Dr Crowley wants revenge - and cash from Joe
Viewers will remember that Crowley was the doctor who helped Joe in his organ steaming scam.
With Joe needing a new organ to survive, Joe paid the doctor handsomely to illegal operate on an unwilling victim in order to save Joe's life.
He ended up taking Caleb Miligan's kidney after he was stabbed and transplanting it into Joe before fleeing the country.
However he will now make a shock return and take Joe captive with a fiendish plan.
Actor James Hillier will be back on screens next week as part of the plot.
Joe actor Ned Porteous has opened up about the moment Joe finds himself knocked out and coming to in a makeshift operating theatre while the bad doctor looks on.
"[Joe's] very confused, very scared,' he said.
'A very powerless situation for Joe to be in."
And talking about working with James again, Ned said: "He's a really, really lovely guy.
"I enjoy working with him, and the character that he built is fun, it's got more dimensions than just a helper, and it serves as a very interesting character going forward.

"Hopefully the audience likes what we do with it, because it all gets a bit crazy."
He added of Joe: "I like to believe that he's just doing what he has to do to survive, and I think if you were to hold that mirror up to everyone and say, 'What would you do if your life really depended on it?' Could you really ask yourself... you wouldn't do that?
"People say that they wouldn't want to, and it's not the right thing to do. Of course it's the wrong thing to do, it's completely unethical, it's completely immoral, but he was fighting for his life and now he's just having to pick up the scraps, I guess."

ITV The Chase taken off air amid major schedule shake-up
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info The Chase has been axed following a significant schedule reshuffle this week. The popular ITV programme will experience disruption to its regular timetable due to ITV's coverage of the UEFA Women's Euros. The quiz show, presented by Bradley Walsh, typically broadcasts every weekday at 5pm on ITV1, along with a celebrity special episode aired each Saturday. However, The Chase will not be shown at its usual time slot on Monday, July 7 as Spain vs Belgium will dominate ITV1 from 4:15pm for a 5pm kick-off time. A second celebrity special episode will be broadcast on Sunday, July 6 at 5:30pm on ITV1. The episode will feature Melvin Odoom, Carl Fogarty, Louis Smith and Bonnie Langford who will pit their general knowledge skills against one of The Chasers. The ITV quiz show boasts a team of some of the UK's top quizzers including Shaun Wallace (The Dark Destroyer), Jenny Ryan (The Vixen), Darragh Ennis (The Menace), Mark Labbett (The Beast), Anne Hegerty (The Governess), and Paul Sinha (The Sinnerman). (Image: ITV) It first graced our screens in 2009 and quickly became a hit with fans. Bradley Walsh has led the quiz show since its inception in 2009. The successful show sees regular contestants compete and test their general knowledge skills with the opportunity of taking home a substantial cash prize. Regular episodes of The Chase resume as normal on Tuesday, July 8 at 5pm on ITV1, reports the Liverpool Echo. But it isn't the first time The Chase has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts on ITV1. (Image: ITV) Last month, the popular game show was temporarily removed from the schedule to accommodate ITV's coverage of Royal Ascot. It wasn't just a single evening that the horse racing event claimed the prime TV slot; The Chase was in fact cancelled for the entire week. The Chase isn't the only programme facing disruption this week. Viewers were disheartened to discover that both Coronation Street and Emmerdale have also been disrupted from their usual timetable due to the UEFA Women's Euros. Coronation Street typically broadcasts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for an hour-long episode from 8pm until 9pm. However, fans will have to wait until Thursday evening, at a later time of 9pm, for the first episode of the week next week. Monday and Wednesday have been removed from the schedule. Meanwhile, in Yorkshire, Emmerdale enthusiasts can usually tune in to the drama in the Dales every weeknight from 7:30pm. Similar to its rival soap Coronation Street, no episode will air on Monday, July 7 or Wednesday July, 9. The Chase: Celebrity Special airs Sunday at 5:30pm on ITV1.

Love Island mayhem as boy 'does bits' with Casa Amor girl in outrageous scenes
Love Island viewers are in for some serious drama as Casa Amor launches into chaos as one of the boys dives straight into bed and does 'bits' with a new girl Casa Amor has barely kicked off, and already one Islander has taken things too far after jumping into bed with a new girl just hours after her entrance to the iconic villa. The steamy moment reportedly took place on Friday night in the main bedroom, where the pair got down and dirty under the duvet. Though the footage hasn't aired, insiders say it's one of the most outrageous moments the show has seen in many years. 'This could be one of the most shocking Casa moments since Andrew Le Page licked Coco's t** or whatever,' said a source. 'They hit it off and one thing led to another.' The identities of the couple are being kept secret to preserve the surprise, but the boy involved has already caused drama earlier in the series. 'The lad has been in a love triangle and has made a girl cry with his actions,' the insider told The Sun. ITV is reportedly undecided about when, or if, the intimate scene will air. 'It was all under the duvet in the main bedroom on Friday night,' the source said. 'Viewers will have to wait and see if ITV decide to air the footage or not. Tonight's show will show the first day of Casa Amor, but the bedroom moment could be pushed to Monday or Tuesday because there's already so much drama. It's already looking like this could be one of the best Casa Amors ever.' Elsewhere, tensions are rising in Casa Amor and the boys aren't wasting time. On their first night, Dejon kicks things off with a flirty round of Truth or Dare to break the ice. Things heat up fast as Ben dives in with a bold three-way kiss, including Harry's ex, Emma. Harrison follows suit, locking lips with the girl he fancies most, until the group has to step in and call time on the unusually long snog. Harry soon comes face to face with his ex girlfriend Emma, who greets him with a cheeky: 'Surprise!' He later confirms the 'E' tattoo on his wrist is, indeed, for her. As the Islanders chat about their types, Yaz says she needs emotional depth in a partner. Emma doesn't miss a beat, leaning toward Harry and saying: 'Well that's you out.' When asked to rate his connection with Toni, Harrison admits: 'Seven, could be better.' Meanwhile, Tommy doesn't hold back with the new arrivals: 'There's definitely a few of you that tickle my fancy.' After the shock of her entrance, Harry and his ex Emma finally catch up, and he says, 'I don't need you to come and tell me off.' But Emma has no plans to stay quiet as she calls him out on his bad behaviour with Helena. 'It's disgraceful though… like, how are you still doing the same thing?' she says. 'The way you've been moving with Helena honestly… you two deserve each other… two snakes.'
