Actress is a dead ringer for Rita Ora after makeover can you guess who it is?

An actress looked a dead ringer for Rita Ora after a recent makeover as she posed for a photoshoot on Thursday. Modelling her own line of clothing on the streets of Manchester, she wore a cream blazer with a daring plunge neckline. She teamed the piece with matching shorts and added a pair of stiletto heels to complete her outfit. Mirroring Rita, she accessorised with some tinted, oversized, square sunglasses. Known for her role in a popular soap, this actress has also starred on a number of reality TV shows and competitions. Can you guess who it is? It's Chelsee Healy! The Hollyoaks actress, who plays Goldie McQueen on the Channel 4 soap, has also starred on Waterloo Road. Earlier this year, she competed on Dancing On Ice but became the first celebrity to be eliminated from the programme after being voted off in a skate-off against Comedian Josh Jones. Just four days before she was eliminated from the show, Eddie Rainford, the father of her daughter pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of a Class B drug between November 2022 and September 2023. In June, Chelsee watched on at Manchester Crown Court as he was warned he's facing jail for his role in a 'wholesale' drug-dealing operation. She had attempted to keep his full identity hidden on social media, only referring to her now ex-partner - who is dad of her 15-month-old daughter Cookie - as Eddie. The actress even hinted at a troubling time away from the cameras during her exit from Dancing On Ice, remarking: 'There has been a lot going on with me that I have been struggling with.' A source told The Sun: 'What Chelsee was desperately coping with while on the show was that her partner, the father of her youngest daughter, was in court for drug-dealing and has been sent to prison on remand.' While a separate insider informed the publication that the soap star was no longer in a relationship with Eddie. In March last year, Chelsee dropped a huge hint that they had secretly got married. The Hollyoaks star made reference to having a 'husband' as she shared a snap of a meal that had been cooked for her. She shared the picture of the plate of food and wrote: 'Sticky chilli steak coconut rice home made by the husband.' The actress - who plays Goldie McQueen on the Channel 4 soap - made no further elaboration of her comment. Chelsee's ex-partner was pictured for the first time after her co-star shared a snap - after she had previously kept the identity of her man under wraps. However, her Hollyoaks co-star Richard Blackwood gave the game away as he shared a series of snaps from Chelsee's baby shower - with one of them including Chelsea cuddling up to Eddie. Weeks before she'd given birth, Chelsee shared a picture of herself with Eddie, but she was posed in front of him, shielding his identity. Chelsee has since happily shown Eddie's face on her social media, with a snap on her Instagram showing herself and Eddie in matching cream outfits while holding their baby daughter Cookie - whom they welcomed in December 2023. Speaking about her decision not to publicly disclose the baby's father in summer she told Closer Magazine: 'This is the most supportive relationship I've ever been in. 'My friends and family love him, and he's the first bloke I've introduced Coco to, which says a lot. 'I knew he was The One within three to four months. I've kissed a few frogs, but he's definitely marriage material.' She added: 'In some past relationships I've never felt safe, they felt toxic and a little bit abusive, but with him it's completely different. I just want someone who brings me peace and is drama-free and this feels right. He's six years younger but has a mature head on his shoulders.' Chelsee also has an older daughter Coco, seven, from her relationship with ex Jack Malloy.

The secret meaning behind your teen's ‘salute' pose & why Gen Zers like Venezuela Fury do it in family photos

Teenagers explain all in an effort to help perplexed parents understand... SNAP SHOT The secret meaning behind your teen's 'salute' pose & why Gen Zers like Venezuela Fury do it in family photos Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) ANY parent of teenagers knows the agony of trying to get a nice family photo on holiday. They say it's "embarrassing" and even if they do oblige, they often sneakily try to ruin it. Their current method of sabotage? The 'salute'. So what's it all about? 9 During a recent holiday to the Isle of Man, Venezuela Fury was 'saluting' in the shade 9 The Fury family snap with Venezuela, 15, doing the 'salute' while mum Paris isn't looking 9 The Barbados sunshine isn't in her eyes, either While in the past, you might have clocked the odd middle finger or a peace sign in front of their face, now it's all about holding a hand up to their forehead, military-style. Venezuela Fury, 15 - the eldest daughter to two-time heavyweight boxer Tyson and wife Paris - has been captured doing it time and time again. And a quick search on TikTok surfaces videos on 'how to pose' and 'how to disguise your forehead', which features just the same 'salute' pose. But, while we know parents can be embarrassing, it raises the question: Why? We all know the Zoomer generation love to spend their downtime doomscrolling on TikTok or posing next to beautiful landscapes rather than taking them in. So is this their attempt to control their social narrative? A show of respect or defiance? To keep their identity low-key and attempt to keep their faces out of the picture while still (sort of) appeasing their parents? We spoke to teens to find out. Teenagers Explain... "I do it as an insecurity thing as I feel I don't photograph well unless I take the photo. I use it to hide certain angles of my face," Lexi Hamilton, 19 from London, explains. 'I knew some girls who would do it only on their forehead because it would make their noses look smaller with the shade and their contour." While Maddy Corke, 18 , from London, also admits 'it's all about self esteem issues and wanting to hide insecurities.' 'Beautiful' fans gasps as Venezuela Fury, 15, shows off her model-looks in 'stunning' gypsy wedding co-ord Toby Kehoe and friends, 16, from Twickenham, agree it's a shyness thing. "They don't know how the photo will turn out and they can't check what they look like at that moment. If they don't have control over what the photo looks like or how it will be used, then covering their face is a safe choice," he says. Strike A Pose One TikToker called Lizzie, whose social media page has over 30 million likes, keeps people updated on the latest poses to try and has shared the "salute" online. She revealed it was the perfect pose for those who are "shy about [their] forehead" and want to hide it away. "Selfie ideas to try if you're shy about your forehead," she captioned the now viral post which was viewed 133k times. 9 Venezuela has been spotted doing the 'salute' time and time again in family snaps 9 TikTok influencers like Lizzieb1zzie who has 30m likes are showing followers the 'salute' Credit: Tiktok @lizzieb1zzie 9 Lizzie showing how good the pose can look Credit: Tiktok @lizzieb1zzie 9 Social media star Lonnie Hammons also got on board with the trend Credit: TikTok @@lonniehammons Another social media star, Lonnie Hammons - who has built up 13 million likes on his TikTok page - shared the pose in a video titled Best Pose For Instagram Pictures. Hidden Dangers Dr. Katie Malbon an adolescent mental health expert, says poses like this are common, as are insecurities among teens. "It's no surprise that we're seeing rising anxiety around body image, particularly during summer," she says. The Mental Health Foundation charity revealed 35% of 13-19 year-olds "worry often" or "always" about their body image. They also note that social media, and the exposure to unrealistic, edited bodies and faces is the key reason body image concerns have risen in younger generations. "Teenage years are often seen as a time where they form their own personal identity in the world, " Clinical Psychologist & Director of Percuro Psychology, Dr. Melita Ash adds. "This often leads young people to be highly focused on how others perceive them, especially when it comes to their peers, something social media has only made more significant. "Posting images online now plays a major role in their lives in self-expression and validation from others." 9 Venezuela salutes Goofy at Disney Credit: INSTAGRAM/@/parisfury1 However, she warns that it can have negative consequences like cyberbullying and body image issues. As for the 'salute' pose, she says it can be a sign of a teenager struggling with their self esteem. "Covering their face in photos can serve multiple psychological functions for teens. "It can offer a feeling of control over images shared by others, reduce vulnerability to judgement, or indicate an ambivalence between the desire to be seen and fear of negative attention," she says. "It's a gesture that may reflect the huge social and emotional balancing act of adolescence - wanting to be seen, but on their own terms." 9 Venezuela Fury - Another salute with mum Paris and her sisters on holiday Credit: INSTAGRAM/@/parisfury1 Seeking Help We all know talking to teenagers about literally anything can be tough, but there are some simple ways to help them navigate body image with Young Minds. 1. Positivity Help them think positively about themselves. Encourage them to focus on what they like about themselves and what they can do, not just how they look. If you're not sure what to say, try writing a list together of their good points. They can keep this list for days when they need a reminder of all the good things about themselves. 2. Talk Practise positive self-talk together. Sit together in front of a mirror and thank your bodies for all the positive things they do. This might feel a bit strange at first, but doing this together can encourage them to see the positives in their body and help them to love themselves. 3. Stay safe online Help them create a safe space online. Support them to create a positive online space and find accounts to follow that celebrate diversity. Send them messages to remind them how brilliant they are and let them know they matter. 4. Take action when needed Suggest they look for support. If you think their feelings around body image are becoming overwhelming, encourage them to see their GP for professional help.

If you grew up in the UK, chances are you remember whacking your spoon through a slab of this chocolate concrete in the dinner hall, often with a big dollop of pink custard on the side. 'This is just like the one we had at school,' one viewer said. 'Can't believe how easy it is.' Read more on recipes TAKE THE BISCUIT My 52p recipe is the perfect dupe for viral M&S Chunked N' Loaded cookies Another added: 'It's not school dinners without chocolate concrete and pink custard! For anyone unfamiliar, chocolate concrete was a staple of British school dinners from the 1970s through to the early 2000s. It's a hard, crunchy chocolate traybake that almost always came served with vibrant pink custard, adding a sweet contrast to its dense texture. It's known for being so tough, you needed a strong spoon, or sheer willpower, to break through it. But fans of the pudding say that's all part of the charm. Now, thanks to Kate and her mum, who used to be a school dinner lady, you can recreate it at home with just four simple ingredients. And the best bit is it tastes exactly like the one you had in school. The simple chocolate cake recipe using only TWO ingredients - it's sweet and you won't even need to put it in the oven Kate said: 'This was one of my favourites, it brings back all the memories. We had so many requests for this recipe, and I can see why!' To make it, you only need plain flour, sugar, cocoa powder and melted butter. The dry ingredients get mixed together until they resemble a crumbly mess. 'It looks like mud,' Kate joked, as they pressed the mixture into a tray. A sprinkle of water and sugar over the top gives it that signature crunch once baked. After half an hour in the oven, it comes out smelling amazing and rock solid, just like it should. 'It cuts best while it's still hot,' Kate said, showing off a perfect square of chocolate concrete. 'It's school in a bite.' Fans flooded the comments saying how much they loved the nostalgic bake, with one person writing: 'This is EXACTLY how I remember it!'. Another added: 'Please make pink custard next, I forgot how much I loved that combo.' A third said: "One follower commented: 'We used to race to be first in line for this at school. It's legendary.' Kate teased she might share the recipe for chocolate crunch next, which is a slightly softer school favourite made with eggs, but it's the concrete version that's got everyone talking. TikTok has become a hotspot for nostalgic food trends lately, with creators reviving everything from cornflake tart to spam fritters, but chocolate concrete continues to top the list as a childhood favourite. With the summer holidays in full swing, this is the perfect treat to whip up with the kids or just for a throwback afternoon tea. Just make sure you've got a strong spoon and maybe a side of pink custard, for old time's sake. Method 3 The chocolate concrete dessert is easy to make Credit: Alamy Here's how to make it. First preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan/gas mark 4). Then grease a square baking tin (around 9–10 inches) with butter or line with baking paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix well until everything is evenly combined – it should look like a dry, crumbly mixture. Then you will want to pour in the melted butter and mix again until it resembles a thick crumble texture. It won't look like a typical cake batter but that's exactly how it should be. Tip the mixture into the tin and press it down firmly using the back of a spoon or your hands. Really compress it so it's packed in tight as this helps it harden into that classic "concrete" texture. Drizzle a small amount of cold water over the top, then sprinkle over a little extra sugar. This gives it that signature crisp topping. Then bake it in the oven for 30 minutes. You'll know it's ready when it smells rich and chocolatey and feels firm on top. As soon as it comes out, cut it into squares while still hot, it'll harden fast as it cools. You'll want to serve it warm if you like it soft in the middle or let it cool completely for that full crunchy, authentic school pudding texture.
