Stray Kids Push Multiple Albums Back To The Billboard Charts
Just last month, Stray Kids released its new EP, Hollow, but the project didn't make much of a commercial impact in the United States. The K-pop superstars have scored several No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 with studio efforts largely performed in Korean with some English. Hollow is the band's fourth Japanese-language set, and typically, Japanese-language musical efforts don't receive the same love in America as Korean-language ones, even if they come from superstars.
Just weeks after Hollow arrived, Stray Kids return to one Billboard ranking with multiple projects, as fans are still buying and streaming the boy band's work — they're just not focusing on the newest title.
Stray Kids Albums Return to the Same Billboard Tally
Several recent Stray Kids efforts reappear on the World Albums chart this week. 5-Star and Rock-Star reenter the list at Nos. 22 and 23, respectively, sitting side-by-side as they break back onto Billboard's ranking of the most-consumed 'world' releases in the U.S.
Stray Kids currently fill four spaces on the World Albums chart. In addition to 5-Star and Rock-Star, Hop and Ate also continue to appear, landing at Nos. 7 and 10, respectively. The lower-ranking of those two titles climbs back into the top 10, inching up from No. 12.
Stray Kids' Dominance on the World Albums Chart
Stray Kids have now collected a half-dozen No. 1s on the World Albums chart. The group has pushed 16 projects into the top 10, and a little less than half of them have ruled the ranking. That list includes Hop, Ate, 5-Star and Rock-Star, which have all spent months on the tally.
'Chk Chk Boom' Also Returns
As two projects by Stray Kids reappear on the World Albums tally, the band also finds its way back to the World Digital Song Sales chart. On that list, 'Chk Chk Boom' reenters at No. 9 after once conquering the ranking, becoming another leader for the K-pop favorites.

Jenna Bush Hager Hates the Term 'Mom Friends': Here's Why
Jenna Bush Hager Hates the Term 'Mom Friends': Here's Why originally appeared on Parade. Jenna Bush Hager admitted she isn't a fan of the term "mom friends," and she revealed the reason why during the Friday, July 11, episode of The Today Show. While talking to guest co-host Dwyane Wade during the Jenna & Friends segment, the duo discussed their friends who have children. "Some of my best 'mom friends' — which I sort of hate that term because it implies they're not my true friends — but some of my best mom friends are from the time I had my 12-year-old," Bush Hager, 43, said, referring to her eldest daughter, Mila. In addition to Mila, Bush Hager also shares daughter Poppy, 9, and son Hal, 5, with her husband, Henry Chase Hager. Bush Hager explained that when she first had Mila, she was part of a "baby group" with some mom friends. She insisted that the friendships were genuine, and she said one person in the group is still one of her "best friends in the world." "Now we have pre-teens, and so to go through every stage of life together? I think it is necessary to have that community," she said. Wade, 43, agreed with Bush Hager. "Especially for your kids. Once they get their friends, these playdates [are] big in the world now, obviously, right? So you have to have a relationship with their parents," the father of five said. "One, for them to allow their kids to come over or vice versa, but also two, if their parents are going to come over, [you got to get along]," the retired athlete continued. While speaking to People in 2020, the former first daughter admitted that having her first child made her realize that she needed to put her phone down and be more present. "I went back to work after three and a half months and, in the beginning, I would try and respond to emails while hanging with Mila, but I felt so distracted,' she said at the time. 'Now, I leave my phone in another room and give Mila all my attention when I'm with her.' Charles Barkley holes out for eagle in career-best round at American Century Championship: 'I'm gunning for Steph Curry'
The days of mocking Charles Barkley's golf game appear to be truly over. The NBA Hall of Famer and TNT broadcaster made his usual entry in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament this week and posted the best round of his career in the first round at Nevada's Edgewood Tahoe Resort. Advertisement "I'm gunning for Steph Curry," Barkley said to Yahoo Sports after the match. Playing alongside comedians Nate Bargatze and Larry the Cable Guy, he shot an 81 for the day, with the 54-hole tournament's modified Stableford scoring system placing him in a tie for 24th in a 90-player field. That performance included him holing out for an eagle, cheered on by a supportive crowd. "The crowd was going crazy, man. It was unbelievable. It's been a great day," Barkley told the Peacock stream. "I thought I would play. I didn't think I would play this well ... I'm having so much fun. I've been working so hard on my game." Advertisement Put another way, Barkley was in the top third of a group of people that included several professional athletes, including Josh Allen (tied for 31st), Matthew Tkachuk (40th), Zach Lavine (59th), Baker Mayfield (75th) and Trevor Lawrence (86th). San Jose Sharks great Joe Pavelski leads the field after shooting a 70, with Curry right behind him in third. By comparison, Barkley finished in 58th place among 54-hole golfers in the 2024 tournament, 81st in 2023, 74th in 2022, 76th in 2021, 88th in 2019 and dead last in 2018. He also finished last in 2017, 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006. It is a testament to patience and perseverance, not to mention love for a sport which requires both, that a man is looking at the majority of the field behind him in an event where he has finished last that many times. Many fans will remember just how bad this used to be. In case you need a reminder, here is one of his better swings from around 2010. With the mother of all swing hitches — some would just call it the yips — Barkley was so bad at golf that Tiger Woods' swing coach Hank Haney was enlisted to help him out. This man went on Saturday Night Live and let them mock his swing to his face. Advertisement His swing gradually improved over the years. He showed off a hitch-less swing in 2018 and even played on the winning team in an iteration of The Match in 2020 (with some help from Phil Mickelson). Barkley, whose "Inside the NBA" will transition from TNT to ESPN next season, always took his struggles with public good humor and even managed to find a niche as a golf broadcaster to the point he had an offer to help call LIV Golf events. And now, he's actually posted a decent round.
