The Sligo man, who succeeds Mark Keenan, will look to prepare the side for November's EuroBasket 2029 pre-qualifiers after signing a four-year contract. Bree will begin in the role on September 1 after he finishes up working as assistant coach with Denmark following their World Cup qualifying campaign this summer. 'This programme has been grown over the last couple of years, so it's a testament to everyone that's been involved in it and it's gradually being improving.
