During the men's singles final at SW19 on Sunday, Kyrgios was on punditry duties alongside the former British tennis ace and CoCo Vandeweghe for TNT Sport. The commentators were observing the celebrity guests in Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz's boxes when Kyrgios was asked about his personal preferences for tournament spectators. The 30-year-old pointed out various celebrity attendees at Wimbledon, including record producer and singer Seal, before revealing that he's had "a couple of NBA guys" requesting an invite to his box. However, he went on to voice a special wish, as he said: "I mean I would love to have Anne Hathaway one day. She's my celebrity crush, just thought I'd put that one in there." Content cannot be displayed without consent Evans and Vandeweghe couldn't help but laugh as Kyrgios candidly expressed his admiration for the American actress. An amused Evans added: "She might be watching!" Grinning, Kyrgios replied: "I mean Anne, US Open, come on down. She's ageing like a fine wine, isn't she?" Anne Hathaway, I think she's sexy. I think, um, Catwoman. You know, she's Catwoman. If you haven't seen The Intern, you should watch The Intern. She's sexy there, too." Addressing whether any animosity existed between them, Kyrgios said: "Things happen. I wish her nothing but the best. There have been so many incredible moments that will stay with me." Article continues below Hatzi reciprocated the sentiment, as she told The Advertiser: "We haven't spoken. I hope he finds peace and happiness within himself. Ram Gopal Varma says media exaggerated Deepika Padukone vs Sandeep Vanga issue
Director-producer Ram Gopal Varma reacted to the Deepika Padukone-Sandeep Reddy Vanga row involving a debate about an eight-hour work shift in the film industry. In an interview with Hindustan Times, the popular filmmaker said the matter of having fixed working hours is strictly between the director and the actor. He also blamed the media for unnecessarily exaggerating the entire issue between Vanga and asked his stand on the entire issue, RGV said, "The whole thing (between Deepika and Sandeep) was a very exaggerated thing in my opinion. Because I can say, I want to work for 23 hours, and the actor can say I want to work only for one hour. That's their call. But how can one human being force another human being to do something? And they can agree to work or not work with each other... but that thing was just kind of blown up in the media."The 'Sarkar' director added, "When it comes to having fixed shift timings for actors, I really think that it is an agreement between two people. Each of them has a right to say what they want, and the other one has a right to refuse." Earlier this year, it was reported that Padukone left Vanga's 'Spirit' after he refused to comply with her demand to work for eight hours while simultaneously fulfilling her motherly duties. The 'Animal' director later shared a post, taking a veiled jibe at Padukone, referring to her as 'khundak me billi (an angry cat).'Padukone never commented on the issue. However, she later spoke about working with like-minded people, and those who value shared experiences and creative collaborations above everything actor has got a good lineup of films, including 'AA26xA6', 'The Intern' Hindi remake, 'Kalki 2898 AD Part II', and 'King', among others.- Ends IN THIS STORY#Deepika Padukone

72 Thoughts I Had While Rewatching Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro in The Intern
My own intern days are pretty hazy at this point—I made photocopies, I answered phones, I was so bored at one particular desk job that I learned the name of every senator in the US by heart—but it's a delight to revisit them by rewatching The Intern, one of Nancy Meyers's more underrated movies, starring Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro as an unlikely office-pal pair. Love, laughs, e-commerce, Brooklyn brownstones; this film really has it all! Below, find (literally) every thought I had while rewatching The Intern on Netflix. God, I love the soothing opening notes of a Nancy Meyers film. Robert De Niro doing tai chi? I never thought I needed to see it, but now I realize I do. Aw, he's retired and his wife is dead! Okay, can I just say that being bored during retirement is a skill issue? There is so much Real Housewives of New York to catch up on, you'd easily be occupied for at least a few years. King, at least go hang out in an independent coffee shop, not Starbucks. It's crazy that Robert has a son we just…never really hear about in this movie, apart from this one mention at the beginning. Uh-oh, 'senior internship' application! What a great way to…cheat elders out of a salary. I don't hate the idea of a cover letter video, I must say. Man, this hot older lady is absolutely addicted to Robert. A kiss on the mouth, no less! God, remember the concept of the 'company man'? Are the AboutTheFit offices supposed to look exactly like a plus a bunch of busy nerds? 'These pants are awesome if you have hips, super-slimming.' Don't…most of us have hips, in some fashion or other? Oh no, someone's having a bridesmaid-dress emergency, but it's Anne Hathaway to the rescue! She really does have the most calming energy. Biking around the office? In a skirt and tights, no less? I would crash my bike instantly, but more power to her. Imagine skipping out on free office birthday cake! 'All About That Bass' needle drop, in case you forgot it's 2015. 'Wow, what was your major? Do you remember?' Brutal. Not this douche asking a 70-year-old man where he sees himself in 10 years! The grave, babe! Aw, Robert's hired. Hey, it's Andrew Rannells! And Robert's going to be Anne's assistant! The former overwhelmed assistant in me recognizes the current overwhelmed assistant being slightly rude to Robert. Beware the workplace that describes itself as 'super cas' (short for 'casual'). I love that Anne is being framed as some sort of self-acknowledged business tyrant, when actually she just seems…busy? Aw, I love Robert's pajamas. Ooh, mild inter-office romance drama! And a hot massage therapist who's Robert's age! Ish! Can we just talk about how this e-commerce company has a massage therapist on staff at all times? Damn, this company hit its five-year goal in nine months? I guess that'll get you a massage therapist! Let Anne run her own company, Andrew Rannells! Damn! Aw, Red Hook in spring! I miss Brooklyn. Kind of. Wow, Robert cleaned up the messy desk that was driving Anne crazy! See? Old guys can do anything! Wow, this erection plotline is…not subtle. So now Robert is driving Anne, too? Damn, Anne's mom is a huge bitch. Should I be concerned about the amount of mercury I'm ingesting from sushi? Love that Anne's husband is one of Mindy Lahiri's shitty exes from The Mindy Project. Child actors famously creep me out, but this little girl playing Anne's daughter is simply adorable. Was the original mention of Netflix in this movie organic, or somehow worked in once the film ended up on Netflix? These are the kinds of things that keep me up at night. Obsessed with Robert reading Twitter for Dummies. God, I hate these other moms. 'You probably won't have time to make it, so you can buy it.' It's guacamole, bitch! Now Anne wants to transfer Robert because he's 'too observant'? Let yourself be perceived, queen. Oof, a potential CEO calling AboutTheFit a 'chick site' cannot have landed well with Anne. OMG, the phone book company Robert used to work for was in the same office as AboutTheFit! 'I just knew a woman at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a laptop had real shopping potential.' Well, yes! Oh no, Robert's been transferred! Aw, assistant meltdown. Mmm, fun little moment of fat-shaming. It is 2015, after all! Okay, watching people shop around the country does seem fun. Oy vey, Robert's letting this weird intern crash with him? And waking him up in the morning? Too menschy, bro. I love this Ocean's Eleven-style caper to retrieve a mean email that Anne accidentally sent to her equally mean mom. 'I never want to not know you' is an insane thing to say to your intern, even drunk at a bar. Anne is ranting about how boys were left behind with the rise of girl power, which…okay, Christina Hoff Sommers! Gotta love a shiva with a take-home cookie box. Aw, I love this golden-years romance between Robert and the masseuse. Wow, watching Robert shut down these mean stay-at-home moms is extremely satisfying. Oh no, Anne's husband is cheating! Anne and Robert are in San Francisco, and I'm momentarily nervous that Nancy is setting us up for some kind of hotel-room kiss, but thank God, I remember just in time that I've seen this movie before. Damn, Robert tells Anne that her husband is cheating. Robert is officially deemed Anne's 'intern slash best friend,' and I may or may not be crying. Okay, Anne's staying with her man (ugh) and hiring a CEO (yay). And now Anne and Robert are doing tai chi together! All is well in the Nancy Meyers extended filmic universe.

Robert De Niro in a Feel-Good Movie? Yup, and It's Trending in Netflix's Top 10
Every week, Netflix unveils its Top 10 lists for the week before, ranking TV shows and movies by viewership. While Netflix regularly churns out new ripped-from-the-headlines documentaries and original action films that tend to dominate audience views every week (Trainwreck: Poop Cruise is No. 1 -- how could it not be with a title like that), one of the biggest films in the Netflix Top 10 for the week of June 23 is a charming, understated comedy from 2015. The Intern, starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway, was written and directed by coastal-grandma auteur Nancy Meyers, but unlike so many of her most popular films, The Intern is not a rom-com. Instead, it's a tender story of friendship between a widowed retiree named Ben (De Niro) and fashion entrepreneur Jules (Hathaway), whose company hires him as an intern. While Jules, a successful woman who runs an e-commerce fashion website, initially brushes off Ben's gentlemanly charm and advice as old-fashioned, they soon develop a mentor-mentee relationship where, in a surprising twist, Ben is the mentor. Jules is dealing with a cheating husband, a busy home life and the threat of being ousted by her own board members. She's stressed, and Ben is the last person she needs to babysit. Maybe in less capable hands, Ben would come off as more paternal or instructive, but De Niro's portrayal is so gentle and full of respect and reverence for Jules' success that he's a comfort to watch. (The movie was originally cast with Tina Fey and Michael Caine as the leads, which would have made for a much different film.) Warner Bros. De Niro typically toggles between tough guy roles and roles that parody being a tough guy, and here he's allowed to be something completely different. As a widower searching for both connection and purpose, Ben's desire to help Jules is genuine, and once she gets past her own preconceived notions about him, their mutual empathy for one another becomes the foundation for a deeper friendship. The film contains all the hallmarks of a Nancy Meyers movie: New romance, gorgeous kitchens -- the woman knows what the people want. Jules has a fabulously glossy Brooklyn home, and while Ben develops a romance with a massage therapist (played by Renee Russo), but this movie is distinctly a workplace comedy, not a rom-com. However, The Intern even more than that, it's a true feel-good movie, an antidote to a bad mood. The polar opposite of Poop Cruise. (Listen, I'm not knocking it, I totally watched Poop Cruise. With that title, how could you not?) Since The Intern, De Niro has worked relentlessly, mostly playing criminals again in films like Killers of the Flower Moon, The Irishman and The Alto Knights. Maybe The Intern's popularity on Netflix will make him realize we're thirsty to see more of that big softie we know is buried beneath that tough exterior.

3 underrated Netflix movies you should watch this weekend (June 27-29)
Netflix is one of the definitive sources of entertainment for modern moviegoers. Even if you know you want to watch something on Netflix, actually choosing a title can be more complicated than it sounds. The algorithm can't possibly surface everything on the surface, which can lead you to choose from a subset of what's actually available. We've pulled together a list of three underrated titles that are all worth your time and consideration. Check them out below: Recommended Videos We also have guides to the best new movies to stream, the best movies on Netflix, the best movies on Hulu, the best movies on Amazon Prime Video, the best movies on Max, and the best movies on Disney+. The Power of the Dog (2021) Another Oscar favorite that has been forgotten in the years since, The Power of the Dog is a hugely intelligent thriller that almost demands to be seen twice. The film follows two brothers on a Montana ranch whose lives are upended when one of them decides to marry. As the other begins to torment his brother's new family, we begin to learn exactly why he's so malicious. Benedict Cumberbatch is revelatory here, and director Jane Campion creates one of the great modern westerns of the past 30 years. You can watch The Power of the Dog on Netflix. The Intern (2015) One of the gentlest and smartest 21st-century comedies, Nancy Meyers's The Intern tells the story of a retiree who decides to become an intern for a fashion startup. Because of his age, experience, and gentle demeanor, he forms a growing friendship with the company's boss and founder, who is trying to keep her comedy and her relationship alive at the same time. The Intern is smart, subtle, and anchored by two excellent performances from Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro. It's exactly the kind of gentle movie we need more of. You can watch The Intern on Netflix. Dunkirk (2017) Although there was plenty of love for Dunkirk when it first hit theaters, the movie has since been somewhat forgotten in comparison to Christopher Nolan's other great films of the past decade. If you never watched it in theaters or know you're due for a rewatch, Dunkirk is likely to be more bracing than you remember. The film tells the story of the British troops who were evacuated from Dunkirk after being surrounded by German forces and does so from three dueling perspectives. At turns terrifying, exhilarating, and moving, Dunkirk is a tribute to its characters and an honest attempt to remind us how terrifying their circumstances were. You can watch Dunkirk on Netflix.
