Brad Pitt says he's ‘missed the window' to have a gay experience

Metro3 days ago

Brad Pitt believes he's 'missed his chance' to have a same-sex encounter.
The Hollywood actor, who has been a sex symbol for years, first shot to fame in 1994's Thelma & Louise, going on to star in other films including Interview with the Vampire, Ocean's Eleven and Troy.
Away from screen,s his private life has also generated plenty of attention, most notably his marriage break-down with Jennifer Aniston and subsequent relationship with Angelina Jolie.
The 61-year-old is now dating Swiss jewellery designer Ines de Ramon, 32, who was previously married to Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley.
However, Brad has now spoken about never having a sexual experience with a man.
This week, the actor appeared on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast, where he spoke about his sexuality.
Reflecting on being called 'gay' and subjected to homophobic abuse when he was a child growing up in 1980s Missouri, he told the host: 'You know, I've never had a gay experience.
'I kind of missed that window.'
Brad went on to joke that Dax, 50, would not be his first choice for a same-sex partner: 'But if I did, it wouldn't be you.'
In the chat, Brad and Dax also spoke about their friendship, which began when they met at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Los Angeles.
'I was pretty much on my knees, and I was really open,' he recalled. 'I was trying anything and everyone, anything anyone threw at me. It was a difficult time.
'I needed rebooting. I needed to wake up in some areas. And it just meant a lot to me.'
Before marrying Friends star Jennifer in 2000, Brad dated several of his co-stars, including Shalane McCall (Dallas), Robin Givens (Head of the Class), Jill Schoelen (Cutting Class), Geena Davis (Thelma & Louise), and Juliette Lewis (Too Young to Die? and Kalifornia).
He was also engaged to his Seven co-star, Gwyneth Paltrow, who he dated from 1994 to 1997.
After five years of marriage, Brad and Jennifer announced their separation in January 2005.
During their divorce proceedings, it was revealed he'd been involved with Angelina, his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star, with the pair later saying they fell in love on the set, during which time he was still married.
They eventually married in 2014 and raised six children together. She went on to file for divorce in 2016, with the actress later alleging she physically and verbally abused her and their children during a flight the same year.
Their divorce was finalised in December last year.

Royal donor offered access to Prince of Wales for cash, reports say

The Prince of Wales has cut ties with a donor after she attempted to sell access to him for £20,000, reports have suggested. Minerva Mondejar Steiner, a Filipina-Swiss millionaire, offered private meetings with William at the upcoming Royal Charity Polo Cup match in exchange for cash, the Sunday Times reported. Her art gallery – the Mondejar Gallery – was an official sponsor of the annual charitable polo event which is taking place in Windsor next month. Kensington Palace declined to comment. It is understood that the Palace was unaware of what is being viewed as a rogue sponsor until alerted by the newspaper, and action was taken immediately. The organisers of the event were not aware it was being used by the Mondejar Foundation to raise money, it is believed. The Mondejar Foundation has been approached for comment. The Royal Charity Polo Cup match is an exclusive event where charity donors can watch the prince play polo. Among the guests at last year's match was TV presenter and interior designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and wife Jackie, who were seen taking a courtesy golf buggy around the site. The event raised more than a £1 million for causes that William and Kate are passionate about, including Wales Air Ambulance, Child Bereavement UK, Place2Be, Action for Children and The Royal Marsden.
