Approving outcomes implementation of meeting to stimulate initiatives & support cleanliness system in Capital Secretariat
A meeting in the Capital Secretariat approved on Thursday the outcomes implementation of the expanded consultative meeting to stimulate community initiatives and support the cleanliness system in the Capital Secretariat, under the title "Cleanliness is a faith commitment and civilized behavior."
The meeting, which was chaired by Social Affairs Committee Chairman Hamoud Al-Naqib, and included Planning and Development Committee Chairman Sharaf Al-Hadi, Undersecretary for Services Sector Engineer Abdel Fattah Al-Sharafi, directors of directorates and concerned executive offices, decided to launch a wide community cleanliness campaign next Saturday in all directorates of the Secretariat, under the title "Welcome Ramadan" in preparation and reception for the holy month of Ramadan.
The meeting's outcomes stressed the importance of adhering to the speeches of the Revolution Leader about cleanliness as a public awareness and community culture that requires all official and popular authorities to play their role in spreading and promoting it through educational curricula, speeches, lectures, events, various media outlets, central , local programs and activities.
It explained the importance of enhancing the role of community initiatives in sustaining public hygiene, raising community awareness, and establishing it as a religious, moral and humanitarian behavior. It stressed the importance of monitoring and follow-up to ensure the continuation of cleanliness work in various areas, and taking the necessary measures against violators of environmental guidelines.
The meeting stressed the importance of enhancing community awareness, consolidating the culture of cleanliness as a behavior of faith, civilization and collective responsibility, and joining official , popular efforts and wide participation in the campaign implementation, activities , programs that promote cleanliness and improve cleanliness efforts.

Discussion on procedures for establishing the Multi-Purpose Ma'een Cooperative Association in Capital Secretariat
Sana'a - Saba: A meeting held on Sunday in Ma'een District of the Capital Secretariat, chaired by the head of the Social Affairs Committee, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, discussed the completion of procedures for establishing the multi-purpose Ma'een Cooperative Association. The meeting, attended by executive, local, and developmental leaders, addressed the reasons for the delay in finalizing the association's establishment to serve as a true developmental arm for Ma'een District, as well as the necessary solutions. This comes in line with the directives of the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the program of the Government of Change and Construction, emphasizing the need to complete the establishment of cooperative associations in the districts of the Capital Secretariat. Al-Naqeeb stressed the importance of unifying efforts and expediting the completion of developmental cooperative associations in all districts of the Secretariat, given their significant role in local development and enhancing community support for official efforts in building sustainable development. He highlighted the role and plan of the Agricultural Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the Secretariat, its priorities, and its main objective of achieving sustainable development, with resources allocated by the local authority for this purpose. He affirmed the Capital Secretariat leadership's keen interest and close follow-up to complete the establishment of developmental associations in all districts, providing the necessary support to achieve this goal. During the meeting, the Director of the Financing Unit, Engineer Abdulmalik Al-Ansi, discussed several developmental projects the unit intends to implement in Ma'een District, as well as forming a joint committee from the Financing Unit and Ma'een leadership to prepare a plan and budget for developmental projects for the year 1447 AH. For his part, the Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the Secretariat, Nasser Al-Kahali, emphasized the importance of completing the training of the remaining "Development Knights and Pioneers" in Ma'een District, as they are the key elements in building development. He also stressed the need to qualify and train the remaining members of the association to enable them to carry out their tasks effectively. Meanwhile, the Director of Ma'een District, Abdulmalik Al-Radhi, appreciated the efforts and attention of the Capital Secretariat leadership in accelerating the completion of the Ma'een Cooperative Association to enable it to implement developmental projects and economic empowerment programs, as well as activating the Development Knights and Pioneers in the district. Sana'a governor launches distribution of office equipment for agricultural sector, cooperative associations
Sana'a – Saba: Governor of Sana'a, Abdulbaset al-Hadi, along with Secretary-General of the Local Council Abdulqader al-Jailani, on Saturday inaugurated the distribution of office furniture and equipment to the agricultural sector in the governorate, its district branches, and agricultural development cooperative associations. The initiative, costing 14 million Yemeni riyals, is funded by the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the governorate. Present at the inauguration were Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee in the Local Council, Ali Al-Suhaili, and Deputy Governor Atef Al-Musalli. Governor Al-Hadi explained that the support for the agricultural sector and cooperative associations aligns with the directives of the Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi and the President of the Supreme Political Council to revitalize the agricultural sector. He stressed the local authority's commitment to supporting agriculture in the governorate and its districts, encouraging agricultural work by empowering cooperative associations and expanding their activities in support of sustainable development programs in the sector. Al-Hadi also emphasized the need to train agricultural personnel and cooperative association members to enable them to fulfill their developmental role in this vital sector. He urged the stakeholders to make optimal use of the delivered equipment to improve their performance and meet the aspirations of the revolutionary and political leadership. He further underscored the importance of coordination between the agricultural branches in the districts and the cooperative associations, calling for intensified efforts in implementing the agricultural expansion project and ensuring accurate farmer data collection. Meanwhile, the Head of the Agricultural Sector in the governorate, Engineer Ali Al-Qairi, described the distribution as a vital step to enhance the performance of agricultural offices and cooperative associations across the districts. He noted that the distributed equipment includes 27 computers with modern printers, glass cabinets, wooden desks, swivel chairs, and hospitality items.
