The New Summer Menu At Aster's Lemon Grove Is Absolutely Delightful
The roasted half chicken is a must-order. Lemon Grove A new season brings a fresh breeze to Lemon Grove, the rooftop restaurant perched atop The Aster Hotel in Hollywood. With the arrival of Executive Chef Daniel Pfeifer-Kotz, whose resume includes long stints at hotspots like LA's Beauty & Essex and Laurel Hardware, and Cacao in Miami under esteemed Chef Edgar Leal, the menu has undergone a sunny transformation that commands notice. Pfeifer-Kotz's summer lineup is a love letter to California: elevated yet laid-back, full of vibrant, seasonal flavors and perfectly paired with panoramic rooftop views. Highlights include a tender roasted half chicken and a Thai-inspired bright lemon Chitarra pasta with tom kha, makrut lime essence, melted leeks and cherry tomatoes. Chef Pfeifer-Kotz's summer menu features solid yet uncomplicated dishes that are elevated takes on classics like steamed mussels, cacio e pepe and short rib rigatoni. While the individual dishes aren't exactly reinventing the culinary wheel, there isn't a dud in the bunch. 'I don't believe in overcomplicating things,' he continues, "just solid cooking, done right. That means letting ingredients speak for themselves and using local produce whenever possible not just to support local farms, but because food tastes better when it's fresh and honest.' The result is a menu that shines with familiar favorites and flavorful ingredients. Dunkin' rejoins forces with Sabrina Carpenter for an all-new beverage fans are calling the 'best drink in years'
Dunkin' and Sabrina Carpenter have teamed up for the second time in six months to offer fans an all new refresher. The new beverage, Sabrina's Strawberry Daydream Refresher, is made with strawberry flavoring and oatmilk topped with cold foam, giving fans 'the nostalgic taste of strawberries and cream in a sip.' The 'Espresso' singer also enjoyed a sip of it while portraying a matchmaker from the 'Dunkin' Daydream Hotline' in a new ad. Like the limited-time Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso, positive reviews of the refresher have flooded social media. 'DUNKIN THIS IS THE BEST THING YOU EVER RELEASED IM SO HAPPY,' an X user wrote after purchasing the drink. 'Sabrina carpenter's new refresher at dunkin' is an absolute 10/10!!! absolutely delicious,' a fan insisted. 'i went to Dunkin this morning to get Sabrina's new Strawberry Refresher and when I walked in, I heard an employee shout, "SOMEONE ORDERED SABRINA'S NEW DRINK I CALL DIBS TO MAKE IT,"' another person claimed. Customers looking to try the medium-sized refresher for themselves can purchase it for $3 if they are rewards members. Carpenter's fruity drink is one of many items off Dunkin's summer menu to arrive in stores today. Dunkin' launched a few frozen coffees inspired by ice cream flavors, including its most-request fan favorite cookie dough. The other ice cream-inspired coffee flavors are mint chocolate chip and butter pecan. Customers interested in eating rather than drinking can try one of the chain's braided apple pies or star spangled donuts. While beverages and sweet treats are leading the way in Dunkin's latest summer offers, the chain also dropped a Chipotle Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap. The wrap is inspired by customer requests and made up of hash browns, eggs, cheese, and a new chipotle aioli with a choice of bacon or sausage. Besides its menu additions, Dunkin' revealed the dates of its upcoming rewards deals for the month of July.
