Oasis reunion setlist 'leaked' in full as absence of one song disappoints fans
The band will begin their world tour in Cardiff on Friday and those living close to the Principality Arena in the city have already heard murmurings of what to expect from the setlist.
Oasis have already arrived in Cardiff to put together the finishing touches and fans close by say they have heard the setlist in full. Earlier in the week, those close to the stadium heard Cigarettes and Alcohol blasting out of the stadium, reports The Mirror.
They were also treated to hits Some Might Say and F*****n' In The Bushes. According to one fan on Reddit, Oasis are set to play a lengthy 24-song setlist.
The user revealed the rehearsal setlist, which can give fans a clue as to what may appear at the live shows. They claimed the setlist kicks off with an intro of Fuckin' in the Bushes. then Hello, Acquiesce and Morning Glory, followed by Some Might Say.
Cigarettes and Alcohol is next as Fade Away, Supersonic, Roll With It and Bring It On Down follow. It is believed Noel will also take on Talk Tonight, Half the World Away and Little By Little.
Speculation suggests the set will then turn to D'you Know What I Mean?, Stand By Me, Cast No Shadow, Slide Away, Whatever, Live Forever and Rock 'n' Roll Star.
Noel will reportedly lead on The Masterplan and Don't Look Back in Anger, before the band come to a sensational end with Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova.
Fans have loved the thought of the rumoured setlist, yet shared their disappointment at hit Columbia not being on the bill.
One said: "Crazy there's no Columbia but little by little got my stoked." Another added: "No Columbia?" Someone else commented: "I need to convince one of them of Columbia's importance."
Oasis have already revealed the stage times for their shows in Cardiff as doors will open at 5pm before first support act Cast warm up the crowd at 6pm. Verve frontman and friend of the Gallaghers, Richard Ashcroft will then take to the stage at 7pm.
At 8.15pm this Friday, Oasis will make their long-awaited comeback and will play for just over two hours before they will end the set for a 10.30pm curfew.
Oasis reunited several months ago to make sure they can be on top form for the live shows. The first photos of the band leaving rehearsals in London were published in May.
They showed Noel with Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs, Gem Archer and Andy Bell, who will play guitars in the massive sold-out gigs, with Andy on bass. Liam, who was initially on vocal rest, then joined on June 3.
The band also has new members in keyboard player Christian Madden and drummer Joey Waronker on drums. He has played with Liam before on a tour, but never in Oasis.
Speaking about the shows, a source told The Mirror: "With a new lineup and it being such a huge first show, the boys will do some songs inside the venue too. Some tours would start with a smaller show or take a week or two to get into the groove again.
"But there is no time for that, and also Liam and Noel want every night to be massive. This is such a huge comeback show, and they are taking it very seriously. It all points to it being an incredible comeback tour."
Noel and Liam's reunion on Friday will be the first in public since the band split nearly two decades ago. Older brother Noel quit Oasis on August 28 2009, saying he "simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer", and the brothers had made negative comments about each other for more than a decade.
Tickets for the Oasis reunion sold out across all venues due to huge demand when they went online earlier in the year. However, there are still several options available for fans trying to snag a last-minute spot.
Limited last-minute tickets can be bought from the official Ticketmaster resale site, where fans who can no longer go sell their seats, although these tend to go into and out of stock quickly.
Elsewhere, resale sites like Viagogo, Vivid Seats, StubHub and Twickets are selling tickets for various dates, although fans should always bear in mind that many official sites, such as Ticketmaster and Live Nation, discourage the purchase of resale tickets.
Meanwhile, Seat Unique has some VIP tickets available offering a host of additional perks alongside access to the gig.

How a fan 'broke the Oasis news' weeks before official announcement
An Oasis superfan was able to break the news that the band were reuniting — weeks before the official announcement. You've heard it all before — Noel sensationally quit the band minutes before they were due on stage at Rock en Seine in 2009 after a bust up with brother Liam, and after 15 years of sniping at each other in interviews and saying maybeeee to a reunion, the guns fell silent and they announced a mammoth tour that kicks off in Cardiff on Friday. While the rumblings were always snuffed out by either brother over the years, Liam hinted in the days leading up to the epic reunion that the brothers had kissed and made up — however, one person was able to break the news in the weeks leading up to the official announcement; and it flew under the radar. An Oasis superfan was able to break the news that the band were reuniting — weeks before the official announcement. Pic: Emmett/Fear PR/PA Wire Taking to the Oasis subreddit on August 5, 2024, a user called Ehermagerd posted that they 'were told something' the day before — namely that the lads were reuniting with a mammoth world tour in the cards; including dates in Wembley and Heaton Park (both dates which are on the calendar for the group). 'Apparently there will be an announcement within the coming weeks that Oasis will be reforming for a gig at Wembley Stadium,' the original post read. 'The person who told me this works within the music industry alongside a well known current band. 'He has no reason to lie. And no I'm not making this up. Let's see what happens, friends.' I was told something yesterday byu/Ehermagerd inoasis While there was some excitement about the then heavily rumoured reunion, others were far more sceptical, with one person commenting: 'Yeah this isn't happening. Every day I hear another 'Oasis is reforming' comment, and none of them are ever true. Would be nice if it happened.' Others wagered €5 and Freddo bars if the rumours ended up being true (both of which are probably out of pocket a lot by now), but little by little, more fans came out of the woodwork with friends in high places who hinted at something. Of course, on August 27 the rumours became Definitely, not Maybe as the lads announced the reunion tour — and after a long 11 month wait which included frustration at ticket prices and the panic every time a statement was released from the band with the assumption that Noel and Liam had another bust up, it's finally happening; with the band kicking off their reunion tour at Cardiff's Principality Stadium. The brothers have finally settled their differences after their 2009 fight and split, with their first tour in 16 years kicking off tonight. Pic: Giuseppe Aresu/REX/Shutterstock Since today is gonna be the day the tour finally kicks off, the member returned to the subreddit to (semi) gloat, but also revel in the news with fellow fans of the band. 'A mere 333 days ago, I heard through a well placed source that Oasis were reforming and they booked shows in Heaton Park and Wembley,' they wrote. 'I posted it here on Reddit. I knew it would be huge news, and fans should hear it first. My post was met with doubt naturally. 'I'm glad I was proven right, and not because I can say 'told ya so', but I'm glad for all of us. I'm glad Oasis are back together. What's going to happen tonight in Cardiff is a celebration of great songs and the fans. Let's enjoy it, folks.' The band will play two nights in the Principality Stadium before playing four nights in their native Manchester when they'll perform at Heaton Park, before heading to Wembley for several nights. They'll then play Murrayfield over in Edinburgh, before reaching our shores where they'll play Croke Park on August 16 and 17.

Liam and Noel Gallagher to reunite as Oasis kicks off world tour in Cardiff
Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher will perform together for the first time since their dramatic split in 2009, when they appear at the Welsh capital's Principality Stadium. The brothers announced the Oasis Live '25 tour last August, starting with two dates in Cardiff on Friday and Saturday, before heading across the UK and Ireland. Doors are expected to open at 5pm, with Cast and the Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft in support. Former members of the group are expected to make a return, with Andy Bell on bass, and Gem Archer and Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs on guitars. Noel was spotted getting off the train in Cardiff on Tuesday, while a drone display spelling out the band's name could be seen over the stadium on Wednesday. Fans across the city have also heard what they believe to be rehearsals in the Principality throughout the week. The reunion announcement came 15 years after Noel quit the Britpop band, saying he 'simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer,' following a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris. While fans have been pleading for the group to reunite since they disbanded, website issues and controversial dynamic pricing brought outrage, with many failing to secure a spot. After tickets for the UK and Ireland shows went on sale last year, some standard tickets appeared to have jumped from £148 to £355. The controversy prompted the UK Government and the UK's competition watchdog to pledge to look at the use of dynamic pricing. ADVERTISEMENT Learn more Following Cardiff, Oasis will visit Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium and Dublin's Croke Park throughout July, August and September. The group will then head to Japan, South Korea, South America, Australia and North America. A movie, produced by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, is being made in conjunction with the reunion tour. Formed in Manchester in 1991, the rock band was led by lead guitarist Noel and his brother, lead vocalist Liam, during their 18 years together. Oasis signed to independent record label Creation Records in 1993, rising to fame with the release of their debut chart-topping album Definitely Maybe on August 29 1994. They had hits with songs including Don't Look Back in Anger, Champagne Supernova, Wonderwall and Live Forever. Dig Out Your Soul, the band's last studio album, was released in 2008, just months before the Paris row.
