Billi Mucklow's 'revenge' after bitter Andy Carroll split with amazing new body
Billi Mucklow is not only looking sensational, as recent holiday snaps revealed, but a source claims she has 'moved on' from her split with Andy Carroll and is feeling better than ever
Billi Mucklow showed her ex Andy Carroll exactly what he was missing when the 37-year-old former TOWIE star shared some sizzling snaps from her latest sunshine getaway. Rocking a striking blue bikini, bronzed skin and a carefree smile, Billi was flooded with praise for the photos, following her very public split from the former England footballer last September, after an 11-year relationship.
A source close to Billi claims to OK!, 'She's had a really tough time since the split – there was a lot of pain – but she's moving on with her life and is definitely in her revenge body er a. 'Billi has put a lot into her fitness, lately. She's lost weight – probably through a touch of the heartache diet – but she's looking and feeling really good, more like her old self. Family and friends are saying she's never looked better – that they've got 'the old Billi' back.'
Billi – a devoted mum to the former couple's three kids, Arlo, 10, Wolf, seven, and Marvel, four, as well as Emilie Rose, 15, and Lucas, 14, Andy's children from a previous relationship – was seen sunning herself at a luxury villa in the show-stopping snaps.
And delighted fans rushed to compliment her, with one commenting, 'Let's show him what he's missing, darling.' Another admirer added, 'Andy, what on earth were you thinking?' while a third said, 'Best revenge is a good body. You are totally winning.'
While Billi was living her best life on her Spanish break, Andy, 36, was back in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Police were reportedly called twice to what were described as 'heated' arguments with his new girlfriend, make-up artist Lou Teasdale, during their own holiday in Mykonos – though no arrests were made.
According to the source, Billi is aware of the reports, but wants 'nothing to do with it'. They said, 'All she's concerned about is her kids' happiness, she has well and truly moved on. As she says, Andy's not her problem any more.'
It's fair to say that Billi has earned her peace after a rollercoaster 2024. It was Andy who announced their divorce, after just two years of marriage, although their relationship came to an end last July.
The couple had seen their fair share of controversy during their 11 years together. They almost didn't make it down the aisle after Andy's alleged antics on his stag do in Dubai, before it was revealed that he was innocent of the accusations on social media. Their split may have left Billi heartbroken and forced to face life as a single mum, but rather than crumble, she is clearly picking herself up, pouring her energy into her kids and, crucially, herself, too.
Former Newcastle striker Andy has been having a less idyllic time of late, after being questioned about the bust-up he'd had with Lou, 41, at a packed beachside restaurant and then at their hotel. Responding to the reports, Andy and Lou – who have been dating since last October – admitted that the police were called following their 'heated discussion', however both insisted things had been 'blown out of proportion'.
In a joint statement, they said, 'Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there. We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to 'look after' us.
'As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested, and no one was charged with anything. We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together, and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.'
As for Billi, she evidently has an army of fans hoping she will take her new lease of life even further, with some begging herto make a reality TV comeback – or even launch her own fitness range. Fans have hailed her as a 'superwoman' for juggling heartbreak, single mum life and getting a fabulous new figure all at once – many even thanking her for showing them that it's possible to bounce back from heartache, when life doesn't go to plan.
So what's next for Billi? More sunny holidays, more time with her gorgeous kids and plenty more swimsuit slays, we hope – perhaps even a new romance? Her message to fans certainly seems clear: heartbreak doesn't have to break you…

TOWIE'S Bobby Norris calls for more openness about surgery
A reality TV star says "transparency is key" when it comes to influencers being honest about cosmetic procedures they have Norris, who appeared in The Only Way is Essex from 2012 to 2021, said he had been offered a variety of cosmetic procedures over the years as a result of appearing on television."Be honest about it - don't say it's down to a moisturiser or a product, when really you've been under the knife," Norris the Liberal Democrat MP for Chelmsford, Marie Goldman, said she was concerned more transparency could lead to cosmetic procedures being "normalised". "With transparency comes normalisation," she said."If a lot of celebrities are saying I've had this procedure and it was fine, it becomes - to children - a very normal thing to do." Norris, who has been acting as a guest editor on the BBC Essex breakfast show with Sonia Watson, opened up about his relationship with cosmetic procedures."When I joined TOWIE fifteen years ago everyone was offering it, and because it was free and you see yourself in magazines you think I'll have a little bit of this, what's the worst that can happen?" he said."I had people asking me if I wanted a top up every two months."Norris quit the show in 2021 after being a regular cast member for more than a decade. He is now calling for more reality TV stars and influencers to "be honest" about their cosmetic surgery. He told BBC Essex: "There are girls out there who will go to a gym, do three squats and film it for social media. "They'll then jet off to Turkey and get a BBL (Brazilian Bum Lift) and they will make out that they got their bum organically from doing squats." Goldman said she believed it was "quite obvious" when people had cosmetic surgery - and the results looked "quite strange", adding: "It doesn't always look as good as they think it does"."People are getting injections in public toilets and what we're seeing is it's gone terribly wrong and they've got terrible infections from it. So we have to acknowledge there is a risk that goes with it," she it stands, a licence is not required to perform cosmetic procedures like botox injections and dermal fillers in England, but this could change if an amendment brought forward in 2022 is passed by government has previously suggested making changes to the Health and Care Act, which would bring in a scheme to protect consumers from unlicensed practitioners.

Popular sun resort celebrates its 30th birthday with new experiences
When it comes to making holiday memories that will last a lifetime, PortAventura World is at the top of many families' lists. The resort opened on May 1, 1995, as Spain's first theme park, and began setting records from day one – their Dragon Khan attraction immediately held the world record for the most inversions on a roller coaster. Located on Costa Daurada in Catalonia, PortAventura World stands out because of its unique attractions and impressive attention to detail. The resort has received over 100 million visits since its opening – and as it celebrates its 30th birthday, it remains committed to its goal of providing guests with a world-class experience that also benefits the local area and the environment. Themed worlds – often named after a particular country or area of the planet, and designed with an aesthetic that reflects that area's heritage – are a mainstay of PortAventura's appeal. Each world has been designed to ensure maximum enjoyment. A perfect experience for every visitor Thrill seekers are well catered for: the resort's Furius Baco ride accelerates from 0 to 135 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. The Red Force attraction in Ferrari Land reaches 180 km/h and stands 112 metres tall – it is also the fastest and tallest rollercoaster in Europe. Ferrari Land is the only Ferrari theme park in Europe, certain to appeal to motoring aficionados. King Khajuna, in the resort's Caribe Aquatic Park, is the second tallest free-fall slide in Europe. It stands 31 metres high with a jaw-dropping 55° incline. Culture vultures are also in for a treat: the resort's Mediterrània world plays host to Plaça Major, a replica of Prades square in Tarragona. The boats in Mediterrània are real and come from the Spanish towns of Cambrils, Tarragona, and Vilanova. The resort's Polynesia world is another must-see. It boasts over 600 palm trees and faithfully recreates 11 Pacific islands. The Polynesian huts, sculptures and totems were designed by South Pacific artisans, using traditional methods, while the Polynesian shows are also led by native Pacific artists. The China world includes imported roof tiles and authentic Chinese calligraphy. Even the park's scent design is carefully planned, with aromas specially tailored to each area (incense in China, wood in the Far West). The Far West is another highly recommended area to visit: it recreates the environment of July 4, 1876, in Penitence, Texas. The México area, meanwhile, features an exact replica of a Mayan pyramid. Little ones are sure to find a world that delights them: one of the most popular attractions is SésamoAventura, established in 2011, which recreates the much-loved Sesame Street. Woody Woodpecker® arrived in 1999 along with FiestAventura, a globally awarded children's show. 30th anniversary events This year, the Gran Teatre Imperial is holding special shows to celebrate the 30th anniversary of PortAventura World. Singers, acrobats, and dancers will take visitors on a fascinating journey through China, Polynesia, Far West, México y Mediterrània, in a performance filled with music and acrobatics. One very special highlight is the Birthday Parade, a new show designed to celebrate the essence of each different area of the PortAventura park. Music, dance, and history come together in this parade, led by the park's most iconic characters. Ideal for children and grown-ups alike, it promises to carry visitors to new heights and finish their day on a high note. Positive impact PortAventura World represents 0.5pc of Catalonia's GDP and generates 24,000 jobs. The resort is also a certified B Corp company, meaning that its positive social and environmental impacts have been independently verified. PortAventura World donates nearly 1pc of its revenue to the PortAventura Foundation and collaborates with various non-profit organisations to create positive change within Costa Daurada communities. Since 2020, 100pc of the resort's energy has been generated by renewable sources, and it features one of the largest photovoltaic solar plants of any holiday resort in Europe — PortAventura Solar. The park plays host to over 300,000 plants and 270 species, with greenhouses for the most delicate ones. The resort also repurposes over 90pc of its waste and promotes environmental education programmes for younger guests. All of the water featured in its attractions is filtered and reused. Over the past three decades, PortAventura World has dedicated itself to creating one-of-a-kind experiences that also have a positive impact on the planet. As it celebrates its 30th anniversary, the resort continues to shine as one of Europe's top holiday destinations – where excitement, innovation and unforgettable memories come together.

Country pub of the week: The Oakley Arms, Harrold, Bedfordshire
The Oakley is Bedfordshire's only pub-restaurant with two-AA rosettes, and is run by husband and wife, Andy and Lizzie Slater. Popular with locals and out-of-towners alike, the longstanding rumour has it that Sir Paul McCartney performed Hey Jude there for the very first time in June 1968, popping into the pub on the way back from a gig and settling in at the pub's piano.
