GloRilla Turns Up Indianapolis With Fiery 2025 WNBA All-Star Game Halftime Show Performance
Introduced by ESPN's Elle Duncan, Chiney Ogwumike and Andraya Carter, Big Glo hit the stage in a custom one-of-one Gatorade letterman jacket. It was inscribed with an homage to her 'Let Her Cook' hit across the back, along with the signature Gatorade towel in the hood area.

She kicked things off by amping up the Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd with the aforementioned 'Let Her Cook' before moving into other fan favorites, such as June single 'Typa' and 'TGIF.'
Glo and her team of dancers then took the show to center court while the WNBA All-Stars remained on the sidelines to take in the performance, which had the group going crazy. Stars Brittney Sykes and Angel Reese were hyped up and loving Big Glo's energy, as they sang along to just about every word.
The 25-year-old Memphis native finished off the halftime show with her Sexyy Red-assisted 'WHATCHU KNO ABOUT ME,' which is certified platinum by the RIAA and peaked inside the Billboard Hot 100's top 20.
Glo's music has been part of the in-arena broadcast as hits like 'Hollon' have been played throughout the Fieldhouse during timeouts.
BIA was also part of the All-Star Game, setting the tone of the night with her 'We On Go' performance during pre-game player introductions.
Next up for GloRilla, she'll keep the party going into the heat of the summer when she hosts her inaugural Glo Bash next Friday (July 25) at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, which boasts performances from Rob 49 and Muni Long.
With Team Clark down two starters, including hometown hero Caitlin Clark, Team Collier has built a comfortable 20-plus point cushion in the second half of the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game and should be able to coast to victory and hoist the trophy, barring a disaster.

CBS News names '60 Minutes' veteran Tanya Simon as broadcast's new top producer
CBS News said Thursday it has selected Tanya Simon as the top producer at '60 Minutes,' elevating a respected insider in a closely-watched appointment given the turmoil that enveloped the newsmagazine with the settlement of President Donald Trump's lawsuit. Simon, daughter of the late '60 Minutes' correspondent Bob Simon, becomes only the fourth executive producer of the influential newsmagazine since it was invented by Don Hewitt in the late 1960s. She's been executive editor of the broadcast, and running it on an interim basis since her predecessor Bill Owens quit in April, saying he questioned whether he'd be allowed to lead the program as he saw fit. Owens had opposed settling Trump's lawsuit over the editing of last fall's interview with Kamala Harris. CBS News parent company Paramount Global agreed earlier this month to pay Trump $16 million to end their dispute. Simon has worked at '60 Minutes' for 25 years, and was strongly supported by many at the famously insular broadcast to take over for Owens. 'Tanya Simon understands what makes '60 Minutes' tick,' said Tom Cibrowski, president and executive editor of CBS News. 'She is an innovative leader, an exceptional producer, and someone who knows how to inspire people.' In May, seven '60 Minutes' correspondents signed a letter to Paramount Global management urging that Simon be appointed. 'As much as we will miss Bill Owens, we believe — no, we know — that his long-term successor must come from within,' the correspondents wrote. Crucially, Simon's appointment came before the Trump administration's approval of Paramount Global's proposed merger with Skydance Media, a takeover that is expected to result in changes at CBS News. ___ David Bauder writes about the intersection of media and entertainment for the AP. Josh Brolin Doesn't Seem Enthused About a Potential ‘Goonies 2'
Forty years have passed since The Goonies delighted audiences and captured the adventurous imaginations of a generation. In that time, talk of a sequel has never ended, but as of earlier this year, it's more real than it ever has been. Warner Bros. has, as of a few months back, hired someone to write a Goonies 2. And while many of the original cast members have been very vocal and excited about the idea, the group's elder statesman, Josh Brolin, seems much less enthusiastic. Brolin, who went on to star in iconic films like No Country for Old Men, True Grit, W., Avengers: Endgame, Dune, and Deadpool 2, among others, got his big break with a role in the 1985 Steven Spielberg-produced, Richard Donner-directed adventure. He played Brandon Walsh, a.k.a. Brand, the older brother of Mikey, played by Sean Astin. This week, Brand, we mean Brolin, spoke with io9 for his incredible new movie, Weapons, but we had to ask him about Goonies 2. We asked if the movie happened, and if his character is in it, would he have any trepidation about coming back? 'I would [have trepidations],' Brolin said. Why exactly? 'Because I love The Goonies, [but] it's been 41 years. Let it lay,' the actor said. He then paused and continued. 'I mean, no, I love the idea, but I don't know. If they made one with different kids, then it becomes a different thing, and I think it taints the original one. I think people get excited, and people who were in the original movie, they get excited about being able to work with that group again because it was such an amazing experience. So do I think it should be done? I don't know, man. I love it just standing like it does.' It certainly sounds like, if a Goonies 2 does get greenlit, it might have to happen without Josh Brolin's character. Which honestly could still work. He was part of the group but always on his own path, so it could be okay if he lived somewhere else than his brother, Mikey. And, of course, that's assuming whatever writer Potsy Ponciroli cooks up includes those characters. It could just be new characters and another mystery tied to One-Eyed Willy. Or something else entirely. But Brolin's point of view is certainly a valid one. Like he says, it's been 40 years. Maybe let it lie. Brolin's latest film, Weapons, is in theaters August 8, and we'll have more on it, and from him, soon. Want more io9 news?
