Zoe Saldana has joined Cartier as a brand ambassador.
The 47-year-old actress has been collaborating with the French jewellery for years now, and the company has described the development as an "exciting new chapter".
Cartier's chief marketing officer Arnaud Carrez told WWD: "[Her appointment] celebrates a relationship that has grown over many years and marks an exciting new chapter — one defined by shared creativity and bold expression.
'Her talent, grace and effortless elegance have long resonated with the maison.'
The brand added that this culmination of their past collaborations represents "a shared bold creativity".
Meanwhile, Zoe is "honoured" to be taking on a greater role with the company.
She said: 'I am honored to become an ambassador for Cartier, following many years of warm collaboration.
'I have long been an admirer of the maison's boundary-breaking savoir faire that creates incredible pieces of wearable art, and I look forward to continuing this special relationship.'
When it comes to her beauty approach, Zoe recently admitted she's a "sucker" for lip plumpers, and she usually keeps at least "four or five" lip glosses in her hand bag at all times.
When asked to list the contents of her purse, she told The Hollywood Reporter: "[There's] at least four or five lip glosses. In the early 2000s and I was introduced to lip plumpers. I am a sucker for them.
"I love anything that makes my lips feel tingly! And moisturizer. California can be a really dry place. We love the sun, but there's the perils of sunny California means that your lips are sometimes on the dry side. I like to have a variation of a moisturizer."
Zoe previously revealed one of her favourite lip products is the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask.
In a video filmed for Vogue India, she explained: "My lips are always chapped so right now I'm using a really good lip balm."

Happy reading, fellas, and I hope you have a great week ahead. The bold flat edges of the platinum case open the door to a very interesting geometric dial made with a technique known as camaïeu, complete with different shades of blue and linear patterns. It's a stellar throwback to the design codes of yesteryear, and Cartier has made the bold decision to release the latest piece in three case sizes (Mini, Small, Medium and Large). The first three are powered by quartz with only the Large Medium copping a mechanical movement. This art deco look is the perfect play for the Tank Américaine's aesthetic, and is topped off by the eight-sided crown set with a faceted ruby. For lovers of Art Deco, this timepiece has all the hallmarks you'd expect for a period piece, right down to the alternating shades of blue on the dial. Importantly, Cartier has also dropped the signature railway minutes track, ensuring the piece conforms to the streamlined, minimalist geometric language. The Cartier Tank Américaine Platinum's architectural look is on full display here, and will be available throughout Europe only. Greubel Forsey Balancier Contemporain | Image: Greubel Forsey Greubel Forsey Balancier Contemporain Brand: Greubel Forsey Greubel Forsey Model: Balancier Contemporain Balancier Contemporain Diameter: 39.60mm 39.60mm Thickness: 12.25mm 12.25mm Material : Stainless steel : Stainless steel Movement: Balancier Contemporain Balancier Contemporain Power Reserve: 70 hours 70 hours Water Resistance: 30 metres 30 metres Price: CHF220,000 (Limited to 33 pieces) This week, we officially bid farewell to the highly revered but near-impossible-to-buy Balancier Contemporain from Greubel Forsey. Not one to go out without a bang, the watchmaker has issued one final edition, and it is a stone-cold stunner. The 33-piece stainless steel limited edition Balancier Contemporain is the last we'll see of the esteemed collection and remains very in keeping with the independent watchmaker's iconic aesthetic. The new timepiece follows the exact dimensions of the original 2019 Balancier Contemporain, measuring a slim 39.6mm in diameter and just 12.25mm in height. Contrasting previous releases, however, the final edition takes things in a new direction material-wise. The stainless steel model marks a slightly different change of tack for Greubel Forsey, a sentiment that is matched by the introduction of a sunburst blue finish on the hour and minute displays. Finishing is, of course, second to none. Black-polishing, laser-engraved text, white gold screws, blue-treated German silver, the Balancier Contemporain has it all and then some. A finale of epic proportions. The new timepiece still carries its monster-inspired visuals, but with the addition of a complication, the Time Eater Tourbillon makes for a more interesting package from a watchmaking perspective. From the rolling eye to the gaping mouth that houses the tourbillon, the Time Eater Tourbillon is anything but conventional. And while it is a polarising piece that won't have mass appeal, it's hard to argue just how cool and creative it is. Biver Minute Repeater Carillon Tourbillon Signature Series | Image: Biver Biver Minute Repeater Carillon Tourbillon Signature Series Brand: Biver Biver Model: Minute Repeater Carillon Tourbillon Signature Series Minute Repeater Carillon Tourbillon Signature Series Diameter: 42mm 42mm Thickness: 13.70mm 13.70mm Material : Titanium; Titanium and rose gold : Titanium; Titanium and rose gold Movement: Calibre JCB.001-B Calibre JCB.001-B Power Reserve: 72 hours 72 hours Water Resistance: 50 metres 50 metres Price: CHF475,000 New from Biver is the Minute Repeater Carillon Tourbillon Signature Series. In this new series of super high end watches, we have two distinct models, one in titanium and the other in titanium and rose gold. Both models look rather simple, but as always, there is more to them than meets the eye. The Minute Repeater Carillon Tourbillon Signature Series houses a tourbillon and a minute repeater. This kind of very complicated watchmaking is often unheard of outside of the Holy Trinity and its close peers, but in partnership with Le Cercle des Horlogers, Biver was able to produce this micro-masterpiece. Not bad for half a million.

Julie Bowen 'started laughing' over fate of Happy Gilmore 2 character

Julie Bowen "started laughing" when she learned that her character dies in Happy Gilmore 2. The 55-year-old actress has reprised the role of Virginia Venit for the comedy sequel, and Julie has recalled laughing when she discovered her character's fate in the movie. The Hollywood star - who appeared in the original Happy Gilmore movie in 1996 - told People: "When I found out that I was killed on page 12, I started laughing. "I was on vacation with my family, and I had no wifi. I could barely read this thing. I only had my phone, and I was like, 'Am I seeing this right'? Trying to blow it up. "And I was like, 'Oh, yeah, I'm dead. And he kills me.' Then I just started laughing. I just started laughing and laughing, and Adam [Sandler] was trying to get through to me. I was on island with no wifi and barely any cell, and we finally connected. "I go, 'I don't care. It's great. Happy can't be happy.'" Despite this, Julie relished reprising the role of Virginia. The actress said: "It's just fun to be part of the whole thing. Of course, why would I not want to be part of Happy Gilmore, whether I'm a big part, a little part." Meanwhile, Julie previously revealed that she thought Sydney Sweeney was set to replace her in Happy Gilmore 2. The actress thought someone like Sydney, 27, was perfectly suited to replace her in the comedy movie. Julie told The Hollywood Reporter: "I thought, 'Well I won't be in it'. And that was OK - it was like Virginia Venit, it's been 30 years, he's got a hottie. He's got some little bitty on the side, like a cart girl. "As a matter of fact my children told me, before I was even told officially that there was a 'Happy Gilmore' sequel, my now 18-year-old said, 'Mom, I hear they're doing a sequel and he's with Sydney Sweeney as a cart girl.'" Sydney was widely linked with a role in the new 'Happy Gilmore' movie - but Julie was pleasantly surprised to be offered a part in the sequel. She said: "I went, I'm hurt and I so respect that move. Of course, why wouldn't you? So when I got the call that I was actually in it, I was like, 'Are you sure? Come on.'"

Jeff Bridges 'didn't want to offend' method actor Jared Leto

Jeff Bridges 'didn't want to offend' method actor Jared Leto on the set of Tron: Ares. The 75-year-old actor explained how his co-star wanted to be called by his character's name Ares while they were on set but he struggled to do so as he wanted to build a relationship with Jared, 53. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jeff said at San Diego Comic-Con: 'He's one of those guys. Everyone has different methods and modes man. 'I didn't want to offend him as a thespo. But I thought, 'I wanted to have a certain intimacy with you. I know your name is Ares. Can I just call you Air?' He said, 'Yeah man! You can call me whatever you want!' We had a great time.' And, Jared shared how excited he was to work with Jeff, even calling cut in the middle of a scene because he could not stop smiling. He said: 'I just blurted out, 'cut!' Everyone was surprised, because I don't often do that. The first AD comes over and said, 'Is everything OK? What's wrong?' And I said, 'You know, I just can't stop smiling, because I'm working with my guy.'' The film - which follows on from the events of 2010's 'Tron: Legacy' - follows the computer software Ares (Leto) which is sent from the digital world into the real world to introduce artificial intelligence to humans. Bridges reprises his role as video game designer Kevin Flynn who was first introduced in the 1982 original movie. Writer/ director Steven Lisberger said: 'My feeling about Tron is the most important thing is we kick this technology around artistically before it kicks us around.'
