Hossoland's website states: "We regret to inform you that the planned opening date of Hossoland Amusement Park has been postponed.
"The final opening date will be announced in early June.
"During this time, we will focus on finalising the last details and final testing of our attractions to provide you with an unforgettable experience from day one.
"Thank you for your patience, trust and great interest. See you soon!"
The amusement park is set in Brojce, on Poland's northern coast, and has plans to create a f airytale-theme attraction, which was originally announced back in 2017.
When it eventually opens it is expected to be a rival to Energylandia - one of Europe 's largest theme parks.
The park is expected to have a lighthouse, which will connect the four themed zones - each of which is inspired by a local legend or fairytale.
In addition, the destination will span 400,000-square-metres and the four lands include Mermaid City, the Kingdom of Baltambrya, the Land of the Vikings and the Dragon Valley of the Mines.
One of the park's top attractions is expected to be a steel coaster called GhostRider.
It will launch riders 176 feet into the air and reach speeds of up to 72-miles-per-hour.
Most of the rides are yet to be named but visitors can expect to experience 20 food and drink areas in the park.
The park expects to welcome over one million visitors each year.
Karen Hovsepyan, vice president of the park's operator Hosso Group, told Planet Attractions: "Hossoland will be the only amusement park of such a large scale on the Polish coast.
"It will certainly become a recognisable symbol and a frequently visited place in this region."
For Brits wanting to head to the new park, the best way to get there will be to fly to Szczecin, which with Ryanair can cost as low as £14.99, from both Liverpool and London.

Six Flags to close another park months after announcing the closure of its Maryland location
Six Flags is shutting down another theme park after announcing that it will close a location in Maryland. The theme park giant announced that it plans to close its Great America park in California at the end of its 2027 season, a full year before its lease on the land ends. The announcement was made during a recent investors' meeting, according to PEOPLE. 'Unless we decide to extend, and exercise one of our options to extend that lease, that park's last year without that extension would be after the '27 season,' Six Flags Chief Financial Officer Brian Witherow told PEOPLE. He said that Great America, located in Santa Clara, California, and Six Flags America in Bowie, Maryland, were "very low on the ranking of margins." Six Flags Great America began 50 years ago under the name Marriott's Great Adventure, and had several owners in the years since, including Paramount and Cedar Fair, which went on to merge with Six Flags in 2024. Great America was originally built on public land, but Cedar Fair purchased the site in 2019 and later sold it to a real estate firm, Prologis, in 2022. Prologis bought the land for $310 million and agreed to let the park stay at the site until the lease ended in June 2028. That agreement came with the potential for a five-year extension by Six Flags. At the time of the sale, Cedar Fair announced it planned to close the park at the end of its lease. Prologis has not announced what may replace the theme park once it is closed and its rides and attractions disassembled. 'We're focused on identifying and partnering with planning and design experts to help us create a master plan for the property, working with the city and community along the way," the company told the Los Angeles Times in January. Six Flags America in Maryland will close at the end of its 2025 season, according to the company. 'As part of our comprehensive review of our park portfolio, we have determined that Six Flags America and Hurricane Harbor are not a strategic fit with the company's long-term growth plan,' CEO Richard A. Zimmerman said in a statement. That site will be sold for redevelopment.

Poland completes negotiations to buy South Korean K2 tanks, agency says
SEOUL, July 3 (Reuters) - Poland has completed negotiations with South Korea's Hyundai Rotem ( opens new tab to receive a second batch of K2 tanks and plans to sign a contract, South Korea's defence procurement agency said on Wednesday. The specific size of the contract will be disclosed later, South Korea's Defense Acquisition Program Administration said in a statement. On Thursday, Hyundai Rotem said in a regulatory filing the Polish arms procurement agency has confirmed the contract was worth $6.5 billion. It said further details of the deal would be announced in a later filing. The Yonhap News Agency has said the deal was to supply 180 tanks. In 2022, Poland and Hyundai Rotem agreed a supply deal for the first batch, or 180 K2 tanks. While the first contract focused on Korean-made vehicles that could be quickly supplied as Poland moved swiftly to boost its military amid Russia's war in neighbouring Ukraine, the second batch is expected to grant the Korean arms maker a more permanent foothold in Europe. DAPA said a production facility in Poland would be established, with a large number of K2 tanks to be assembled locally through cooperation between Hyundai Rotem and Polish defence companies.
