is getting brutally honest about her past, no filter, no apologies.
The singer and podcast host opened up about a deeply personal and painful experience in the latest episode of her podcast "Miss Me?," co-hosted with longtime friend Miquita Oliver.
Lily Allen revealed that a former partner, whom she did not name, used cruel and manipulative tactics to chip away at her confidence, including accusing her of having poor hygiene.
Lily Allen Reveals Ex's Alleged Twisted Abuse
'It was somebody I was in a relationship with,' Allen said. 'I think that it was like a form of bullying and abuse... it was a horrible one.'
She explained the alleged tactic was used to make her feel 'self-conscious' and 'sh-tty about herself," ultimately giving her partner a twisted sense of power. 'I don't think I've brushed my hair in any relationship. I just don't brush my hair full stop,' she added.
Inside Allen's Tumultuous Love Life
The 'Smile' hitmaker has long been candid about her romantic history, which includes a string of high-profile relationships and a recent split from "Stranger Things" star David Harbour. The couple separated late last year after Allen reportedly suspected Harbour was using dating app Raya. Shortly after, the Daily Mail alleged Harbour had carried on a secret affair for three years of their four-year marriage.
Allen was previously married to builder Sam Cooper, the father of her two daughters, Ethel and Marnie. She has also made headlines for confessing to cheating on him with female escorts.
Her dating history includes Chemical Brothers DJ Ed Simons, grime artist Meridian Dan, art dealer Jay Jopling, and rumored romances with "Harry Potter" star and former One Direction member
But the revelations didn't stop there.
Lily Allen Says She 'Can't Remember' How Many Abortions She's Had
In the same podcast episode, Allen turned the conversation toward reproductive health and shared jaw-dropping details about her experience with abortions.
When Oliver asked if she'd ever had one, Allen responded by singing a cheeky parody of Frank Sinatra's "My Way," 'Abortions I've had a few… but then again… I can't remember exactly how many.'
She guessed it was 'four or five,' while Oliver chimed in with, 'I've had about five too!' prompting a refreshingly raw and honest discussion about abortion stigma.
'I felt really embarrassed to even say that I had more than one abortion,' Oliver admitted. 'Why the f-ck should I be ashamed? I have had a few.'
Allen Slams Abortion Stigma In Candid Podcast Moment
Allen agreed, venting frustration over the need to justify abortion with extreme circumstances. 'Just 'I don't want a f-cking baby right now' is enough reason,' she declared. 'Literally: 'Don't want a baby' is enough reason.'
In one especially jaw-dropping anecdote, Allen recalled a time when a man paid for her abortion, and she initially thought it was romantic. 'I mean fair, to be honest. I was a f-cking crazy b-tch, still am,' she joked, admitting the man ghosted her shortly after.
Lily Allen Admits She Had Kids For The 'Wrong Reasons'
Last September, the Grammy-nominated singer admitted she now believes she had children for the wrong reasons.
'I spent a large part of my life, before and during my marriage, just craving unconditional love,' Allen confessed at the time, as previously reported by The Blast. 'I thought having kids would give me that.'
At the time, she was also overwhelmed by the fast pace of her career and saw pregnancy as a way to force a break from the chaos. 'I felt like the one way to stop people hassling me, it's not about me, it's about this other person that's inside me,' she explained.
While Allen admitted the move did succeed in giving her space from the pressures of fame, she acknowledged she had no clue what she was truly stepping into. 'I got the break I wanted,' she said candidly. 'But I had no idea about the journey I was about to embark on.'

Nelly Korda, Charley Hull enjoyed filming Happy Gilmore 2 but Hull 'couldn't be an actress'

Charley Hull was born about a month after the original "Happy Gilmore" movie came out in 1996. Nelly Korda, who turned 27 on Monday, is two years younger than Hull. Both joined a host of golf stars – including fellow No. 1 Scottie Scheffler – in the comedy hit's sequel, which brings back Adam Sandler in the lead role. "Happy Gilmore 2" was released on Netflix July 25 and, according to Variety, 46.7 million viewers streamed the movie in just three days — making it the biggest U.S. opening weekend in Netflix history. Korda said she planned to watch the movie sometime this week while she's competing at the AIG Women's British Open in Wales. "It was so cool getting to meet Adam Sandler, getting to be part of that process, and actually seeing how difficult acting is from that point of view," said Korda. "That scene with Shooter was amazing to see just from my point of view, his acting, and how much it takes. "That scene took all day. It was like a 20-second scene. The appreciation for their lifestyle and their job definitely grew for me. For me, it was just so cool to be a part of, and getting to do it with Nancy (Lopez) is a lot of fun too." England's Charley Hull said the filming process was also long but "good fun." "Never thought I'd be in a movie, but there you go," she said. "Definitely safe to say I couldn't be an actress. Just filming that scene all day, I haven't got the patience." Other golf stars in the film include Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler, Tony Finau, Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele, Jordan Spieth and Will Zalatoris from the PGA Tour, as well as Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka from LIV Golf. PGA Tour legends Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino and John Daly also joined in the fun. Original lead singer of iconic metal band dies at 69

Paul Mario Day, Iron Maiden's original lead singer, has died after a reported battle with cancer. He was 69. The heavy metal vocalist died peacefully at his Australia home on Tuesday, July 29, Parade reported. Iron Maiden also posted about Day's death on Facebook Wednesday. 'We are deeply saddened that Paul Mario Day, Iron Maiden's first ever vocalist back in 1975, has passed away,' the band wrote. 'Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to Paul's family and friends. Paul was a lovely person and good mate. Rest in peace Paul.' Day joined Iron Maiden as their inaugural frontman in December 1975 at just 19 years old. Day performed at Iron Maiden's first concert on May 1, 1976, at St. Nicholas Hall in Poplar, London, before being replaced by Dennis Wilcock in October of that same year. After leaving Iron Maiden, Day continued his career in the British heavy metal scene. In 1980, he formed the band More, releasing their debut album 'Warhead' in 1981. 'We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the great More vocalist Paul Mario Day,' his former band More wrote in a statement, per Parade. 'Paul was a huge part of the [New Wave of British Heavy Metal] from his time in an early version of Iron Maiden, and of course his fantastic performance on the 'Warhead' album.' More then fronted the band Wildfire from 1983 to 1984 after leaving More before their sophomore album. More's most commercially successful period came in 1985 when the singer joined Sweet, working alongside guitarist Andy Scott and drummer Mick Tucker. 'Paul Mario Day RIP,' Scott said, according to Parade. 'PMD was the original singer with IRON MAIDEN and had a stint with the band MORE before joining SWEET. He passed away peacefully at his home in Australia.'
