. David Carignan, 65, appeared in court on May 28 to face charges of indecent acts. 'On three separate occasions, while seated in a Metro car, the suspect, wearing shorts, allegedly masturbated and flashed his penis in front of Metro passengers,' police note.
