EXCLUSIVE Taylor Swift's restraining order against alleged stalker extended as HUNDREDS of emails sent to singer are revealed

Taylor Swift has been granted an extension of her restraining order against the ex-con alleged stalker who falsely claimed she is the mother to his child. The temporary restraining order, which was issued on June 9 by a Los Angeles judge, has been extended until July 21, can exclusively reveal. A hearing was scheduled for June 30, but was then rescheduled to July 21, hence why the temporary restraining order has been extended. On June 25, Swift filed a request to reschedule the court hearing from Monday to a new date since the docs stated that she needed 'more time to have the restrained party personally served.' The TRO was issued against alleged stalker Brian Jason Wagner, 45, from Henderson, Colorado. Swift alleged that the ex-convict keeps showing up to her house uninvited and claiming that she is the mother to his child. She also said, per past court docs, that he changed his address on his driver's license to her residence in Los Angeles. She also claimed he has allegedly harassed her for years beginning when he was incarcerated. On June 27, a massive supplemental document was filed in Los Angeles - a supplemental declaration of Alex Welch, a staff member on Swift's security team, who initially provided a declaration to help the court grant the TRO. In the document, there are hundreds of pages of emails, scenic photos and text messages to 'Taylor Swift Fan Club' from 2023 to present that were compiled by Swift's staff and personnel to be included in the supplemental material. Although the majority is redacted, Welch wrote, 'If the Court requires an unredacted version of any document in order to rule on the permanent restraining order, Ms. Swift's counsel will provide the documents for in camera review.' In one email from March 30, 2025, Wagner begged to talk to Taylor about his job. He emailed: 'I really need to talk to Taylor regarding my job. Please have her contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for everything. God Bless, Jason B Wagner.' One very long email from Wagner sent on February 26, 2025 starts off with: 'Good morning again this email is strictly for my wife Taylor Alison Swift either reproduction or use of this email is not legal it is solely for her to read only and for those who need to know.' Wagner continues: 'I don't want anybody having credit for my story I wrote them but I gave Taylor Alison Swift exclusive permission to do whatever if she's my Wifey but I don't think it's a good idea to keep me broken out on the street right now guys so I need you to step up to the plate here in My Wifey.' In another email from February 2, 2025, Wagner says that he couldn't make it to the Grammys and requested that her team pass along his email. In the supplemental document filed June 27, there are hundreds of pages of emails and scenic photos from 2023 to present from Jason Brian Wagner to Taylor's team 'Please let Taylor know that I'm proud of her and I'm watching even if it's only on television I really wanted to go I still don't give up and I realize she owes me nothing she's just been the only person that's ever been there for me throughout all of this and again I'm sorry that my phone was hacked. '...I just wanted to make sure that Taylor knows that I didn't do anything to hurt her and I'm sorry and I stand beside her I love her and I respect her and she's my hero and so are you.' Another email back in January was sent around the Golden Globes, with Wagner asking if he can go with her to the award ceremony because, 'I've been really worried about her... I'm her left hand man.' A day later, he wrote, 'So yeah been trying to save my life my son's future and my relationship in any capacity with Taylor. Also you all. So please know my phones and identity were stolen and used by them for years I've told her this. You guys are all I have and trust especially hear. So I'm at the golden globes can you all get me please or tell her I came to support her. Jason Brian Wagner number one fan.' Another email, which had the date redacted, read: 'Hi Beautiful so as you all know this all started going bad before I was held hostage as a slave and it was because my foster family found something in the is a hard copy of my story that I hand wrote and then I have the other on Facebook that's original as well as a email saved one that's original which was also sent to Vatican City...I work for the church I'm ordained I love you.' On page 396 of the supplemental document, there are photos that were sent by Wagner - one of a purple heart sticker in his hand and another of a bouquet of different colored flowers. The hundreds of emails are only a glimpse of the alleged stalking and harassing that has been going on behind the scenes. In documents filed last month, Taylor explained to the court that she was told that Wagner had been sending her lengthy communications from his time in prison as she claims that they were full of mostly fabricated stories about his involvement in her personal life. Wagner's emails included long-winded messages to Taylor and her team where he praised her for being his 'wifey' and wrote stories about his past troubles Perhaps the most alarming bit is that Taylor alleged that Wagner had used concerning and threatening language in the communications and even attempted to divert mail away from her LA residence. According to TMZ, who initially reported the restraining order filing, she claimed he 'even lied to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to somehow change the address on his driver's license to my Los Angeles home.' The megastar also claimed that Wagner had previously gone to her home at least three times in July 2024, including one supposed visit where he allegedly carried a glass bottle 'that could have been used as a weapon.' Taylor claimed that she had never met or communicated with Wagner and asked via the court order for Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, her workplace, and car. The A-lister has dealt with numerous stalkers in the past including one who sent twisted letters threatening to kill her.

Convicted killer and Cheryl stalker admits breaching restraining order

A convicted killer and stalker of Girls Aloud star Cheryl Tweedy has admitted another breach of a restraining order after turning up at the singer's home. Daniel Bannister pleaded guilty to a single charge of breaching a restraining order at Reading Magistrates' Court on Thursday, a court spokeswoman said. The spokeswoman said the charge against the 50-year-old stated that he attended an address where he 'reasonably believed or reasonably suspected' Cheryl to be residing. He was remanded into custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on September 23. A court previously heard Bannister 'can't stay away' from the singer and was jailed for 16 weeks at Wycombe Magistrates' Court in March for repeatedly turning up at her Buckinghamshire home while under a restraining order. He was initially jailed for four months in September last year where he was handed a three-year restraining order, but breached it by turning up at her home in December. During the hearing in which Bannister was jailed for 16 weeks, the court heard Cheryl 'immediately panicked' and was 'terrified' when she saw him outside her home – fearing for the safety of her eight-year-old son Bear. In 2012, Bannister killed 48-year-old Rajendra Patel in an attack at a south London YMCA shelter and pleaded guilty to manslaughter. Cheryl's former partner Liam Payne died last year in Buenos Aires, Argentina, after falling from his third-floor hotel balcony. She described the ex-One Direction star's death as 'indescribably painful' and voiced fears about protecting their son.

Emily Maitlis stalker jailed for further breaches

A man who has harassed broadcaster Emily Maitlis for more than 30 years has been jailed for breaching restraining orders. Edward Vines was found guilty of sending letters to the News Agents podcast presenter and her parents while serving at HMP Lowdham Grange in Nottinghamshire. The 55-year-old - who was representing himself but refused to attend his hearing after disengaging during his trial - was also found guilty of encouraging his brother to get in contact with the Maitlis family. Sentencing Vines to five years in prison at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday, Judge Mark Watson described his offending as "an extreme case". The court heard more than 20 letters were intercepted over 10 months, which Vines had sent in his efforts to contact Maitlis and her family. He had been interviewed twice by police, but still attempted to make contact, and also asked his brother to contact Maitlis's mother. Fergus Malone, prosecuting, said "Mr Vines demonstrates a persistent and enduring obsession, which has been never-ending, with Emily Maitlis." In a victim impact statement read to the court by the prosecution, Maitlis said she feared for the safety of herself and her family due to the actions of Vines. Her statement said her husband had once opened the door to their house to find Vines outside, and also outlined an occasion when police needed to escort her children on to their school bus. "For over 30 years I've been living with the consequences of the harassment and the unwanted attention of this individual," she said. The court heard Vines has 13 convictions for 28 previous offences, most of which relate to his contact with Maitlis, and had repeatedly breached conditions set out in restraining orders. Judge Watson said he was satisfied passing sentence in the absence of the defendant, noting an adjournment was not likely to compel him to attend court. He criticised the defendant for disregarding the conditions of the restraining order to stop trying to contact the Maitlis family, and said that when he was prevented from "airing his grievances publicly" to the jury in the trial, he "became obstructive and angry". "It is a tragedy that once again I have to deal with Edward Vines," he said. "He has shown complete contempt for this order." Describing the offending as "an extreme case", Judge Watson said handing out further custodial sentences for Vines to serve was "the only way to deter him from further offending". "I'm quite satisfied that his imprisonment is the only thing stopping him from contacting the Maitlis family directly," he said. "The overall effects of his efforts have been profound." The judge said Vines had "wasted" decades of his life in his pursuit of Maitlis, adding his obsession "has tortured him without release". "He is a very bright, articulate man," he said. "He could have been many things." Follow BBC Nottingham on Facebook, on X, or on Instagram. Send your story ideas to eastmidsnews@ or via WhatsApp on 0808 100 2210. Vile boyfriend tried to bite out fiancée's eyeball and beat her unconscious after celebrating her pregnancy

A vile boyfriend who tried to bite his pregnant fiancée's eyeball out and beat her unconscious is back behind bars. Benjamin Jones, 30, bit his partner's face, pulled her mouth apart and spat inside before headbutting her in the face whilst violently pulling her hair at their home in Attleborough, Norfolk. He tried to bite her eye out, telling her that he would disfigure her so that no one else would want her after celebrating news of her pregnancy. But fortunately his teeth missed and instead he gouged out a chunk of her eyebrow. Vile Jones is now back behind bars after trying to contact the victim, who has a 10-year restraining order against him. During his original sentencing, the court had heard details of his campaign of terror against his partner with the couple having met in in 2021, when she was 24. They had bonded over a drink and enjoyed a whirlwind romance, involving lavish holidays and expensive gifts. However, shortly after their engagement the violence escalated. The attack in which he bit her face came after the couple had celebrated the news of her pregnancy with family in the town. She had returned home earlier but when she heard him pull up in their driveway he became loud and violent. Fearful for her life, she called 999 before hiding her phone where he would not be able to find it. Jones grabbed her off the toilet, put her in the bath and ripped her engagement ring from her finger. He pulled her mouth apart and spat inside, before headbutting her in the face while violently pulling her hair. Jones then dragged her through the bedroom by her hair and began strangling her. In a statement to police she said she thought she was going to die, and when officers found her, she was unconscious and Jones had fled the scene. It took the police two days to arrest him, while she recovered in hospital. Police were told the victim had received a black eye, hand prints from slaps across her body and scarring from other assaults. They also heard that she had been thrown outside naked and made to sleep there, in freezing temperatures. Jones also put her in the back of his car in her pyjamas and told her he was going to put her in a ditch. He violently beat her before chucking her out on the side of the road. On other occasions, he slammed her foot in the door, smashed several phones, caused bruising by slapping her and pushed her downstairs. Jones, previously of Attleborough was convicted last June of two charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and another of assault by beating, all relating to his sustained abuse of his partner. He also pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 and possession of a Class A drug, cocaine, and possession of a Class B drug, cannabis and cannabis resin. Jones was held on remand before his sentencing and had served a total of 18 months in prison before he was released on license. His recall has led domestic violence groups to question whether abusers are being let out of jail too quickly. A police spokesman said: 'A 30-year-old man has been arrested and recalled to prison.' Emma Nurse, of Leeway Domestic Violence and Abuse Services, said: 'It's important that the dangers that perpetrators of domestic abuse pose is fully recognised. 'We know that they will go to extreme lengths to continue to maintain their power and control over their victim, including disregarding any restrictions that are put in place to keep victims safe. 'While we know that there are many challenges posed due to the overcrowding of prisons, the safety of victims must be the priority and we support the view of national organisations, such as Women's Aid, that perpetrators of domestic abuse must be exempt from early release. 'It's important that we send out a strong message that domestic abuse is not tolerated and that tough action will be taken against perpetrators, whilst ensuring the safety of survivors.'
