Free Chapel, ZA Prop and Women Rocking Real Estate hand over donations to Door of Hope

Free Chapel, ZA Prop and Women Rocking Real Estate hand over donations to Door of Hope In the spirit of Mandela Month, a collaboration came full circle as Women Rocking Real Estate, ZA Prop and Alberton Free Chapel Church handed over donations to Door of Hope on July 18. The donations, which included baby formula, nappies, toiletries and food, were collected through a donation drive launched in June by the three organisations. Members of the Alberton and Johannesburg south communities contributed generously, turning the initiative into a wave of hope and support for vulnerable children. Dorene van Tonder and Liza Alves of Women Rocking Estate, Pastor Marius van Tonder of Free Chapel, and Mark and Margaret Norris of ZA Prop led the drive, calling on businesses, families, and individuals to get involved. 'We are just ordinary people who saw a need and decided to act. When we come together, there is nothing we cannot do,' Dorene shared. Pastor Marius added, 'This is what Madiba would have wanted, serving those who cannot serve themselves.' Door of Hope staff expressed deep gratitude upon receiving the donations. The items will go a long way in supporting the home's daily operations and continued mission of caring for abandoned and vulnerable babies and children.
